I am rejecting this response because: The only part of this that is not a complete fabrication and lie is the fact the someone brought over a cash refund to our residence and handed to my wife.[redacted] not only blew up, cursed and ordered me off his property when I did go to his business because of him not calling me back after leaving messages two days in a row, his exact words were "you come here and lambaste me, get the [redacted] off my property". What a shame for all the lies.... Case closed

Yes we do use contracted delivery and service techs.  We apologize for the delays.  Please contact the store to schedule an appointment to pick up the washer and we will issue a refund for 160.00.  The customer can also return the item as well.
