I did not drop off my car a month ago I dropped it off two weeks ago and they installed the battery incorrectly I called them and told them I am having the same issue I was having the first time , they told me I had to pay for the towing and then see if the issue was the battery they never offered to pay for towing , and I called them a couple times regarding this issue and the manager was never available, I had someone else check out the car and the battery was not installed correctly by there staff that's why my car battery died a couple days later Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

We cannot speak to the diagnosis of another service center but stand by our original recommendationsEqually, we are confused by the service center's assertion that the oil light came on when the level was down "one quart" as the gauge is not set for this fine a
measurement. Regardless of these points, we will refund Mrand Mrs*** $for their inconvenience at our not being able to locate and install the correct part more quickly, requiring them to find an alternative service center

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:First, this refund request was addressed prior to the other discrepancies inwhich refunds were requestedI was assured that there was no problems with this refunded which is why it was not included earlierSecondly, presently Danbury Kia claims this request was just submitted last week yet *** has for several months explained to me that because the funds are coming for some warranty office in some other area of the country, that Danbury Kia has no idea of how long their process takesThirdly, I have at least two confirmed receipts that clearly show the charge was for an EXTENDED WARRANTY and no VIN etching anythingLastly, I just want the return of the $refund to me as soon as possible and for Danbury Kia to cease adding unexplained /unrequested charges,and intentionally failing to inform customers of these actions.

worked to give us a fair offer for their negligenceWe are out a lot of money due to the depreciation of the vehicle that we would not have traded in at this time I think they should of also considered all the rebates and incentives we received on our first vehicle and in the least could have offered us such as lifetime oil change It would of at least been nice to receive an complimentary extended warranty package We also traded in a vehicle on the first transaction and should have been credited that money towards this vehicle

Purchased a *** *** *** from Danbury Kia in September I had a trade in vehicle and they were giving $4k back on trade ins, but only gave me $for mineI had extensive service issues with the vehicle because if it's odd speed transmissionTheir service and *** service said the car was fine, but it's notCustomer service/transparency was extremely poorI personally don't think they are honest and literally they took every penny they could from me

The Bluetooth system is not related in any way to the areas where our technician performed the work on *** ***' vehicle and, as there was no complaint prior to this, we did not perform a diagnostic on the Bluetooth serviceUnfortunately, these units do sometimes fail.As a gesture of good will,
