I spoke with Mr*** today He explained that our sales rep (Tinisha) had taken care of this issue about a week and a half ago but had no recourse to communicate this to the Revdex.com-Fidel M***

I am rejecting this response because:
The company clearly has my email address that they have used as a secondary method of communication during this lengthy relationshipAs an example they quickly sent an email expressing there desire to have me provide "testimony" regarding their performance and product along with other informationI do not find that their effort of only contacting me by only one of two means they have available is truly making a effort to honoring their part of the contract The scheduling lady also has terrible customer service skills as she never identifies herself when answering the telephone and the the scheduling manager and the online scheduling personnel NEVER returns calls or emailIn addition the distance it would take for this company to travel is not a burden nor unreasonable for them to honor their side of the contract.
"Several more weeks" is unreasonable and grossly violating a contract If the business is not willing to find a happy medium then a full refund and parting ways is the only acceptable resolution to this problem

In reference to *** *** invoice, this order was placed with sales department customer decided to purchase a building that is certified. This unit comes with drawings showing how the building is built our drawings are generics and the have any carport that is 12-
wide. It also show the four different anchors that we certify ground, concrete, asphalt, concrete pier footing, and concrete wall footing. This options are on drawings and it gives you exact size of footing to pour, if a customer has a hard time reading this drawings they can always contact our company and we can highlight drawings scan them in and email them or mail to customer. If a customer takes it upon themselves to pour piers with out knowing the spacing this has nothing to do with our company.***, is only a sale person he has no knowledge of drawings and how everything is to be poured, this buildings are certified to hold up a certain amount of wind and snow if concrete or footings are not poured correctly then the building can not be certified it voids warranty. I do not see where the company is at any fault, our company has actually lost in this transaction. When the installer where out to the installation we had to pay for them to come out and not be able to install, when the order is placed customer are notified that refunds are nonrefundableI do apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused we can still put the building up if the footer are properly poured or if we can get a concrete slab pouredSincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: we provided the deposit of $1,on our ** *** debit card for which I have proof and had submitted to this companyAs for *** *** bank, once again I say that the bank provided us with proof that they rejected the attempted refund because the account had been closed by us months beforeThis company has refused to return our calls and has continually refused to look at the factsWe left no less than messages for *** *** and he never responded, had he, we believe we could have explained this sufficient enough where this matter could have been cleared up months agoThis has gone on from December, *** *** does not have the funds, TNT carports doesWe take them to court if necessary

I called TNT Carports at the recommendation of a friendI ordered a 24' x 25' building with a 12' lean to in colors that would match my homeThe representative required a CC number and a 10% downpayment at the time of orderingWhile I was waiting to have concrete poured TNT contacted me several times to schedule the installI contacted TNT when the concrete was poured and they scheduled the install for days later in order for the concrete to cureThey arrived when scheduled and worked until darkThey showed up the following day and completed the buildingI watched them construct the building and was satisfied with their attention to the building being square and levelThey answered every question I had and were politeThe finished building matched my home and looks great

Hope everything is well, in reference to *** * *** TNT acknowledges the issues with customers building. The installers did put up the wrong building giving customer a better building we have offered customer to keep building as is with no extra charge, customer
denied offer and we are working on trying to get everything rescheduled back out to replace structure. Margaret our scheduling rep has keep in touch with customer in reference to trying to schedule back out as well as emailing her status. As soon as we can definite date customer will be contacted two to three days prior and set up an appointment.If there is any other information required please let us know

I plan to make full payment minus a day of my wagesThey said they would turn it over to collections

Hope everything is well, inference to complaint received TNT acknowledges repair and have spoken to customer several times in reference to repair order. We have explained that we are working on a truck load and would get it repaired as soon as
possible. As a reminder our building are not air tight or sealed tight they will have gaps on the structure and it has also been explained. We have scheduled customer for Friday October 6th and have sent email as well as made several phone calls to notify customer with no luck. In reference to *** *** in Lunenburg Massachusetts, at this time we can not install building because of the weather. Daniella and myself have talked to customer I have told her I would get the shop foreman installed for her but the weather has been an
issue. At this point we can cancel the order and she can get the deposit back from the dealer or we can wait until the weather clear up to get this set up. This order is very important to our company but at the same time we also have tons of orders coming in and we can not call the customer every day we can call her two to three days prior to coming out.

