While pumping the insulation into the attic, the hose was detached from the machine outside my house; consequently, all the insulation were blown away to my neighbour backyardInstead of containing the insulation, the crew planned to use a blo
It's been nothing but great experience working with D'Angelo & Sons companyOur house got a major damage after a massive storm in Toronto back in May and obviously we had to act fast in order to restore our damaged roofConsidering a zero to none chances to book in a roofing company due to the high demand Angelo was able to find a spot to inspect our roof late after-hours and book a team the very next day to fix the issueNeedless to say that service was amazing and reasonably priced, especially considering rush circumstancesLong story short, turn around is great! ***They didn't show up the first day due to "weather" (never rained).We were told Monday they would be there, however Monday at noon no-one showed upWhen we called, the scheduling department was surprised as they had been by the office to pick up suppliesWe were promised a call back after they called the crew to locate themThree hours later we called back as we hadn't heard anything to be told by the scheduling department that they forgot to call us back and they were shocked that the crew still wasn't thereWe were told that when they spoke to the crew they were eating lunch and were coming to do our roof, this was at 12:We were then told that our roof would be done Tuesday as they didn't know where their crew was and it was too late to start the roof todayTuesday morning the crew did show up and laid down one tarp over our front garden but failed to protect our windows, doors and bbq as promisedAt this point we noticed that the bin they left with the roof boards in our driveway had been left uncovered and the boards had been sitting in rainwater from Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and SundayWe called to request that those boards not be placed on our roof as they were warped from sitting in the water for that time and received a bit of attitude from the person on the lineIt was only after I proclaimed that we have been having an awful experience that he agreed to call the crew and get new boards for the roofTuesday night we get home after work to a disasterThere was plywood sitting in our backyard, garbage and nails everywhere (including plywood, hosing and garbage in the attic) and we couldn't even park in the driveway until we sweep itWe called the next day (Wednesday) as there was no answer the day beforeWe were told that they don't normally clean the site till the job is complete and if they finish when it's dark they return the day after to which we informed them that the crew had left before 5:30(as that was when we returned)Again the person on the other ens was shockedThey did send someone over to clean the site that day, who was appalled by the condition our property was left in
We were so glad the job was done until we got our balance later that weekThe balance that they gave us was only for the roof and to replace half the boards, we joked that maybe it was karma repaying us for the nightmare we had endured but we knew betterWe called to discover that the crew had only replaced half the boards instead of the boards for the whole roof like agreed onAfter a heated discussion when they tried to blame us, they admitted they had messed up as we had notified them by email about the change and they had failed to notify the crew so the crew was going by the original contract of boarding half the roofThey agreed to come back and fix the boards and would send their lead roofer to rectify the problemThis roofer was fantastic with fixing the problem, very clean and organised, however it is unfortunate that he left our house halfway through the job to strip aluminum off the neighbours house for some extra moneyIt was also then that we learned we would've run into problems as when he came to fix the roof we were informed that the area was 'done incorrectly and would've caused leaks in the future"He unfortunately could't clear the attic because he is allergic to insulation and forgot to reconnect the downspout that was moved to connect the shinglesIt is now over a month from the original "start" day and we just had an employee come clean out our attic and connect our downspout.This is the third employee who was shocked with the customer service from their own companyTill this day we are still finding nails and cigarette butts.We have tried dealing with multiple people from the company including the president Aaron D(who never responded to an Emailed letter of complaint.) The only thing we have heard was that they want the remaining balance for the roof

We were forced to replace a year old roof to fix a small leak and in the end the roof did not need replacing for it was actually a small problem on a seperate piece of roof they forgot about
We called D'Angelo to fix a leak on our second level They weren't interested in checking inside where the leak was ending up but either way the technician did some patch work for $and next rain it was still leaking
Now this time they recommend a full new roof( ceiling leak was still not investigated even after suggesting it several times)
$in at this point( they put the $patch work towards it) and next rain after they finished the ceiling was still leaking and not D'angelo is blaming it on anything but the job they've done
A technician was sent back and finally they checked the ceiling
Within minutes he found the problem at the side of the house exactly above the leaking ceiling Had they did a proper investigation the problem would have been fixed without ripping off our year old roof

Day - After requesting several times that no equipment, including vehicles be placed on the recently paved (asphalt), I arrived home to discover that the roofing crew had set up shop on my neighbor's driveway - freshly paved ashpaltThe roofer informed me that my neighbor has spoken to him and was 'not very pleased'NO KIDDINGI immediately went and spoke with my neighbor and to my horror, learned that the lead roofer had been extremely rude to her when she voiced her concerns/complaint

We were forced to replace a year old roof to fix a small leak and in the end the roof did not need replacing for it was actually a small problem on a seperate piece of roof they forgot about
We called D'Angelo to fix a leak on our second level They weren't interested in checking inside where the leak was ending up but either way the technician did some patch work for $and next rain it was still leaking
Now this time they recommend a full new roof( ceiling leak was still not investigated even after suggesting it several times)
$in at this point( they put the $patch work towards it) and next rain after they finished the ceiling was still leaking and not D'angelo is blaming it on anything but the job they've done
A technician was sent back and finally they checked the ceiling
Within minutes he found the problem at the side of the house exactly above the leaking ceiling Had they did a proper investigation the problem would have been fixed without ripping off our year old roof
