It is important for the Revdex.com to understand that this customer's complaint relates to properties purchased from a third-party company Nevertheless, we have been doing our very best to help move this issue along to a resolutionMr [redacted] and MsMoeller, by their own admission, have stopped communicating with customer service (see attached) They have not returned daily voicemails or e-mails since March 3, 2015.While we can appreciate Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] are frustrated, there can be no resolution without communication The seller of the property stands ready, willing and able to work out an amicable resolution - including buying back the property - but Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] are required to participate in the discussionsThe customer service folks will continue to reach out to Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] on a daily basis, and we will update the Revdex.com once the issue has been resolved

The Company has received this Revdex.com complaint filed by [redacted] , and has taken immediate action to investigate the issues raised, and to attempt to reach out to Mr [redacted] directly via telephone to more fully understand his concerns, and to address them completely Prior to addressing the details of this Revdex.com complaint, it is very important for both the Revdex.com and Mr [redacted] to realize that the Company takes all complaints very seriously and seeks to reach an amicable resolution as quickly as possible The customer is the Company's greatest asset.Regarding the real estate assets purchase by Mr [redacted] , Dean Enterprises was not a party to those contracts and did not sell Mr [redacted] any properties As explained in Mr [redacted] 's complaint, he purchased these properties from BuyPD, LLC (a Utah based LLC) We have reached out to BuyPD on behalf of Mr [redacted] , and prior to receiving this complaint, they were not aware of any outstanding issues with Mr [redacted] or his properties Nevertheless, as part of BuyPD's commitment to outstanding customer service, they have reached out to MrKreiener via telephone in order to discuss what options he would like to pursue - including BuyPD buying back the properties from him at the price he paid However, it is our understanding from speaking with BuyPD that Mr [redacted] will not speak to any customer service agents from BuyPD - and is insisting on communicating via the Revdex.com It would help expedite the resolution of this matter if Mr [redacted] would speak to customer service in order to finalize the buyback.Regarding the real estate education and training Mr [redacted] purchased from our live event partner, Insider's Financial, LLC (a Utah based LLC), we immediately asked customer service to reach out to Mr [redacted] via telephone to attempt to resolve his concerns - including a refund of monies paid for education and training he purchased Again, Mr [redacted] refused to speak with customer service, and insisted on communicating via the Revdex.com Insider's Financial remains ready, willing, and able to resolve this matter to Mr [redacted] 's satisfaction, but it requires Mr [redacted] to speak with them.Finally, Dean Enterprises stands behind its products and services 100% It always has, and always will Also, the Company requires that each of its strategic parters have customer service and satisfaction as their #priority We strive to ALWAYS take care of the customer This remains the case today

I am an Account Manager for ***I am here to help clients after they have purchased propertiesI worked with you earlier last year regarding the property on [redacted] I see that we approved to assist you with some missing rents and rehab but do not see that we were able to provide funds because we did not receive the signed release of fundsI received a letter that you were very displeased with your property and the experience you have encountered with our company and I wanted to see how I may be able to assist you further! We understand you’ve had a bad experience with our organizationI can assure you we have nothing but the best intentions for each of our clients and strive to exceed expectations wherever we canThis is especially difficult with real estate because there is so much outside our control (tenant employment, economic performance, tenant reliability, etc.)The last thing we want is for you to feel like you’ve been taken advantage of and left “high and dry”We are a great company that takes care of its clients and will make sure that we give you the property that was advertised to you as accurately as possibleIt should also be known that it is in our best interest to take care of you, as returning customers maintain a huge portion of our business, and it wouldn’t be that way if we didn’t take care of our client base, and make sure we give you a property that was advertisedReturning clients equate to about 50% of our property and asset salesWe know that investment real estate can be very stressful and frustrating because it doesn’t always go according to plan, that is why I am here to helpWe send our apologies for any inconvenience it has caused youWe would like to assist you with your property so it can be positive investment properties that you desiredIt will take some time to get things sorted out to I do hope you feel some comfort knowing that we are here to assist youPlease contact me with any further questions or concerns that you may have Our department is available from 8:AM – 5:PM MST Monday – FridayOffice is closed Saturday and Sunday [redacted] | customer serviceo: ###-###-####f: ###-###-####buy pdHere is our issues with [redacted] / Dean Enterprises regarding sale of this house at [redacted] **We attended a "Buying Summit June 28, and 30th in Las Vegas, NVWe were told this property was worth $53,950.00, they promised a renter was in said property and would be a good money making investmentThey said they paid $33,for property so they would make money off of sale and we would have $10K in equity already, with a renter in it They told us it was in a good section of town so renting would be no problem.First of all this house was never worth anywhere near $54K....today after real estate market has improved a little[redacted] shows it as $36,121.00....also been informed this is a very poor neighborhood where renters stay for short periods of time before they don't pay rent and legally get evicted..at our costs, plus times they have trashed house so huge expenses each timeTaxes are $2,800/ year and with management company fees and constantly having to re fix up place and clean up messes...we are losing thousands a year on this house that these company's lied and said was such a great deal When we bought house from [redacted] we found out later roof was bad and had to be fixed, plumbing issues in basement and an old water bill of approximately $that they should have made sure was paid before we ever purchased house [redacted] and Dean Enterprises sold us a nightmare of lies in this house which has caused us to be financially raped The bottom lines is they don't care at all [redacted] offered to pay us $7,if we sign a release of them being liable for all their lies...we have lost so much more than $7,and continue more all time I have all the paperwork and proof of this I have original paper showing what they said house worth.etc...etc...etc.Also Dean Enterprises charged us under high pressure sales to keep up with his education of real estate....we ended up paying around $45,for education that isn't worth more than $5,and probably less Can get the same material off internet....nothing new or fantastic material like they act like They pressure students to pay for the next great class and before you get that one done ask for bunch more money for next one and to get to be in Deans "elite" team....trouble is got to keep dishing out $20,at least every time and the education is nothing new....just a scam....teach you to take out loans and max out credit cards .anyway to get money to pay Dean Enterprises.....have to be positive, no negative or they will ask you to leave...cause they no your done being financially raped by them So this a definitely a part complaint The customer IS NOT their greatest asset, just our pocket book/ debtThe crux of this complaint is house and Also so called education costs...wanting refund and take house back plus losses incurred by dishonest sales tactics The seller has NEVER tried to call since this complaint....and we have tried to impress upon them $7K is a drop in the bucket of what this Horrible Dishonest investment has cost us! I've done business with Dean's Private Coaching Program - which is a complete waste of money What he teaches is illegal in most States - fines can be more than $40,dollars and prison time *** claims a 100% refund policy - which is a joke I flew out ot Utah to hunt down their customer service center & demand my money back I would stay away from this company

possible The customer is our greatest asset, and we are committed to working out a win-win solution.The crux of this complaint appears to focus on real property purchased We have reached out to the seller of the property for a resolution.The Seller's records indicate they have tried to help this client quite a bit actually last year, even though they purchased Oct The Seller approved and paid out a large water bill for them, plus approved to pay $7K in rehab and rents that client asked the Seller to pay - even though they weren’t previous to purchaseThe Seller tried following up a few times on the release of funds we sent and never heard back after 5/27/14.Also, since receiving this complaint, the Seller has made numerous calls and sent numerous e-mails to the client They have been unable to successfully reach them - but will keep trying, and will update the Revdex.com once this is complete
