fair offer for their negligence. We are out a lot of money due to the depreciation of the vehicle that we would not have traded in at this time.  I think they should of also considered all the rebates and incentives we received on our first vehicle and in the least could have offered us such as lifetime oil change.  It would of at least been nice to receive an complimentary extended warranty package.  We also traded in a vehicle on the first transaction and should have been credited that money towards this vehicle.
