All charges and options are clearly disclosed and accepted by the consumer prior to signing and purchasing a vehicle This customer was upset because he tried to get a $discount for over a few hours Buck Chevrolet declined to sell the vehicle for any less than the advertised and disclosed price The advertised price was over $less than NADA Retail The customer agreed to purchase the vehicle and elected to purchase additional coverage for the disclosed and agreed prices The customer had over hours to inspect and drive the vehicle during day light hours prior to the purchaseAt no time did the customer make any statements concerning the condition of the vehicle prior to purchase and agreed to all charges prior and during document signing Buck Chevrolet strives for complete customer satsifaction and has the goal to make sure every customer is satisfied with their purchase from Buck Chevrolet Buck Chevrolet takes pride in having a slow sales process and transparent advertising so a customer has all the information and answers they need to make a good decision for themselves and their family without feeling pressured or stressed Thanks for your assistance in this matter Buck Chevrolet

Buck Chevrolet works very hard to make every customer happy with their experience buying a new or used car from Buck ChevroletThis paticular customer did not have an appointment when they arrived and was rather angry that sales people were not available to drive used cars with her when she arrivedWe explained that a sales person would be availalbe shortly but that didn't satisfy her desire to be given keys to drive cars without a salesperson Buck Chevrolet accepts credit union and outside financing with organizations we have done business with in the past and have a good working relationship established The credit union this customer wanted to use is a credit union that Buck Chevrolet has never heard of before and have not done business with in the pastThe customer was explained that they could get a certified check or money order or have their credit union send us a check instead of a letter of credit This seemd to satisfy the customer and Buck Chevrolet was under the impression she wanted to come back in hour when a salesperson would be available and continue the buying process The customer did not express any concerns or disattisfaction after we explained our business policy of not accepting letters of credit from organizations we did not have a business history established Buck Cheverolet is happy to discuss this purchase with the customer and continue to strive to satisfy every customer that makes a purchase from Buck Chevrolet

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I'm not satisfied with Buck Chevrolet's response They failed to mentioned that I did call and speak with one of their sales people the day before and mentioned that I would be there Friday to test drive one of their vehicles The gentlemen on the line said sure and did not mention that Buck had strict rules about times consumers could do a test drive The reason they didn't want to do test drives is because they had someone working on the vehicles When I first arrived they were more than happy to assist me until and never mentioned a thing about needing a specific time slot to do a test drive until I said I didn't need their financing In fact there was only one other consuming sleeping in their lounge and I was told they were to busy to help me After being treated so poorly, the last thing I was going to do was go back to their dealership for them to continue to push their lenders on me They even said while I was out to check out their local banks for financing I guess having cash, check or money order is NOT their preferred method They want to rip people off with high interest rates and they aren't used to consumers that don't need their lending solutions I feel the only reason they made up being busy is in order to make sure the car I asked to drive would even start This place is very rude and unprofessional They won't tell you anything about their cars or their full price How could anyone not get upset after calling the day before, driving an hour, be hounded about their lenders, not being able to drive their cars and not being told their full out the door price This place is ridiculous and an embarrassment to the Chevy nameI purchased vehicles the same day not more then years ago from a professional place I hadn't even called that place the day before I just stopped in and they had more than ample time for me and my money I will never recommend this dealer to anyone This isn't how consumers should be treated Please post my note for other consumers to see I wasn't ripped off by this dealership but, I'm sure others have been At least my experience, might save others from interacting with this dealership It's pretty sad when a year old boy says, Mom they don't deserve your money] Regards, [redacted]

The salesman told me I had to accept the bi monthly payments in order to secure my loan which was a total lieThe dealer uses this third party collection agency to act as a middle manThe agency collects the money from the consumer and pays the bankThey charge the consumer for this serviceThe consumer can set their own payment plan with the loan company with out this service and is FREE!I'm not the only one duped by the salesman at BuckI'm just lucky I caught this garbage and got it corrected before it was too lateThis was the worst car purchasing event I've ever hadI will not purchase there again and will warn others as well

Very bad , typical car dealer dishonest and sleasy practices, got up anf left before they got their hooks in me

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I take exception to the response from Buck ChevroletSpecifically, where they state that they do not give refunds for options we decided to purchaseThe finance person told my daughter it was mandatory that she buy both options so there was no option or decisionThey then stated they do not give refunds for vehicles purchased several months agoI was in their office hours after the sale and they refused to do anything honorable or ethicalHe even told me the same lie about charging a "leafee" for all cars that are returned from a lease when it was actually a theft deterrent option Basically, this finance guy recognized that he had a year old college student buying her first car and he took full advantage of her and he knows itI guess I am more disappointed in Chevrolet, the corporation, in giving me the run aroundIt was an obvious attempt to wear you down in hopes that you will give upI will now take this to the next level and return to the lawyer who advised me before I visited the dealershipI tried to settle this without filing a complaint with the Revdex.com or going to court but that apparently is not going to happenI am glad that I went to see the attorney before I went to the dealership and did exactly what he said to do

Buck Chevrolet has the part on order from Chevrolet to repair the glove box on this customers purchased used vehicle. The part is on back order and we explained to the customer that we would contact them when the part was delivered by Chevrolet. We will stay in contact with this customer
and fufill our commitment to make them happy concerning their glove box once the vehicles repair part becomes available from Chevrolet
