I found D'Angelo & Sons Construction to be great at what the do The clean up after their service was effect, and there was careful attention to the re-roofing of our home if you are a fussy client, you can be confident of a great service with NO hassles when using D'Angelo & Sons for your roofing project
We were forced to replace a year old roof to fix a small leak and in the end the roof did not need replacing for it was actually a small problem on a seperate piece of roof they forgot about
We called D'Angelo to fix a leak on our second level They weren't interested in checking inside where the leak was ending up but either way the technician did some patch work for $and next rain it was still leaking
Now this time they recommend a full new roof( ceiling leak was still not investigated even after suggesting it several times)
$in at this point( they put the $patch work towards it) and next rain after they finished the ceiling was still leaking and not D'angelo is blaming it on anything but the job they've done
A technician was sent back and finally they checked the ceiling
Within minutes he found the problem at the side of the house exactly above the leaking ceiling Had they did a proper investigation the problem would have been fixed without ripping off our year old roof
Very easy to book service, the sales staff were friendly and knowledgeableThe job itself was completed quickly and professionally with no hassle at allWill definitely recommend to friends if asked
The company did replace my house roof shingles on October , The company workers were stepping on all eaves troughs of my house while they were doing their job ! Pictures were taken and it was provided to the companyDamages to eaves troughs around the house did happen The eaves troughs are now pouring rain water after each rainy day !I called the company and asked them to fix the damages and they refused I will never recommend a company cause damages and will never fix afterward !
This was an absolute disaster from start to beginningYes, we had to replace a roof because of a huge windstormWe were told it would be weeks, and they came to tarp the roof for $$if they did it the day before, and $the next weekLarceny
We were told they would call us is a few weeks to pick the colour of shinglesThey had difficulty sending the online quote for insurance, but after several emails and phone calls, they managedAfter weeks not hearing anything, we called to ask when they would do the roofThey said "any time, we are just waiting on you to pick the shingles colour"What? wait? You said you'd call us to pickEither way, they came to do the roof within the week
We asked several times for them to take pictures of the roof damage before redoing itDespite promises on three occassions (inspection, tarping, then install) we never had any photos taken
Upon installion, we had not approved a new skylight and asked them to call of a new one was needed because the old one was damagedThey did not call, yet installed the skylight anyways and then wanted to charge us for it
Lastly, they left the place a mess I will be taking nails out of my feet for years in my back lawn....and that is after picking up at least nails

They said:
"no problem, we'll get someone out there to patch it up" "but there is a standard fee of $to come and patch it"
I accepted the fee even though I felt a little *** by it
he assured me that where the roof was fixed, if they get back in, they would come and fix where the work was done
So fast forward to today, and here we clearly see where they fixed the roof due to the shingles and if you zoom in on the pictures you can see that they just randomly screwed in a 2xand didn't cover the entire hole that was there previous to calling then to fix it
When I called today to ask them to come fix this they said "sorry sir, we don't fix patch jobs due to rodents getting back in" I said What!? I paid you guys $buck for this!?
I am not going to get into the entire conversation, but it didn't end with me getting this fixed
Very dissatisfied with the workmanship, choice of materials to fix the patch and the price
*** ***you pay a lot with only a day warranty on the fix

The workers were respectful and kept us informed throughout the process, their clean up was immaculate
The product speaks for its selfTop quality materials installed in the proper way
Disappointing, I would not recommend them The site was left with garbage on the front and back lawn, including dozens of loose nails on the back porch The siding on the second floor had dirty hand prints on it, and the back eaves trough had black residue across its entire length There were strips of plastic from the backs of the shingles that were sticking out along all edges of the roof and flapping in the wind
When I asked the foreman to have someone clean up after the job, he denied responsibility but said he would get it cleaned up When the crew returned they argued with me about what their foreman had told them and treated me poorly For example, I told the foreman that there was a hole in my eaves trough that wasn't there prior to the work they did on my roof, but that I didn't know if they did it or not (because I can't be sure) The foreman said it couldn't have been them but that they will put silicone on it, or else replace the eaves trough I told him that there was no need to replace the eaves trough but silicon would be great When the crew arrived four days later one member told me that I had blamed it on them and was very upset I have no need to argue with him about what his foreman told him, that's not my business and I shouldn't have to deal with that
Honestly, there was an obvious lack of professionalism in the work that I could see, which makes me question the quality of work that I cannot see When I mentioned this concern to the foreman, he said, "Well, you have a warranty" This doesn't make me feel great about the money I paid for a quality job, when his assurance about the work is that if it needs to be replaced that I won't have to pay for it
We hired D'Angelo to install our new roof based on a recommendation from the company that paved our drivewayThe sales rep, Frank, was very professional when he visited usHe provided copies of insurance for a review and discussed all of the options availableThe company were on schedule when it was time to do the workThey covered everything around the house with tarps to keep everything cleanThe team that did the work were very polite and worked hardThey did not work one day during the project due to the extreme heat but the let me know before handThey did an extremely good job of cleaning up afterwardsI would not hesitate in recommending them to other customers

It is businessWe don't have warranty for repairs regardless." Their website states otherwiseIt does not say that they do not have warranty for repairs but as what Pricilla stated, they are a business and does not care whether they fix the same thing over and over again as long as you payNow that shows how crappy a job they do!
