Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:At the time the sales documents were signed, the salesman had told me there was a second key and a manual with the car When I signed the documents, I was buying a car that included those items Only at delivery, when he handed me the key, did he say they weren't available He then said he would go obtain them and give them to me, at no additional cost He backed that statement up through actions--he contacted the Hyundai dealer trying to get them, he called me telling me he was doing so, he contacted his sales manager about providing them (which the sales manager acknowledged), he offered to provide partial compensation for them All of these actions indicate he felt the sales agreement included these items At no point did the salesmen, and therefore the dealership, communicate to me that the items were not included in the dealThey communicated the exact opposite, and acted (for a time) to fulfill that obligation.The should now follow through on that obligation Sincerely, [redacted]

Tell us why here Dear Sir or Madam, We are responding to the complaint filed by [redacted] in the order of which she stated them We don't take people's keys and hold them hostage, [redacted] was free to come and go as she wanted to It does not take hours to buy a car unless the customer is not sure what they want, inexperienced or very unrealisticThe majority of transactions take about minutes from start to finish Under no circumstance do we deliver vehicles to a customer with a return agreementThe contract is binding on both partiesHow this was even a question is a mystery to us However, because [redacted] and her husband couldn't agree on what to buy, we let them cancel the first deal so they could buy the other vehicle When they were negotiating to buy the second vehicle, the payment was higher than discussed the previous day because it did not include Washington tax and license We don't lie to customers and if we were to discover that one of our people did, that would be cause for termination It is unfortunate that the car had a repair that was unable to be fixed at the nearest dealer, When the customer asked for help, we delivered a loaner car to them and picked up the New Vehicle, repaired it and brought I back to them We don't know why the Husband on the deal is happy and calm and the wife is hysterical even while she was here ion the showroomWe don't often see (in fact, never) until now, someone actually crying on our showroom We apologize for whatever we did to cause that as we want the buying experience to be a pleasant one They are free to service that vehicle at any Ford dealership

We have been trying to get more documents from Mr [redacted] to finish the paperwork but with no luckWe needed 1- a vin inspection2- Smug test required from his stateHe said he had them done and e_mailed us copiesWe found out we can not use copiesWe are just asking for the DMV office where he took them to so we can finish the registration for himAgain all what we need is where he took them to so green light can finish everything for himOr he can mail us the original copiesWe need his help Rhank youAli B [redacted] .General Manager.Damerow Ford

When Mr [redacted] took delivery of his pre owned F, the body was in the same condition as when he picked it up after the North west package was applied Mr [redacted] was aware of the condition of the Fat the initial deliveryWe listened to mr [redacted] 's concerns when he picked his F after the NW protection was applied We have tried to satisfy himDamerow Ford has spent approximately $buffing scratches and doing paint work We painted several large areas of his truck to reach a settlement with himMr [redacted] also failed to mention the work we did just to make him happyHe wants Damerow Ford to paint the entire truck and the the NW protection to be reappliedWe believe we have done more than enough to try to keep him a satisfied customer

To whom it concerns; We have spoken with the customer and have agreed to refund the money he has requested The check will be mailed shortly We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate his business

This vehicle was sold as-isAll of the paperwork states that the customer excepted the vehicle that way.If the agreement is for us to provide additional items to a customer then we detail those items in a document so the sale details are clear to everyone.Absent a document that says we owe the customer something, we do not provide anything.thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are not being honestThis entire process took around hours over two daysWe asked for our keys several times and did not get them back until we insisted we have them backWe were told by the finance person who did our paper work that we could change our mind as long as we did it by WedIt does not surprise me that they aren't admitting to all the lies they toldSincerely, [redacted]

To whom it concerns, after reviewing the comments from [redacted] regarding her experience here and reviewing her comments with all of the employees involved in this transaction, it is a regrettablesituation. On the one hand, we are not obligated to unwind a transaction for buyers remorse. That is a... decision that is made on a deal by deal basis. Our ultimate goal is to have a customer purchase a vehicleand be thrilled with the product and the process. However, when someone changes there mind for whatever reasons, difficulties can arise trying to put together a second deal in a couple days as it did here.We do not re-negotiate deals once the contracts are signed. That being said, we believe that [redacted] could and should receive some concession for the amount of time and effort she went through during this process.We would like to sit with her, the Owner and GM, not [redacted] or [redacted] and come to a reasonable conclusion.Please have her contact me by email at ***@beavertonauto.com to arrange a meeting.Thank you.

I have reached out to *** *** on 4-19-and discussed the complaint I informed him that the extended service contract was canceled and the money will be sent to the bank and he is good with thatAs far as the NWPP he knew it was applied on 2-24-and it will not be
refunded*** is fine with the resolution now

to whom it concerns; this matter was resolved by re-writing the car deal so the customer got the sale price as advertisedThe original documents were incorrect and the customer called tolet us know it didn't seem correct to themAfter looking at the deal and the advertisement, we had the customer
sign new papers so they received the correct price

In conclusion:The GM of Damerow Ford followed through with hisoffer to fix my truckI believe Damerow then negotiated withNational Warranty Corporation, resulting in the repair beingcovered by the warrantyThe end result was the failed automatic transmissionwas rebuilt by Damerow under the warranty.Thanks,*** ***

This deal was done by mail as the customer lives in Hawaii
We did not return a copy of the signed documents to the customer when we received them back at the dealership
We have contacted the customer and apologized for our error and will mail his set of documents to him
right away

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I will accept with the following notation There were multiple attempts to replace the PNCThey started with a NAPA unitThat failed we were told that NAPA had sent wrong oneLater we were told that 1st unit was faulty2nd unit aquiredo again they could not match it up correctlyWe had tried NAPA 1st because of less expense, then told we would have to go to Ford product since to many problems with NAPA unitesSomewhere during that I think there was discussion regarding the keys but when the final unit was installed we all seemed to have overlooked the need to match up the keysOnce Ryan matched the keys it now seems to be fineIt was very frustrating that what we were told verbally and what was documentedited on repair orders did not match upIt really causes a trust issues that they should look intoI am sad about that because in the past we have had other Ford vehicles serviced by Damero and been very happy.
