Back in August 2013 we contracted Fence Outlet of Tampa to install a vinyl fence to completely enclose our back yard. Through the years there have been no problems with the fence.
On August 2, 2016 a hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico missed Tampa but the associated winds did damage. I my case it took down a neighbor's tree which came down through the vinyl fence.
I went back to Fence Outlet to purchase the broken pieces and was assisted by Stacy who was very helpful with my order and helped me with information on a future change I may want to make on a twelve foot gate into the back yard.

Visited this location today and was kindly greeted by Stacy who assisted me with my purchase. Great service quick turn around time. Will be using again in the very near future for other fencing needs.
I have used fence outlet and have a great experience with them . I have Placed orders with Stacy S[redacted]and she has been very professional ,prompt and courteous . From helping with getting exactly what you order to receiving the order on time and making sure delivery is on the date she says it will be there. I had a new fence installed the 18 August 2016. They have done a very good job. They call before they come and let you know they are on their way. They answer any questions you have and are very Professional in the behavior and work. I would recommend this company to anyone that is getting ready to have one put it. I decided to have them install this fence after reading the Reviews about the fences purchased at Home Depot and Lowe's.
First of all let me start my review with the actual fence and the quality of work and materials. Excellent.
My problem is a simple one. I order my fence and couldn't be happier about the price. I request a simple slope to the fence as it goes down to the lake. After the estimate I came to realize that the survey didn't include my sprinkler system. I made contact with the surveyor by email and voiced my concerns and he sent a new contract for me to sign.
It took 6 weeks for the fence to be installed and was out of town during the installation but the wife was there to oversee it. She asked about the sloping fence and the sprinkler system during the installed and they advised her that they were still working and not to worry about it. She went and picked up our son from school and when she returned, they fence didn't have the two elements we requested (slope and sprinkler heads inside the fence line so our grass can be watered.
I reviewed the second contract and didn't see those items we requested. Contact was made with Fence Outlet and they told me that it wasn't in the contract but if I had a text from the surveyor they would send a crew out to correct the mistake. Well lucky for me I had the texts and sent them to them as requested.
And all I got back was, IT WASN'T IN THE CONTRACT. That's after being promised if the surveyor had promised it they would make it right. Shame on me for the bait and switch with the contract but a contract is a contract. Just disappointed in this company.
I have done business with the Fence Depot in Tampa 2 different times. Stacy has been my sales associate that I have had the pleasure to work with. She is very easy to work with and gets you in and out with all the correct materials.
I had Stacy and Alexis help me in buying some vinyl fencing and they were very helpful in meeting my needs. I plan on using this business again and highly recommend this business for your fencing needs.

I must say that a ( thought to be simple ) fence repair could utilize so many parts that a layman takes for granted. we met Stacy S, and put all our concerns to rest. We just had fencing installed by Fence outlet and I am sooo totally satisfied! The installer was beyond my expectations, artful, polite,and showed professionalism. Materials were superb!
Went to the Fence Outlet location in Brandon two weeks ago and purchased the supplies needed in order to replace my old wooden fence. Looks a lot better, more privacy , Thanks Stacy for all the help !!