Hope everything is well, in reference to *** *** *** in the state of Connecticut the garage was installed almost three years ago. If you take a look at our warranty it shows "Seller warrants that its installation of the Unit will be free of defects
in workmanship, but Buyer must notify Seller of any such defect within thirty days after installation. The customer called we sent the guys out to do repair work on the garage door, the repair work was completed and signed off by customer. Summer of customer called complained about door at this time customer was notified that the door had no type of warranty the installation was two year prior and there was only a day warranty. At that point customer proceeds to notify us that he had someone else mess with garage door and really needed the repair, TNT offered to sale a new garage door and replace it and he would have a thirty day warranty but was all we could do for him.He agreed and said he would call back to purchase garage door, customer did not call back in until December of but he called a different scheduling rep hoping he would receive a different answer. As our policy we request a copy of invoice to be faxed so that we can take a look and see what type of warranty the building has. Customer assured he would fax order in and order was never received he called constantly stating copy of order was faxed. Since the copy of faxed was not sent in our rep-referred him to management and when he realized it was the same rep he stated he would take it further. As explained to customer we are more than happy to sale and install a new garage door but we can not send a repair on a building that has been installed for more than three yearsPlease let us know if there is anything else we can do

Hope everything is well, in reference to Mr*** complaint we are aware of the gable end not included on order. The day of installation customer was contacted and explained that gable was not purchased there for the installer did not have material with them to be
able to install. TNT did offer customer to install gable at a later date with no additional cost to him, but in return we needed balance due paid since the gable ends was not part of contract. Customer refused offer and requested building took down.TNT is still willing to come out to install gable end at no cost as long as customer pay the remaining balance the day we arrive to install gable or he can call in make payment via credit card, check by phone. In reference to Mr*** we understand that there is a repair pending we have sent the repair out and have replaced one 10xgarage door, walk in door and adjusted the other garage door The only pending repair we have at this point from customer is to replace three
sheet on roof and replace some sheet metal on the sides We apologize for the delay but we are doing the best on scheduling and sending repair out to be completed In speaking with Karina our scheduler for that area she is working on having this taken care of with in the next two weeks If any of the trim works need replacing we can go ahead and take care of that as well as per building not passing inspection we would need failed inspection paper work from the county showing it did not pass inspection and what failed inspection.We can go ahead and complete any repair pending on garage and discuss discount but at this time we can not issue entire new garage we will do what it take to make sure that repair are completed properly and done as soon as possible If further information is needed please let me knowSincerely,

In regard to this complaint I understand customer has spoke with *** in the scheduling department and she has made it clear with customer that she is working on trying to get order on schedule, Again she can not give them a set date until she makes sure with
shop foreman and installers that they are actually going to work. We usually do not know a scheduled date normally two to three days in advance, she is working on something on it for the end of week

At first it was an estimated 3-weeks for deliveryThen 4-weeksthen 6-weeksThat brings us to today when they said another 2-weeksAlso said they wouldn't refund my deposit because "in the contract" they were " only required to make a good faith effort to deliver" my carportWTH? Good faith effort? they're in the same state as I am, put in on a truck then drive westAnd what contract? I ordered by phoneI am so glad I paid my deposit by credit card so I was able to dispute the chargesIn conclusion; After T-n-T people got my order they didn't return A SINGLE email or phone message NOT ONCEWhen I did get someone on the phone (about 40% of the time) they were uniformly unhelpful and aggressively defensive
I hate to say this about fellow Tennesseans but these people suck, avoid if at all possible

Delivery was disappointing. Failed to show up or call at 4 pm as agreed as I took off work early. Called at 7 pm & set up 7 am delivery. Took off work again. Did not call or show up until 8:20 am. No concern or apology. Installers were very unprofessional. Called main office with concerns. Was given $62.50 discount in spite of missing 5 hours work and the headache that accompanied it. Two days before install, business had not contacted Town business office to get business permit to install. I felt they only applied for it because Town called them after I applied for permit.
