 I Lost my old house about a year ago to a fire it was a complete loss. D.NJ. was to replace myhouse just like before are the same lot like new as I was told by Matt [redacted]. Since beginning of August and of July is when I moved in my new house. The house is falling apart there is no drywall tape in the bathroom in the walls are played a part Crackin I have screws come in through the walls I have nails come in through the trim, I have saved all conversation since October saying that they were going to drywall/insulate the garage/mud room only to be put off and told that they were going to get back with me and never do. The mud room now has black mold on the walls and ceiling in they are aware four weeks now I've saved those documents. On my windows have mold growing around them through the whole house. The very first shower I took my Fossett shot off the wall that was in August still not fixed. My house is literally unsafe and is falling apart. My carpet has holes in it we're starting unravel. Nobody help me or getting back with me. The mold has caused my boyfriend that as an attacks every night I have juvenile remark toward arthritis so I have an immune issue with it my bones hurt or to even hard for me to get out of bed. Living with colds sore throat runny nose is itchy eyes.! also have a six-year-old little girl who lives here as well full-time. I don't understand why they chose not to get back with me and fix these things, they were personal friends. Also I have a little girl that's living in a house of mold and its very unhealthy. I've still tried calling and still have no return phone calls. I have saved all pictures and documents since October of our conversations with Matt [redacted]. Some of them are factory issues but I was told to have to go through them and they are to go through the factory. I would like to put my house up for sale but I cant because I have mold issues I've been under enough stress because of them and been treated very unfairly.Desired Outcome: I would like to have everything fixed and finished the way it should be. I want them all taken care of.

The company has stated they are in communication with the customer and they are working through this matter toward a resolution.

[redacted] I contacted D&J Homes and told them what needed to be finished. They did nothing more. I am very concerned. The ground is frozen so it will be impossible to re-skirt the unit now.I am also concerned about how D&J Homes will honor any warranty on this new home. If I cannot get them to respond in a timely fashion. I think I may need to seek legal advice at this point.

I text message Matt/Jerry to find out how and where to pick up the money they owe, Matt did not respond to the text on 12-7-17, the day Jerry said he would pay us back.  JERRY AND MATT DID NOT PAY the money they told you they would. ALSO, since 1st contacting the Revdex.com we have another $10,800.00 that is owed us, this is our bill from Contractors due to repairing the mess D & J homes left our property in. We have a seperate bill that we have to pay for this correction for our property in order to put another home on this land.  D & J DID NOT PAY ANYTHING AS THEY STATED HERE and I feel this is another stall tactic. This time they lied to the Revdex.com.
