I am writing to you in response to the letter we received regarding customer [redacted] Mr [redacted] rented the vehicle on 02/14/and was returning on 02/16/2017, he did not return the rental until 02/17/ Therefore Mr [redacted] was charged an extra day The charge for the extra day is $plus sales tax which totaled $ That charge was deducted from his deposit of $150.00, which left his deposit credit to the amount of $ Mr [redacted] is disputing the $with the credit card company but he is only entitled $of that amount Please feel free to email me back if you need additional information

I am rejecting this response because: The items were in the vehicle and the manager at the Riverside location even offered to replace themHe also said I would be emailed a statement for the alleged balance owed which also was never receivedI called several times to both the Ontario and Riverside office and was hung up on Everytime when requesting to speak to the district manager

Customer called on Christmas saying the car had a dead battery and that it would not start and he could not jump the car We explained to the customer that if we sent a technician out and found that it was due to customer misuse or error, we would charge the customer according to their
contract Customer then stated that they were going to leave the car in the parking lot abandoning it We sent our road service and they determined that the battery had drained completely because the customer had left the lights on Customer was notified that he was responsible for the towing and the battery because he failed to turn off the lights and abandoned the car in the parking lot of an apartment complex
