I HAVE GONE TO DAVE'S CAR CAR A FEW TIMES AND REPAIRS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WAS ALWAS INFORMED AS TO WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED AND HOW MUCH IT WILL COST AND IF OTHER REPAIRS WERE NEEDED . BEEN TREATED COURTEOUSLY. I WILL BE TAKING CAR BACK FOR REPAIRS THAT I COULD NOT HAVE DONE EARLIER.

They do great work and kept me up to date on what they were doing. Very plesant to do business with. [redacted] is truly "a member of his community"!

I had an excellent experience at Dave's. My air-conditioner was prepared for a few hours ahead of schedule and for reasonable price. The staff is professional and personable. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My first time at Dave's was with our older truck with a/c problems. Keenan was the nice guy working on it. He had it done in a day, it was major and I was hot and it was August!

While I was test driving the vehicle on April 1st with the owner Dave in the car, I showed him that the car is still pulling and he claims it is the way of the road and put his hand on the steering wheel to straighten the car out. The Reason for me leaving with the vehicle is because I am frustrated with the service that Dave's has provided me. I called Dave's on April 2nd letting them know that the vehicle was still pulling and that the dealership will not work on the vehicle since Daves has adjusted the sub frame, because they do not want to be liable for any issues that can occur. This vehicle is my only form of transportation to work and school. The car has been to the shop for the same problem three times and I see no results at all. I will take the vehicle for another diagnosis at another shop, and see if the the repair was done properly and if there was a misdiagnosis by Dave's Car Care.

The greatest customer service I have received from an auto shop. Every worker was very friendly and very accommodating to my needs. They were very honest and upfront about all costs and what needed to be repaired. They were also very honest about the time it would cost to repair. I would definitely recommend this auto shop to anyone needing a good car repair.

1st time customer at Dave's Care Care was yesterday December 17, 2015. I must say they did a great job, and communicated very well with me and no surprises when it was time to pick up the car. Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer!

I'm new to the Phoenix area and had car trouble on the I-17 during rush hour. My check engine light was flashing, which I figured was not good, so I checked Yelp and found Dave's. I chose them because of the reviews and also the fact that it is near my house. They've gained a customer for however long I remain in the area! I took my car in around 10:00am, they said it would be a bit before they could diagnose it, so THEY GAVE ME A RIDE HOME! By noon they called me and told me what was wrong, how much everything would cost, and to my surprise-- that it would be finished before closing the same day. They were friendly and quick. I highly recommend Dave's Car Care! Oh and the actual Dave (the owner) answers the phone at the shop. I thought that was a nice, personal touch.

They made a commitment to me and delivered more. Great communication and service. Checked out my problem and recommended additional service with no pressure. Will definitely be going back. Did lots of research before choosing Dave's and it paid off. Have already recommended Dave's to two friends.

I went in with my 2005 Dodge Magnum with no idea what to expect. I had taken the car to several places but no one could diagnose the car properly until I brought her to Dave's Car Care. I was treated like family as soon as I entered the door, and everyone was kind. She was diagnosed correctly, fixed, and well taken care of. This is going to be my go to shop for as long as I or they are around! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience, I had a great time. approach was per industry standards; however, we watched the video of  your visit and sincerely apologize for the manner in which you were treated.

The client came back into our shop on April 20th and, as a courtesy, we replaced a number of parts either at no charge or at our cost with no labor.  The customer left our facility satisfied.

I love Dave's Car Care because they're fast, efficient, and honest. Open on Saturdays is a huge plus, and so is the courtesy shuttle back to your place as long as it's a 3 mile radius from the shop. They make sure you understand what's wrong with your vehicle and offer their suggestions before working on the vehicle which is priceless in a mechanic. Prices are fair, and they're kind people. I hope they stay in business for a long time.

Moved to AZ 3 years ago. Have used Car dealerships for our corvette and paid a hefty price to say the least. My husband and I decided to use Dave's. Very pleased with the job they did. Not only did they keep us up to date the day of service with what needed to be done, they did it well, and the price was fair. This is the first time EVER, we received a welcome package, with some nice gifts thanking us for our business. I did several reviews before choosing Dave's and all I read were positive. The towing guy gave good input on them also, so we felt we made a good choice. We own several vehicles and FINALLY, after 3 years, have found a shop that is competent and fair! Thanks[redacted]
