As I said before, all our pricing is clearly displayed on the windows The vehicle protection package is optional at the time of sale but once it has been purchased it is not a cancellable item like an extended service contract or maintenance contract I spoke to my finance manger and he told me that when Mr [redacted] came in to redo his paperwork he rexplained the vehicle protection package to him and Mr [redacted] was satisfied with his purchase as it would protect his car in the manner he desired I am still open to giving Mr [redacted] a free maintenance plan as a gesture of good faith Please don't hesitate to reach out to me should you have any further questions

Had trouble with my Jeep two days after I bought itThere was a problem with the ignition getting the vehicle to startand they ddidn't find the problemNow they know what the problem is but won't help me get it fixed because they said there's no way to tell if the damage was there before I purchased the vehicleI have the service slips showing the problem days after the sell date and as of today I have only had the vehicle for monthsIn those months I have been to the service department a few times and never got anything fixed until this past Friday I went ahead and just payed to get the switch fixed so my dome lights would come on (even though they hadn't worked since I got the vehicle.) When I got my Jeep back, there was a loy of noise coming from the engine and it has been driving terribly ever sinceBuying my vehicle from these guys was a terrible decisionThey are the epitome of the sneaky used car salesman

I am sorry that Mr [redacted] is unhappy with his purchase of his [redacted] When he first notified us there were issues with his vehicle we immediately checked his truck into service to have them addressed and gave him a loaner vehicle to use, both at no expense to Mr [redacted] His vehicle should be ready by the end of this week Given that this was not a door to door sale and his loan has already been processed at the bank there is not an option to return the truck but we did offer Mr [redacted] the opportunity to exchange it for a different vehicle which he declined to doIf there are any further issues with the truck we would still honor our offer to exchange it for abother vehicle or repair it at no charge as well as provide a loaner vehicleThank you for giving me the opportunity to resolve this issue [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:To date, 9.29.2015, we have not received the Title, registration, or license platesWe did receive a new application for registration card from the dealer to sign and return, which we did.It is for registration in OAHU county, and the car needs to be registered in MAUI CountyWe live on Maui! The dealer shipped the car to us in Maui! We never accepted possession of the car in Oahu County! So now we will have to try to figure out how to register it in Maui, and there will be additional fees to pay! Our Temporary plates expire Oct 10, As of that date, we will have to rent a car because we cannot drive the car without registration! Also, may not be insurable without registration!If not cleared up by October 10, 2015, we will rent a car and charge the dealership for itWill probably have to go to court to collect the rental car fees from themThis dealership should not have a license to sell carsThey failed to properly register the vehicle! So now we have a brand new car that as of October 10, 2015, we will not be able to drive unless they clear this up before that date Sincerely, [redacted]

You had stated, "Finance person told a lie second timeBut finance person told me "mandatory"-->> I asked him which "mandatory" or Option timesHe said "mandatory" I have no document.Sales person told me that I can take resistAll package off -->> I have textI send attached filesAnd You said resistAll package is Option..." -->> This meansI got previcus email from Cutter answer written.The resistAll package is optional at the time of purchase but once it has been purchased it is not a cancellable product like an extended service contract or maintenance plan

I am sorry that Mr&Mrs *** are unhappy with their experience here but the customer had an aftermarket product "stop squeak" applied to their brake pads, rotors, calipers. We do not apply or carry this product so it was either applied by the customer, their mechanic, or an unknown
party. this product voids their brake warranty and we are unable to fix the issue. If there is anything else I can do please don't hesitate to call or email me

We bought it new and the dealership SHIPPED it to MAUIWe took possession of it on MauiWe still have not received our title, registration or license plates as of 9/23/Our temporary registration expires 10/10/At that time, we will be unable to drive the carCannot drive it without registrationWe will have to get a rental car and make the dealership pay for our rental car until we can legally drive our new carThis dealership should not have a license to sell cars if they do not know how to properly do the paperwork on one
