I attempted to help Mr *** resolve his issues but he began the phone call belligerently asking me "what the Fxxk" is was going to do about" when I asked him to not swear at me he told me "to go Fxxk myself" after which I told him that if he continue like that I would have to end the call and he
could call back when he had control of himself at which point he told me "to Fxxk off" and hung upI verified that his payoffs have been delivered to *** and he was informed at the time of the deal he was responsible for any payments due on the vehicles until his deal was funded and he understood thatIf there is anything else I can do to be of assistance please don't hesitate to contact me

It's unfortunate people who call regarding ads placed and schedule appointments to come in still have to deal with people pulling the standard sales practices of dealersThe standard pitch and going back and forth with a sales team is rather demeaning to people in generalI am sorry, but your "come on down" (standard practice)offer without so much as a written and emailed/faxed firm final sales price offer with incentives will not get me back in your showroom or on the phone with you anytime soonCome on down offers just don't cut it in todays world of car salesI have decided to purchase from a mainland dealer and have the van shipped in as I can buy the vehicle cheaper and with less hassle

Even though it was explained to *** that he was buying retrofit factory parts due to his vehicle being a model and the factory parts being obsolete that it would be best if we installed it for him, we would be more than happy to refund the $he paid for the blower resistor. He can
contact my service manager *** *** at *** to have that taken care of. With regards to the instrument cluster, due to our franchise agreement we can only sell factory produced parts or parts from a factory authorized vendor, we cant source aftermarket or junkyard parts online for our customers which is why he was able to find the parts online for less. However any parts we install are warrantied for months or 12,miles so if they didn't work it would be our responsibility to fix any errors free of charge. Thank you for bringing this to my attention

I am sorry Mr *** feels that he was deceived or misled in some way. However all pricing is clearly displayed in the windows of our vehicles and disclosed again during the purchase process and again while completing the paperwork in the finance office. The *** package is optional
at the time of purchase but once it has been purchased it is not a cancellable product like an extended service contract or maintenance plan. As a gesture of goodwill I would be willing to give Mr *** a year maintenance plan at no charge. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance

I am rejecting this response because:If the registration would be cheaper on Maui, then the dealership OVERCHARGED us by registering it on OahuThey knew we wanted it registered on Maui, since they were shipping the car to Maui! We told them we flew over from Maui to buy the car!We told them we live on Maui! They should refund us the difference between the Oahu and Maui registration feesWe have not received out plates, title or registrationUntil we do, this matter is not resolved

The car does not need to be reregistered on Maui. The Oahu registration is valid on Maui and good for a year, after that they have the option of registering the car on Maui, which I believe is cheaper, or registering it online for Oahu. Their plates were already mailed out to them so there is no need to worry about renting a vehicle. If I can be of further assistance please don't hesitate to contact me

I am sorry that Mr [redacted] is unhappy with his purchase of his [redacted]. When he first notified us there were issues with his vehicle we immediately checked his truck into service to have them addressed and gave him a loaner vehicle to use, both at no expense to Mr [redacted]. His vehicle should be...

ready by the end of this week.  Given that this was not a door to door sale and his loan has already been processed at the bank  there is not an option to return the truck but we did offer Mr [redacted] the opportunity to exchange it for a different vehicle which he declined to do. If there are any further issues with the truck we would still honor our offer to exchange it for abother vehicle or repair it at no charge as well as provide a loaner vehicle.

Had trouble with my Jeep two days after I bought it. There was a problem with the ignition getting the vehicle to startand they ddidn't find the problem. Now they know what the problem is but won't help me get it fixed because they said there's no way to tell if the damage was there before I purchased the vehicle. I have the service slips showing the problem 2 days after the sell date and as of today I have only had the vehicle for 3 months. In those 3 months I have been to the service department a few times and never got anything fixed until this past Friday. I went ahead and just payed to get the switch fixed so my dome lights would come on (even though they hadn't worked since I got the vehicle.) When I got my Jeep back, there was a loy of noise coming from the engine and it has been driving terribly ever since. Buying my vehicle from these guys was a terrible decision. They are the epitome of the sneaky used car salesman.

They are now saying they FORGOT to have us sign the paperwork necessary to register the car. They sent us an application for registration for OAHU county, but we live in MAUI COUNTY! The car needs to be registered in Maui County. We never took possession of it on Oahu.  We bought it new and the dealership SHIPPED it to MAUI. We took possession of it on Maui. We still have not received our title, registration or license plates as of 9/23/2015. Our temporary registration expires 10/10/2015. At that time, we will be unable to drive the car. Cannot drive it without registration. We will have to get a rental car and make the dealership pay for our rental car until we can legally drive our new car. This dealership should not have a license to sell cars if they do not know how to properly do the paperwork on one.

As I said before, all our pricing is clearly displayed on the windows.  The vehicle protection package is optional at the time of sale but once it has been purchased it is not a cancellable item like an extended service contract or maintenance contract.  I spoke to my finance manger and he told me that when Mr [redacted] came in to redo his paperwork he rexplained the vehicle protection package to him and Mr [redacted] was satisfied with his purchase as it would protect his car in the manner he desired.  I am still open to giving Mr [redacted] a free maintenance plan as a gesture of good faith.  Please don't hesitate to reach out to me should you have any further questions.

I am rejecting this response because: it is not accurate. Like I said in my message as calmly as able under the circumstances. Never cussed at said individual. Part of a customer based business is the eventuality of dealing with highly irate customers. Just plain bad business! And as far as being accurate. The quoted parts supposedly from me weren't even close to accurate. I asked "why the fxxz haven't my trades been paid off yet after almost 2 months." General manager Art said" if you are going to speak this way then I'm gonna not help u and hang up" I replied fine I will get ahold of the fxxxing Revdex.com" and then I got hung up on. Love how it takes the Revdex.com to do anything to a company and there is no straight up decency when it comes to taking care of customers right out of the gate versus messing up their credit and life. So today my loans got paid off and not to the correct amiunt. Since finding out the company took their sweet time to "hand carry" a check a few miles and I found out my stuff was late I made my payments....but the company didn't stick to the per diem's outlined or want to cover the late fees from taking more than the 14 day payoff time to send it...so the payments of $213.33 and $116.11 were made and there were 2  $29.00 fees that weren't paid and the loans were just "paid off" and there was $102.59 extra instead of the $387.44 there should have been since the deal was done before I just paid that amount...this dealership shows a huge lack of ethics when it has come to this deal. Always trying to screw me over it seems. I went to this dealership cause I knew the salesman and knew I would be taken care of. He did a good job of that but the company has done nothing but step on it. My email I have had forever has had the word "[redacted]" in it. Because I am a huge fan. And I can promise I will never own another one after the horrible dealings with this company. If the company still feels they are not to blame they are seriously delusional and will need to rethink their "business plan" unless it just says "make as much money and screw over whoever whenever you can"
