I regret the delivery service including the Wednesday paper at no additional charge is not available in your area. This was an error made by the kiosk representative and has been addressed with the manager.  Regular service for Friday-Saturday and Sunday delivery should...

be started and continuing without interruption. I understand you have spoken to one of our customer care supervisors who will continue to check in and ensure delivery is to your satisfaction.  If at any time delivery is missed, or you are not satisfied, please let us know and we will issue a credit for any missed newspapers, or a refund of the subscription. Regards,Kelly [redacted]

We are sending the blanket as requested.

Spoke with Mr. [redacted]. We have resolved with an adjustment and a refund request for 10.50. He has my number should he need anything further.

I regret Mr. [redacted] did not see the terms and conditions at the time of subscribing as they are stated on each printed or digital sales piece that "the subscription will automatically renew at the end of the promotional period unless the customer provides notices of cancellation. "Mr. [redacted]'s...

subscription was paid through until January 6, 2016 and delivery stopped when he contacted us on January 21, 2016 leaving a balance due of $11.18 for papers delivered and received.  Our intention is never to mislead or deliver a product to someone who does not wish to receive it. For this reason, the $11.18 will be removed from Mr. [redacted]'s account and he will remain in good standing should he ever wish to re-subscribe. Regards,

The issue has been resolved.  The carrier has been spoken to and papers were verified on a handful of occasions.

After my initial complaint with the Revdex.com regarding the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's print subscription policies, I had an exchange with a representative of the newspaper. The matter remains unresolved and the business practice is abusive to its print edition customers. I remain firm that I should not have to pay for the print product if temporarily suspending my subscription (while out of town) and not requesting the missed papers to be delivered upon return. The newspaper's position is that it will not credit my account because I'm able to access its content online. However, I don't access the content online when out of town. Therefore, they are unfarily charging me each day for a service not being received or used.

Regards,
[redacted] I have not received any communication detailing why my bill increased by over 30%.  The "apology" I received was very insincere and the person was combative with me for filing the complaint.

The missed and late papers continue. Late every day.I never received a call or resolution about the credits for missed and late papers. In addition, I paid my bill in full on March 23 and received a bill last week.  I called customer service and was told my account was never credited and they were "looking into it".

It has been 3 more weeks with only 1 newspaper being delivered each time instead of the two I am paying for.

I reached out to Mr. [redacted] and discussed the missed deliveries and opportunities for improved customer service.  We are extending his service for an additional 30 days.  He is satisfied with this resolution and has my contact information.  He will let me know if he has any...

additional concerns.

The account was stopped and balance refunded on December 21st.

The account is scheduled to stop at the end of January.  The monthly rate on this account is only $7.58.  We do not process refunds for less than $10.00.

Tell us whyDear Sir,The vacation policy the customer is referring to is not a recent change but one that went in to effect in 2012. Verbiage regarding this policy is listed on each renewal statement as well as on the self-service portal and all promotional pieces.    The subscription...

rate is a package that includes digital access. We realize not everyone reads all sections of the newspapers or takes advantage of all channels of delivery. However, currently partial credit is not given if you do not log in to access the digital portion, or you do not have the printed paper delivered for a period of time. Perhaps this will change in the future.  I’ve reviewed the account and show numerous vacation this past year. In many instances he choose to have the papers held and delivered upon his return.  In April 2014 he also questioned this vacation policy and an email was sent to explaining credit is no longer given when the printed copy is held. If you should need further explanation please feel free to contact me directly. Kelly [redacted]###-###-####  here...

We spoke with Mr. [redacted] and explained the billing.  His delivery needs the attention of our field sups and we have escalated.  We will follow up next week to check on his delivery.

When I spoke with Wil [redacted] after several conversations, he verbally told me that the whole Obituary would be refunded not just $45.00. $45.00 was NEVER discussed! Full refund of my placed obituary was what I was told not just a portion.

The Journal HAS NOT sent me an e-mail or called me or left a message. I was never on an agreed rate of $20.82 or ever agreed to sign up for 3 months at a time so that information provided is false. Furthermore, none of my questions or statements have been answered or confirmed. In my opinion, they are continuing to make this difficult by not seeming to not completely understand the issues and questions I would like a resolution to.If any additional information is needed from me, please let me know.

The account did stop on 12/10.  We have cleared the remaining balance.  There is nothing due from the customer.

I regret your delivery was missed and subsequently the request to re-delivery was also not carried through as requested. This should not have happened.  Additionally, same day delivery must be requested prior to 9:00am and fall within the re-delivery area limits which added to the frustration...

the following day.  I'll make sure the missing paper is delivered to you tomorrow as well as a credit for 1 week added to your account for the aggravation.  Thank you,
