7/22/To Whom It May Concern, We are saddened to know that [redacted] feels “depressed” and “angry” about this situationWe have only been trying to help her and we have been providing our services exactly as they were described during the interview process and per our Regulations, client obligations, etc We explain to our clients that we are using our best judgment when providing referrals and we are matching them with those who are “most mutually compatible”, according to their profile informationHowever, we cannot guarantee that all matches will work outWe also explain to our clients that they will not like everyone they meet We have been providing our services and have matched [redacted] with men who have been compatible with her, according to their profiles (although she may not have connected with all of them)As we previously mentioned, we have offered to “bonus back” certain matches, create a communication schedule with [redacted] and our Director even offered to personally work with [redacted] going forwardWe believe we have been more than fair in our attempts to make this work for [redacted] In addition to signing a non-refundable agreement, [redacted] also signed a client obligation form which states that she agrees to remain patient and optimistic, she understands that she will not like everyone she meets and she agrees she must meet all of her matches in order to give our company the full opportunity to meet her expectations of our programWe are still confident that we have been doing everything in our power to make the program work for [redacted] Our Director reminded [redacted] again during their recent conversation on 7/that she came to us for a reason and we want to get her connected to that potential soulmateOur Director reiterated the matches that were “bonused back” to her and why, and that is something that we can do to ensure that she is meeting people that fit her criteria, but it still doesn't ensure that we can determine chemistryShe explained to [redacted] that we will do everything in our power to help her find success through our program, but we can never guarantee itShe can meet her potential soulmate at the grocery store, gas station, a church function, a work function etcThere is no way that we can guarantee to anyone that we will be the one to introduce them to their special someoneWe can only be an added avenue to introduce them to people that they may not have access to on their own or with other avenuesOur staff works hard on a daily basis in an effort to help our clients find successful relationships - we have been very successful in doing so and nothing makes us happierOur offer still stands to credit back certain matches, provide a communication schedule, have our Director personally work with [redacted] going forward, etcHowever, a refund will not be possible, as we have explained to [redacted] We hope [redacted] has a change of heartWe want her to understand that we sincerely have her best interest at heart and want to continue working with her to help her reach her goalThank you,DC Singles

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have documentation of all of the unanswered communicationI have documentation of their non attempts to resolve this matterI don't know what medical condition they are referring toThey continually fabricate information which is alarming and disheartening, all of which I have documentation ofI thought this was a closed case, why are they responding with MORE fabrication? There must be a reason which makes me extra uncomfortableThey know very well how dissatisfied I am with their service and their fancy words and fabricationI have documentation and proof of my experience with this companySo even with them saying they sent me something proving something, that was totally NOT the caseWhich was not surprising Roughly 99% of their customers complain of these very same things, so I am not alone in my thoughts and feelingsCustomers glowingly praise when they are satisfied and complain when they are not Regards, [redacted] ***

12/28/15To Whom It May Concern,We are in receipt of [redacted] ***’s complaint[redacted] came into our office for an interview on 9/and decided to join our services She selected the program she desired and we processed her payment [redacted] then signed a non-refundable agreement and we provided her with all of our paperworkShe left our office, we immediately began working for her and we were excited to try and help her find someone special.We completed all the necessary administrative tasks in order to activate [redacted] ***’s profile and we sent her an e-mail to let her know her account was active on 9/We later spoke with [redacted] ***, as she had some concerns and questions about the profile and matchmakingShe then e-mailed us after and requested to cancelWe spoke with [redacted] that evening and she informed us that she filed a dispute with her credit card companyWe tried to discuss her concerns with her, but she had no interestShe then ended the call.Our Director of Client Relations spoke with [redacted] on 10/to try and resolve her concerns and she reiterated that she filed a dispute and had no interest in discussing anything with us until we received the outcome of the disputeShe said she would contact us at that time.Almost months later, we finally received the credit card dispute(Unfortunately, we cannot control how long her bank takes to handle disputes.) We immediately responded with the requested information and the case was closed in our favor [redacted] then contacted us and spoke with our Director of Client Relations again [redacted] inquired as to why she had not received the funds back and we kindly reminded her that the charge-back came back in our favorWe reminded her that there is no 3-day cooling off periodShe repeated that we are a “scam” and we asked why she would feel that wayWe do not want any of our clients to feel this way, as this is not trueWe tried reminding [redacted] why she joined our program and she was not interested in discussing this [redacted] just notified us that she did not wish to move forwardWe explained that we want to work with her, but her account was in dispute for a lengthy period of time, because she initiated a charge-backShe was very unhappy during our conversationWe tried everything in our power to resolve this matterOur hands are tied until [redacted] agrees to work with us.Again, we want nothing more than to assist [redacted] in finding someoneWe are here for her and we want her to understand that we are on her sideIt is important for her to give the program a chance.Thank you, DC Singles

