All charges and options are clearly disclosed and accepted by the consumer prior to signing and purchasing a vehicle.  This customer was upset because he tried to get a $300 discount for over a few hours.  Buck Chevrolet declined to sell the vehicle for any less than the advertised and...

disclosed price.  The advertised price was over $3000 less than NADA Retail.  The customer agreed to purchase the vehicle and elected to purchase additional coverage for the disclosed and agreed prices.  The customer had over 3 hours to inspect and drive the vehicle during day light hours prior to the purchase. At no time did the customer make any statements concerning the condition of the vehicle prior to purchase and agreed to all charges prior and during document signing.
Buck Chevrolet strives for complete customer satsifaction and has the goal to make sure every customer is satisfied with their purchase from Buck Chevrolet.  Buck Chevrolet takes pride in having a slow sales process and transparent advertising so a customer has all the information and answers they need to make a good decision for themselves and their family without feeling pressured or stressed.

My husband and I contacted them this morning to see if the cars we were interested in were still available. We set an appointment with Johnny D[redacted] so we could get right in. We started the drive up (2 hours) and were actually called back just to make sure we had good directions and were told to drive safe. The cars were ready to look at when we got there and Johnny actually asked if we would be interested in a similar car that would be a little cheaper and actually save us money. Our loan application was started to quicken the process. We were able to test drive the car we wanted and loved it. They worked with us to find the best financing options for us. Johnny also made sure to explain all of the paperwork to us and encouraged any questions to make sure that we were 100% certain about our purchase before leaving. All together, we were there about an hour and a half and were extremely pleased with our experience. We have already said we would consider making the trip back up there for our next car buying experience!

 Hello, this is my rebuttal to Buck Chevrolet's response to my
complaint: 
 
Buck Chevrolet knows that these copies MUST come directly from the
dealership, as requested by the GAP insurance company.  I explained to the GAP
insurance company that Buck Chevrolet said I could use my copy, or the bank's
copy, and they again said it had to come DIRECTLY from the dealership, and even
faxed Buck Chevrolet that same information.  I was given a timetable by Buck
Chevrolet as to when these documents were to be obtained, and it was a lie.  I
was told the office manager was the only one with knowledge of the situation and
that was a lie.  I was also told that these documents had to be obtained from a
storage facility, and they evidently were not available on a computer system
within Buck Chevrolet, which is a lie. Even the bank and the GAP insurance
company said this is absolutely absurd, and blatant disregard for the customer.
 Buck Chevrolet has not provided me with any sort of timetable as to when these
documents were to be obtained, besides the one that has come and passed.  Buck
Chevrolet also did not address the issue of the purchase price of the vehicle
compared to the internet price.  Again, my fault, I should have been a more
aware buyer, but they were wrong in increasing the price by $3,200 from what
they had online compared to the actual sold price.  I do have printouts of the
car online, with VIN, and price displayed.  Thank you

Buck Chevrolet gave Mr. [redacted] his deposit back on April 23, 2015.

Buck Chevrolet and Mr. [redacted] have resolved their dispute and signed a mutual full release.

[I'm not satisfied with Buck Chevrolet's response.  They failed to mentioned that I did call and speak with one of their sales people the day before and mentioned that I would be there Friday to test drive one of their vehicles.  The gentlemen on the line said sure and did not mention that Buck had strict rules about times consumers could do a test drive.  The reason they didn't want to do test drives is because they had someone working on the vehicles.  When I first arrived they were more than happy to assist me until and never mentioned a thing about needing a specific time slot to do a test drive until I said I didn't need their financing.  In fact there was only one other consuming sleeping in their lounge and I was told they were to busy to help me.  After being treated so poorly, the last thing I was going to do was go back to their dealership for them to continue to push their lenders on me.  They even said while I was out to check out their local banks for financing.  I guess having cash, check or money order is NOT their preferred method.  They want to rip people off with high interest rates and they aren't used to consumers that don't need their lending solutions.  I feel the only reason they made up being busy is in order to make sure the car I asked to drive would even start.  This place is very rude and unprofessional.  They won't tell you anything about their cars or their full price.  How could anyone not get upset after calling the day before, driving an hour, be hounded about their lenders, not being able to drive their cars and not being told their full out the door price.    This place is ridiculous and an embarrassment to the Chevy name. I purchased 2 vehicles the same day not more then 2 years ago from a professional place.  I hadn't even called that place the day before.  I just stopped in and they had more than ample time for me and my money.  I will never recommend this dealer to anyone.  This isn't how consumers should be treated.  Please post my note for other consumers to see.  I wasn't ripped off by this dealership but, I'm sure others have been.  At least my experience, might save others from interacting with this dealership.  It's pretty sad when a 10 year old boy says, Mom they don't deserve your money. ]

car loan by making biweekly payments instead of monthly.  This program is extremely popular with our customers because they do not have to do anything different but make their payments and possibly save hundreds and some cases thousands of dollars in interest and also possibly pays their loans off months early.We understand some customers maintain  a very low balance in their checking account and if not managed very carefully this fact can cause checks or payments to be unfunded. While we have sympathy for this particular case, our review shows the customer was thoroughly  explained and disclosed all details of their transaction and entered our business at 5:45 pm and took delivery of their new car at 8:52 pm on April 24,2017.  Our sales person spent over 3 hours with this customer to make sure every detail was explained and understood.  The salesperson receives no financial benefit for offering this program but simply does so to save their customer as much money as possible.We spoke to the customer and understand they withdrew their participation and are no longer participating in the biweekly program but decided to simply make monthly payments instead.Thank you,Buck Chevrolet

Had Jonny as our sales man and he did everything in his power to ensure we went home in a car we were happy with and understood how to use everything within the car. He really cares for his customers and it shows.

All copies were retrieved and sent to the contact information provided by the customer today at 10:25 am 6-19-14.

I went into Bucks to look at a car that I liked. I talked with Johnny about the car and he ran my credit. Which is excellent. He came back and told me the car was mine, he even congratulated me. Said that he would get the paperwork ready and I could pick the car up in the morning. Well thirty minutes before I was due to be there he called to tell me that he sold the car to someone else. A more loyal customer. Well you just lost a customer buck. I purchased the same car somewhere else the next day with no broken promises. I would not recommend this place to any one.

Buck Chevrolet works very hard to make every customer happy with their experience buying a new or used car from Buck Chevrolet. This paticular customer did not have an appointment when they arrived and was rather angry that sales people were not available to drive used cars with her when she...

arrived. We explained that a sales person would be availalbe shortly but that didn't satisfy her desire to be given keys to drive cars without a salesperson.
Buck Chevrolet accepts credit union and outside financing with organizations we have done business with in the past and have a good working relationship established.  The credit union this customer wanted to use is a credit union that Buck Chevrolet has never heard of before and have not done business with in the past. The customer was explained that they could get a certified check or money order or have their credit union send us a check instead of a letter of credit.  This seemd to satisfy the customer and Buck Chevrolet was under the impression she wanted to come back in 1 hour when a salesperson would be available and continue the buying process.  The customer did not express any concerns or disattisfaction after we explained our business policy of not accepting letters of credit from organizations we did not have a business history established.
Buck Cheverolet is happy to discuss this purchase with the customer and continue to strive to satisfy every customer that makes a purchase from Buck Chevrolet.
