I had D'Angelo and Sons did my roof and siding jobAfter the roof took to long and clean up was terrible, I was going to use someone else for the siding jobTheir sale person assured my wife and I they they would make it right by giving us a good deal on our siding job The Job could not have gone worstthe first of installers quit the second came in and it looked like he never did siding before! Asked if someone come come down and make sure the job was being done right, no one ever cameAfter about weeks the job was done and it looked awfulI had the owner come down and he assrued me that D'Angelo would make it right....they never really didafter another two weeks of fighting back and forth about the poor workmanship on my homeI reciived a letter from D'Angelo and Sons Lawyer(s) saying I must pay the full amout or they will proceed with court action and leens!!! even though the work they had done was NOT satifactory to my wife and I.....and many thing still need to be done!!! We did settle before going to courtThe owner and I decided I would get money off and use another company to finish the repairs and job!!! We had our roof re-shingled the end of July Both the salesman and installers were informative, courteous and professionalOur garden was well protected and the installers were cognizant of our dog and our comings and goingsThere was some miscommunication with the crew(s) so the job took a little longer than expected ( missing vents, not enough capping shingles) The clewas well doneI was concerned about nails in the grass that could hurt our dogNo worries! they checked everything at least times A job well done

We contacted dangelo because we had a leak in our roof from stemming from a pest control company repair that we suspected was leakingWe had a raccoon enter our attic the previous winter and the company that came to remove the animal had screwed a one way door into our roof to get the animal outAfter it was out they proceeded to put tar caulking on the areas that they had drilled through the roof With the dry summer we didn't notice until a few months had passed when water damage began to appear from the area inside the house I went on the roof and inspected the repair they had done and it wasn't visible to my eye where the water could be coming from as the holes appeared to be filled My wife called D'Angelo as she is a Realtor and her office indicated positive remarks When she called she was told that for $D'Angelo would come to our house and would repair the leak including up to shingles including a written report as to the cause of the damage (so that we could

In May I contracted D'Angelo & Sons to identify problems and make repairs on a roof leak that I hadIn addition, there were many roof boards which were mouldy and needed to be replaced (I bought the house in Mar knowing the boards needed to be replaced as per the House Inspection before I purchased)The repairs recommended by *** (Sales person who visited and inspected my roof) were as follows in the list belowThis was based on the fact that *** correctly identified that there was insufficient ventilation in the attic to address "ice damming" in the winter, and improving the ventilation and insulation R value would reduce the potential for ice damming again in the futureI requested that the eavestroughs be replaced as well to make the full roof new
1) Strip old Shingles and Install New Year Shingles
2) Replace Mouldy Boards (contract included item that if more than boards needed to be replaced, the cost would increase to $per board)

Hired Dangelo Roofing to do a roof repair They insisted on payment up front which I provided to them They called and stated they would complete the job on Monday June They did not arrive on contact me I contacted them at the end of the day at which time they stated they would be at my home Tuesday June to do the work contracted Again they did not show or contact me in any way to arrange for the work to be done Again I tried to contact them and this time got an answering service It is clear they have taken my money with no intention of doing the work for which we have contracted

I had my roof replaced in July along with other servicesClean up was poor and no communication other then to get their payment Now an issue arises with the job around my window and I am told it was an extra serviceI checked and what was extra on the contract pertains chimnies not windowsVery disappointing and not good customer service

I would just like to share my expâ??erience with D'Angelo RoofingIt was great from the beginning until the endJP was an excellent crew leader and was always very respectful and cautious with the work being doneThere clean up was spot on even using magnets to pick up the nails, and they worked late to get the job done!

The last bad wind storm, we woke up to water dripping from the bedroom ceiling onto our bed After going outside l noticed a couple of shingles had blown off, the bare wood was exposed They were calling for heavy rainfall that afternoon and we were quite worried about further damage l called D'Angelo & Sons, spoke with Andrew D'Angelo explained our situation, he was very helpful and said someone would be out to repair the roof shortly We were a little skeptical as no doubt other homeowners were experiencing the same issue, due to the high winds True to his word, a repair person arrived within an hour, which quite frankly surprised us Upon his inspection there was also another area of the roof where a shingle had been blown off, we were glad he noticed this because l told him that it was only the one area that needed repair They exceeded our expectation with being on time, quality of the work and professionalism

the ruffors forgot to put the hole for the vent that goes from barhroom to the outside
they closed it up
that was years ago last year we remodel our bathroom and found out that our fan for the bathroom was going nowhere so all the steam was going in our attic
well if we didn't have our bathroom redone we would have kept using our fan
eventually we would get mould and could get sick and would never know that was the cause until our next new roof
l want everybody to know and if they had d'angelo doing there roof I think they should get it checked
and if any of you find the samething we should get togheter and sue them
not for money but for putting people in danger thank you
