I am rejecting this response because: I did not get a copy of this Warranty at the time of my purchase via phoneI would have never bought that amount of food if I was aware of this

The customer is contacted every day on his cell and his home phone When we do not get an answer we automatically scheduled them for the next day and called again the following day We did replace the thermostat and have been unable to return to figure out why this did not fix the
problem Please have the customer return to the store and we will issue a cash refund

Mr *** called my office and said he wanted to exchange the freezer for a refrigerator and was told to come in and pick one out after new shipment arrived and we were both in agreement with that he can come in whenever he is available and
exchange the unit .thank you management

The customer purchased a side by side and scheduled a delivery Later the customer decided that she wanted an upgrade for a door french refrigerator We advised that we needed to order door bins for that item We spoke to her today 9-27-and she would like delivery without
the bins and she will pick them up when they come inWe apologize for the delays in delivery service schedule and or any miscommunication that may have occurred We thought she wanted the bins before delivery

All of the appliances are under warranty. We did not install the appliances, the customer wanted to have the items dropped in the garage and they would install themselves. When the customer called with issues on his items he refused to schedule a service. An Fcode could be a
pressure switch or pump not necessary a computer board. All items are tested and ran through several cycles and cleaned prior to deliveryThe refrigerator is being used in the garage. The GFI keeps tripping and we advised the customer that his GFI outlet MUST be on its own circuit. The customer took the refrigerator into the house and it worked fine and did not trip that circuit. The customer needs an electrician. We will still honor the warranty

*** *** That's only part of the story Iam calling them constantly to stay on top of situation .today is the 6-14-I called today and asked them to pick up the refrigerator ! Then he said the parts just arrived and he will have a tecnition here on Friday morningWill see if he is telling the truth and the tec and the right parts are here! More to come after Friday

I apologize for the delays, I and my daughter had the flu for the past days I sent my daughter to the address with cash as opposed to mailing it ...since we were delayed due to illness She has not been able to catch anyone at home We will bring the full refund to you this evening Again, I apologize for the delay

We apologize for the delays in responding This went to the spam folder There is a repair or replace policy However, yes please have the customer bring the appliance in and we will issue a full refund

We advised to schedule a pick up of the washer and to refund the as well as the deposit for an additional appliance and or money down two weeks ago I apologize, I was sure this was communicated to them and not sure where the ball was dropped We will contact the customer
today and schedule a pick up and refund

I am not familiar with this situationWe will reach out to the Ms*** or Ms *** whom purchased the itemI do know that Ms *** received for Ms***...even though the terms and conditions and warranty of the sale states that food loss is not coveredThe delivery service
is outsourced and not sure why there were so many delays or missed appointments, the delivery service should be the one calling the customer in that caseI will speak with them as wellWe did return to Ms***s home regarding "no shelves"The delivery service took pictures and there were shelvesHowever, we will check into all this and see what has happened on our end and get this taken care of

The customer purchased a day extended warranty In April of 2015...It is now June We have honored the "repair or replace" warranty in addition to renewing the policy for an additional days each time there was an issue and or we traded the refrigerator out This is an unusual
amount of every days of issues We received another service call request on Friday June 24th The customer should be getting a call today from the technician The warranty is a "repair and or replace" and also states that we do not cover food loss We have extended the warranty for over a year now at no additional cost We will resolve this issue within the next business days and if we cannot we will pick up the appliance and refund the customer for the purchase price

We are not open on Sunday However we did speak to the customer and we did set up a service call for Wednesday ..tomorrow the 18th..today is Tuesday We apologize for any inconvenience, but the Warranty given to the customer at the time of purchase states that we do not cover food loss
We will be happy to repair or replace the refrigerator at no charge Please contact us with any further questions

We have no record of an oven being dropped off for repairsHowever, when *** came to the store and advised us that a door had been dropped
off..we were unable to locate the door or any paperwork/repair ticket*** also, has no paperworkRegardless, we have been working with *** to locate an over door that will fit her stove at no charge*** did come into the store and look at one door that was a perfect fit ..but did not like the oven door and or wanted something newer lookingI will contact *** today and see if we can get a serial number and model number and get her a price for a new door

I think that I have replied to the request for the customer wanting the oven door backAgain, I have no paperwork or work order for an oven doorThe customer has no paperwork or work order that the oven door was dropped off for a repairEither way, there is no oven door to returnWe apologize if this is an error on our part, however, we do not have an oven door, nor was the one shown to the customer acceptable to themPer my previous response, I left a voice mail to contact me with the serial number and model number of her stove and could possibly try to locate and price an oven door for the customer

I am not satisfied with the refrigerator and Mr*** said that he paid all he is going to pay to reimburse for the food that I lost
