On 7/22/2016 I got ripped of for $477.12 on a $25.00 part, plus the tech entered the wrong part name on the receipt to throw me off, it was a heatwave emergency, so I was in a survival mode, but after watching him put the part in my Lennox central air unit I thought how could this fuse type part cost $477.00, after he was done I did some research on Lennox and found the price for the part $8.00 to $33.00. he made recommendation for other parts totaling $2400.00 a fan and blower motor, a new unit only cost $1900.00 what a rip-off. I will never use Dean's again, I am waiting to speak to the owner Dean Altman

I called Dean's on a Friday morning when my toilet clogged. I scheduled someone to come out between 12-4. At 11am I got a call that the plumber couldn't come out today and they couldn't get one to my job until the middle of the following week. They offered $50 off service. I needed my toilet unclogged, not a discount and 5 days later. Disappointed they couldn't find someone in a more timelier manner.

[redacted] was great to work with and very helpful in diagnosing and repairing our problems.

We are going to refund the amount that we have on file which is $3478.10. That amount will be processed when we get approval from the customer. Best of luck with your new system.

I returned home today at 11:30 AM and discovered puddles in my laundry room. I called Dean's Plumbing, Heating & Air and Steve [redacted] arrived 30 minutes later. He proceeded to explain that my water heater was leaking from the bottom. He did an excellent job of preparing the way for a new water heater. He also listed my options for a new one and ordered it immediately.
I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing problems and also Dean's for their promptness in addressing my issue.

While having our home resided, that contractor discovered that our gas line was leaking where it comes in to the home from the gas meter-outside.
We had the gas company check it out and determined that there was a broken part that needed to be replaced-but was not part of the gas companies property.
We called several businesses. Dean's was the first to get back to us. There technician (Tim L.) arrived quickly and fixed the leak. He also went over what the cost would be BEFORE doing any work.
Tim was polite and professional. We will use Dean's again because of him.

Very professional. I called at 2:30pm on a Friday and they came over at the regular rate (not an emergency rate). Ray was helpful, conscientious and explained what what happening and what my options were. I'd recommend tham.

I am a home owner of 4 years, and Dean' Professional plumbing was the worst company that provided a service to my home. They installed an AC in July of 2014 so poorly that I had to have them come out for two follow up visits to fix the AC they installed wrong. Once again I having problems with my AC this summer and have to call them a second time this summer for more problems. I have never been more frustrated with a company before and I do make it a point to share my experience with others so they don't have to go through what I have gone through. I truly regret getting this service from this company, and has been the only bad decision I have made since purchasing the house.

Found my 16 yr old water heater leaking/. Dean's Professional was able to send out a plumber in an hour or so. Brad was his name. Brad was very polite and explained what had happened and said he could fix the part that was causing the problem. Because this water heater is 16 years old I decided to have them install a new one. They are probably more expensive to deal with than [redacted] etc, but my new water heater was installed within the next couple hours. Cost included permit and taking away of old water heater.

First of your methods did not work well, evidence of the profetional with the right method proved,,, I never got the $100.oo off promised do to work delay,,, so I don't know what can I get back of the money you took from me??? I'm sorry hind sight makes me feel swindled. your company took from me and left me dreding excavating future thank god there are people that did help me,,, will you give back any money or atleast the $100.oo promised?

Dean's Professional Plumbing Heating Air is wonderful! Pin holes in my copper piping happens all to often in Plymouth, MN. I called Dean's Plumbing and got immediate responses with their great hours. In 3 hours from my call to them, I had Erik S. at my door! He was very professional, kind, knowledgeable. He gave me my estimate options which made a great impact. I also signed up to be a Dean's Club Member!! I would strongly recommend Dean's Plumbing, Heating & Air. Thank you Erik S. for a job well done!!!

I would absolutely recommend Deans Plumbing, Heating & Air because of Tyler S. This young man was very nice and professional from the moment he stepped out of the car. We had an outside faucet changed out. He gave options that were acceptable and explained of work being done as he did it. While I was surprised at the cost... it was well worth it due to never hiring a plumber in our 25 years of home ownership.

installed your sump pump on 4/27/14 and your sump pump was covered with a 3 year part and 2 year labor. We most certainly would have taken care of fixing or replacing your pump at no charge to you. Deans charged me over $500 to replace a 10 inch section of corroded copper pipe in my basement. They agreed to call me before proceeding with repairs when I called them, and to NOT just ask my wife who was home and unfamiliar with the problem, but then they just went ahead and did the repair without asking me anyway. The most expensive 10 inch section of 3/4 inch copper pipe out there costs $30. The pipe was very easy to access and the labor was not substantial. When I asked them to explain charging me $500, the exact response was, "Well, we're not the cheapest option out there." No kidding. I'll never use Dean's again and I've tried to save as many people as I can from getting screwed over by them as well.

I loved the job this company did! The sales associate as well as the installers were all very nice and very professional. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone that is in need of their services.

Dean's Professional Plumbing, Heating and Air came to our duplex regarding a problem we were having with the boiler. The technician told me that there were two items needed replacing at a cost of approximately $1,000.

I called a competitor for a second opinion. The actual problem was able to be FIXED for $176 (this included the $99 fee for someone just to go to the house and assess the problem). There have been no problems since.

Dean's was DISHONEST!

We had a similar experience with Dean's in 2009 when we called them to look at our garage heater. Again, the technician told me the heater needed to be replaced at a cost of $2,000. I went to another company for a second opinion where the real problem was found to be that the burners needed to be cleaned. This was done and the heater has been working every since!