Date: 9/22/15To Whom It May Concern,We are in receipt of [redacted] ’ complaintWe will address her concerns and explain her situation below[redacted] chose to come into our office for an interview with a Relationship Specialist on 4/They spent time together and our Specialist learned about [redacted] ’ past, what she is looking for in a partner, etc [redacted] explained that she lost her ex-boyfriend and fiancé of years to cancer that he battled for yearsWe were very sorry to hear this and sympathized with [redacted] We can’t imagine how difficult it must have been to go through this experience She expressed that she was very nervous about dating again and this was going to be a “huge step” for herIt was [redacted] ’ choice to join our services, as we simply offer our program to those who qualifyWe are always respectful to all candidates and clientsDuring [redacted] ’ interview, just as every other, we prescreened and prequalified herIn doing so, we ensured that [redacted] is financially secureHer Specialist had only wonderful things to say about [redacted] [redacted] was described as a “sweet woman” and due to her past experience, we were genuinely excited to have her in our program and to have the opportunity to try and assist her in finding a new companion.After [redacted] joined and left our office following her interview, we immediately began working for herWe completed all the necessary administrative work on [redacted] ’ behalf in order to activate her account [redacted] was responsible for completing her online profileHowever, [redacted] was not completing this information in a timely mannerWe had previously sent her linstructions, but then we called her on 5/reminding her that we needed this information finished, so that we could move forward with her programWe called again on 6/and her voice-mail box was full, so we were unable to leave a message [redacted] called us back that same day and promised to complete her profile that night.Once [redacted] profile was complete, one of our matchmakers contacted [redacted] on 6/to welcome her to the program and discuss the process in a little more detailWe were then finally able to match [redacted] with her first match on 6/We matched [redacted] with a man who showed to be very compatible with her, according to their profile information and compatibility questions they both completed [redacted] ’ Ideal Match Description states that she wishes to meet a man who is educated (with a Graduate degree), a sense of humor, is kind and honest, etc [redacted] ’ match met these preferences, among many other characteristics and qualitiesHe also shared various commonalities with [redacted] We explain to our clients that we use our best judgment when providing referrals and we are matching them with those who are most mutually compatible with themWe only hope for the best with each match [redacted] did not complete her date feedback (which is required of our clients in order to continue the search for them), but her match completed his feedback and stated that [redacted] “was not interested in meeting”He also stated, “We did have a nice conversation over the phone, but she told me that she was not interested in meeting anyone from DC Singles”.To our surprise, [redacted] then sent a brief e-mail to our staff on 6/requesting that we take her name “off of our list” while also stating disparaging comments about our companyWe did not understand what could have brought [redacted] to feel this wayWe immediately reached out to her via phone after we received her e-mail [redacted] did not answer or return our callOur Director of Client Relations then reached out to [redacted] on the following dates: 7/2, 7/8, 7/22, 7/28, 8/We have not heard back from [redacted] and have now received this complaint.As you can see, everything was right on schedule for [redacted] and we were working hard for herWe were under the impression that things were going well until [redacted] sent an e-mail requesting to “take her name off of our list”We have provided our services and matched [redacted] with a gentleman who showed to be very compatible with her, according to our researchAlso, her match indicated that they had a pleasant telephone conversation, but [redacted] did not wish to meet for a date.Please note that [redacted] signed an agreement which states the fee she paid is non-refundableHer agreement also states that we are to provide her with her purchased amount of matches, which we are attempting to doOur services have not ceased and they have been exactly as they were describedIn addition, [redacted] signed a client obligation form which states that she agrees she must meet all of her purchased matches in order to give our company the full opportunity to meet her expectations of the programShe also agrees to discuss any concerns she may have directly with our staff.As we explained, we were looking forward to the opportunity to assist [redacted] in finding a new companion and we would like to continue working with herWe ask that she contacts us, so we can calm any fears she may haveWe are only here to help her.Thank you,DC Date: 10/12/Re: [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, We are extremely surprised to receive a complaint from [redacted] [redacted] joined our program back in and has received our servicesOur services were provided exactly as they were described to [redacted] both verbally during his interview and according to the paperwork he signed and received copies ofWe would not state we can find someone special within a specific number of triesWe explain to our clients during the interview that it is a process and can take timeWe never know when our clients will end up connecting with one of their referralsThere is also nothing in our paperwork which states there are any guaranteesWe do, however, hope for the best with each and every couple we put togetherWe provided all purchased referrals to [redacted] When his program was complete, as a courtesy, we kept his profile active in our system to receive referrals if and when he came up as a compatible referral for one of our female ClientsHe then received additional referrals [redacted] was only matched with women whom showed to be most mutually compatible with him, per their profile information and compatibility indicators [redacted] even provided positive feedback for several of his referralsIt is up to our clients to meet for a date and then take things from thereWe always hope for the best possible outcomeAfter [redacted] refused to meet the last women presented to him, his account was closed in When he recently contacted us, we reminded him that he was in our system at our discretion since his program has been completedHe received referrals overall and met successfully with womenWe informed him that if he wished to become an active Client with us again, he would need to reactivate his program, which would cost an additional feeWe would be happy to do soIf not, we wish him the best of luck in his search for someone specialWe left him a message today upon receipt of his complaintWe hope to speak directly with him to discuss this situationThank you, DC Singles
