Let me begin by saying that my husband and I are both new to Florida and also new to the task of putting in a fence.These two factors would have been to our disadvantage had we have used another company who may have taken advantage of our knowledge levels in these areas. Such was certainly not the case when we used Fence Outlet to install our fence.
One of the best experiences was meeting the salesman David [redacted] who gave us so much of his time answering our many, many questions about placement and was especially insightful regarding esthetically pleasing options that made the final product look AMAZING! David even gave us his cell phone number, and when we called him for questions that arose throughout the process he called us back lightening fast and was very accessible and super friendly. In fact another neighbor on our block loved it so much he will also be utilizing Fence Outlet's amazing salesman and skilled installers for his yard. There are not enough words to describe how beautiful our yard now looks. We were especially impressed about David's working knowledge of Clearwater codes with regard to height and placement. The installation crew was timely and super efficient, not to mention they were friendly when approached with a question.
It is a shame that Fence Outlet offers such a superior product with beautiful fencing that we will likely not be working with this company again ourselves but we will always remember this is one of the most positive experiences working with a company and will continue to recommend Fence Outlet to our future friends and family.

We live in Lakeland and drove to Tampato buy our DYI project fence material. Apparently our local fence places didn't want to do small jobs since they never contacted us back. I contacted Fence Outlet by email and was promptly contacted back with commitment that someone would contact me from their Tampa location. That same afternoon, I rec'd a email from Stacy at the Tampa location to include a estimate as to the information I had provided in my original email. I was having surgery the next day and was not able go over to see the material but Stacy and I committed to the following week for the visit. Today my Wife and I drove over to the Tampa location, met with Stacy and made a purchase of the material needed for our project. I am a retired Communications Manager that handle customer service for most of the US, so I am very qualified to know excellent customer service. Our buying experience was one of the most pleasant ones I have had for some time, the service was WOW/excellent.. Stacy was knowledgeable of her product, answered our questions, showed us the material, and what I could expect in installing it. She is certainly an asset to her position and truly a likeable salesperson, putting us at ease with the process. She made the sale.....
I called ahead on a Friday and was told my order would be bundled and ready for pickup the next day. When I arrived the next day my order was not ready and it took an hour to gather and load it (which was about 17 PVC sections and 1 gate). I needed an additional 4 posts a few weeks later and when I called, the business hours are not on the recording. The recording states that the mailbox has not been setup. However, I was able to get the store hours from the sales desk recording which states hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday and 8am - 4pm Saturdays. When I arrived Saturday at 3:30 to purchase my additional 4 posts, I was told that last pickup was at 3pm and the manager would not bring them our for pickup. At that time I was told I would have to come back during normal pickup hours. My drive time is 45 minutes each way and I had to borrow a truck each time.
Stacy L** was so helpful. Stacy helped us pick out our new fencing, made sure we understood the options available and put a great package together. The customer service guys were very helpful loading the fencing. They were very careful not to damage my truck and trailer. Quality b

I had to repair a fence on a house that I was flipping. Having no fence experience or knowledge I went to Fence Outlet. Stacey there was super. I didn't know what size the poles were so she made sure I had what I needed to complete the job. I bought extra material that they were happy to take back. I would definitely recommend them for all your fence needs.
