I am rejecting this response because: the account logins and Paypal transactions were unauthorized What you have stated may be all the records you have but they do not prove that I - the account holder - authorized them I did not and cannot be more clear about that I would have expected you to work with me, in good faith, as a business who wishes to maintain positive customer relations so I am very disappointed in you I'm not arguing that Dealdash initiated these charges, I'm sure you did not I'm trying to explain that I - the account holder - did not authorize the disputed transactions I can't speak to whatever records or "pings" you track but they are incorrect, modified, I have no idea what the technology does these days Maybe someone can mimic them, I have no idea Beyond that, there is nothing further I can do beyond continue this process and file reviews wherever possible so maybe this doesn't happen again If you don't want to work with me, that's fine I have been very fair and forthcomingThanks

I am rejecting this response because: The first part of their response is from an automated message I received the same response after complaining the first time about this Deal Dash is trying to rip me.off as they have done other people who have been charged for bids without their knowing and other things I have yet to recieve any kind of message about the item THAT I PAID FOR I will not accept this response and if the problem is not rectified I will take further action This is not right to ripoff people and be able to get away with it

I am rejecting this response because: I have provided proof and screenshots of more than one reseller and they are still there doing itIf DealDash was actually fair and honest how can I easily find resellers and their compliance department can notI will continue to monitor bidding as DealDash instructs you to do to become a better bidder and I will still see the same winners and resellers This is the responce they have consitantly provided and nothing so far has changedI think I deserve all the bids I wasted doing what they told me to do to learn and I know many of the people now who are not playing fair and DealDash knows who they are as well They are very nice at customer service but do not admit they have a problem and fair and honest should be removed from the sales pitches with all the bids I wasted proving my point to them for weeks they still come up with excuses and I would take back my bids and use what I’ve learned to see if it is possible to win a large item I wasted enough that I should in a fair and honest system win a large item with over bids at least! I really don’t need anything but want to see them change the advertising so other honest people like myself do not get suckered into spending thousands of bids and dollars for a dollar pillow that everyone won for a cent bid but looking it up the next time it was on auction the 15+ people who won it for cents did not show up as winners I’m sure my dispute will never happen and they will continue to advertise that they are fair and honest when the compliance team is obviously not doing their job
