Excellent customer service! Knowledgeable staff made my experience effortless.

I did not drop off my car a month ago I dropped it off two weeks ago and they installed the battery incorrectly I called them and told them I am having the same issue I was having the first time , they told me I had to pay for the towing and then see if the issue was the battery they never offered to pay for towing , and I called them a couple times regarding this issue and the manager was never available, I had someone else check out the car and the battery was not installed correctly by there staff that's why my car battery died  a couple days later

I would like to clarify some points since Danbury Chrysler stands by their recommendations. The other Chrysler dealership installed the seat motor on Danburys recommendation and it did not solve the problem but I still had to pay for the part (seat motor) $271.19 because it was a non returnable part.
Also I would like to clarify that I said the oil light came on as I was driving up to the other dealership. I had asked them to check that so please don't be confused by that. This is what the other dealership wrote on the paper work. "No light was on while pulling vehicle in to shop. Use scan tool to check for codes. No fault codes present. Check oil level. Oil is about a quart low. Inspect for leaks. Did not find anything leaking oil." Add 1 quart of oil. ($54.98)

As was stated earlier, if [redacted] will bring in the vehicle for inspection and her receipt from the re-installation of the battery, we will be happy to consider some reimbursement.

I am rejecting this response because:the car will have to be picked up so you guys can replace this horrible non working battery that you guys gave me for an [redacted] this is not the battery your spouse to use , and secondly it doesn't work I have been unable to drive my car for over a week. So you guys will need to tow my car in put in the correct battery I'm done with this runaround

We are currently attempting to resolve the issue with [redacted]'s account but have been hampered by Kia [redacted] privacy policies which do not allow anyone but the account-holder to make changes or access information. 
We have been and are in contact with the regional...

representative for Kia and hope to facilitate a resolution as soon as possible. 
Unfortunately, we do not have any direct influence over [redacted] but we did agree to absorb the fee for early lease termination and hope to have the other issues resolved with Kia [redacted] as soon as possible.

This program is not transferable to another service center. As a compromise, we would like to offer the free oil change services through our Kia store.

We apologize for the lapse in communication--we moved offices and our manager did not receive [redacted] message. He will contact [redacted] directly to set up an appointment to repair the vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because: I believe they are responsible to repair what got broken on their watch. I brought in my vehicle with the bluetooth working and when I got it back after an entire week at the company it was not working. If the loaner that they gave me had any issues then I would have been responsible for it when I returned the vehicle. The same thing holds for Dodge, they are responsible for my bluetooth system as it was functioning perfectly when I left it with them. I am not satisfied with the customer service response as I should not be putting out another $400 from my pocket.

[redacted]l brought her vehicle to us stating that it would not start. We diagnosed a weak battery and replaced it. One month later, she called to say that the vehicle was not starting intermittently. We advised her to have the vehicle towed in and, if the battery was found faulty, we would pay...

to replace the battery and for the tow fees.She has not brought the vehicle back for inspection nor contacted us again until today. As we have not inspected the vehicle, there is no way of knowing whether or not the fault was with the battery or with some other issue.If [redacted] would like to bring the vehicle to us for inspection, with the invoice for the repair work done, we would be happy to consider reimbursement of some kind.
