I am rejecting this response because:I have only participated in surveys for American Consumer OpinionIf I have violated any terms and conditions for this company, why was this not addressed before I participated in there surveysOnly after completing enough surveys to cash-out and making a complaint for non-payment, are they saying I violated there terms and conditionsHow does that void the payment they owe me? Shame on this company for making bogus excuses to not have to pay someone what is owedNo one individual should have to fight a corporation for $that they earned fair and squareIt is obvious I will not receive my payment because this company is paying its employees to play dirty with the very individuals that are USED to make them money!Regards,

Although I find this resolution satisfactory to me, I do not understand why this business cannot give an accurate time frame in which to process a request. This is the 3rd time I have made a complaint for the same reason. If the process takes longer, they need to inform us of the appropriate time frame. I waited one week past the time given to contact them regarding non payment. After waiting an additional week, I filed my complaint then waited again. This is not a good business practice and I know it has happened to many people

However, I think it is disheartening that I had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com in order to get the payment I was owedThe delay in payment and the fact that multiple email inquiries were blatantly ignored are troubling signsWhether this is a result of uncaring and/or incompetent management or due to a precarious financial position forcing the company to hoard whatever little cash they have and pray for the best, I don’t knowWhat I do know is that these are the characteristics of a company I will never do business with againI truely hope this company figures out how to navigate their current issues and can emerge as a prosperous companyUnfortunately, their current trajectory, based on my experience and the experiences of countless others who have voiced their issues here, it doesn’t look good
