In their response they returned the cost of shipping which was $1.00, but they still have over $100.00 of my money that I received nothing for. In their letter to you they said they didn't have an address for me. After I filed a complaint I got an MP3 player in the mail. I talked to someone in their company and they said they couldn't find my account using the information that I gave them but they seemed to have some thing because because it was to sent my home address and they seemed to have no trouble getting my credit card to pay what they asked.. The account has been closed and I guess I'll have to write off the $100.00 as a lesson learned the hard way..

I have the credit card bill showing their charges.. They are using an add showing a contest of which I was the winner, After I complained they sent an MP3 player instead of the phone as advertised.. There was never a confirmation email received from Deal Hippo. The first I ever saw the name of the company was on my bank statement.
I have spoken to my bank and they deny that their investigation would prohibit any refund from processing. They will gladly accept the refund and once refunded, will close their investigation.
If the company cannot process the refund, they can issue me a check directly at which time I will have the bank close the investigation.
The company is once again obfuscating the facts in hope that the consumer will give up.

I agree with the company refunding the $49 enrollment fee, that was all I wanted back was the $49 but was also told that I needed to return the MP3 player first in order to have the $49 refunded. but that does not explain why the free gift that I chose after finishing the survey never arrived? Please explain to me why I was told that the MP3 player was shipped on July 13th and was supposed to take 7-10 business days to arrive which the 10th day would of been the 27th of july. Here it is now August 14th it has now been 24 business days and no mp3 player ever showed up via USP like I was told.
