Good afternoon,I have reviewed our recordsLooks like the first visit to our dealership was 1/5/with 86,miles on itThe customers concern was a check engine light was onHe had shared with us that he had just changed his spark plugs and coilsWe found that # cylinder head and head gasket on the right needed to be replacedWe had that covered under warrantyNo charge to the customerThe second time we saw this car was 4/28/with 91,miles on itThe customer drove 4,miles after first repairOn this visit iit was also #We had this covered under warranty as wellI do not see any return comments since the last repairIf the customer is still having the concern please let me know and we can take a look at itThank you

[redacted] [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This a just a plain out lieIt was never articulated in the way they are now trying to say itThey told me, I needed a new engine and my water pump was broke not leakingTiffany the service adviser which didn't appear to be that knowledgeable then directed me to a new car salesman to attempt to sale me a new car after I told them tha I would not be replacing the engineAlso, I did not have my car towed there, that's a lieI drove my car there with no apparent issues that's why I was so taken back when they said I needed a new engineI had my care towed from their dealership for a second opinion to be safeAs stated before, they found nothing to be wrong with my engine which I have the reportThe only thing they found was a leak in the coolantThey replaced the pump and my truck has been running fine with no issuesIf my engine was going bad, there would be signs and would not be driving well at allI've been driving my vehicle every since I took it from there with no problemsThey were trying to swindle me out of money which I'm quite sure they do to a lot of other peopleIt is really sad and a disgraceIf I didn't think that something was fishy, they would have succeeded in either getting me to spend $unnecisarily Regards, [redacted] ***

I am partially rejecting this response as noted below:
Collision Department - Concur and agreement that dealer can mail the label to be received NLT 4/26/Because of past label delivery assurances that did NOT happen from dealer, I will follow up with Revdex.com IF or when received
Service Department - Disagreement and do NOT concur because I definitely requested 30K mileage routine maintenance service IAW the 29,mileage of my car for that needed serviceDue to the error data coding, customer service representative misinterpretation or negligence - I no longer have faith or trust regarding my vehicle to be serviced at this dealership and request refund of amount billed $so my 30K service maintenance can be completed elsewhere in accordance with my service request
I serviced my prior *** *** *** and my current *** *** *** at this dealership without incidence until nowHowever, no further communication with dealer is needed

Good afternoon, I am very sorry for the lack of follow up while your vehicle was with usI will make sure to review this with our Manager so that he can improve his processI have asked around and no one has removed the tagsI would recommend contacting your insurance company to make sure that they did not remove them after declaring it a total lossIf they have not removed them ( if you haven't already) I would contact the DMV to see if someone turned them inAfter that I would go to the police and report them stolenAs far as the car being a total loss, we do not have the authority to make that callThis decision is strictly made by your insurance companyWhy did your insurance cut your rental coverage? Based on your answer I may be able to check into the chargesThank you

Good Morning -I have reviewed this claim with the service team and they have acknowledged their dropping the ball on the oil change. There is no excuse for that and leaves the customer with little confidence in the service team. The radio was not replaced under warranty because when it
was removed the sticky substance was present. Dealers must send the replaced part back when it is done under warranty and sticky substance is often rejected by charging back the dealer. The service team was erring on the side of caution with the warranty claim. The recall requires parts that we did not have in stock. Troy attempted to contact the customer many times - she was out of the country which made reaching her more difficult - never the less, he should have been very clear in his communications with her as to the work that we could perform and what we were unable to perform. I have asked the service director to please call the customer and offer her a free oil change and ask if we may have another opportunity to deliver an exceptional experience.Sincerely,Nicole
