After an extensive quality check, we have discovered that [redacted] has a legitimate case to be paid.  We have experienced major cheating problems in India and we had to validate that this person did live in the U.S. before moving to India.  This member originally lived in the U.S. and completed U.S. surveys, then later moved to India and was still being pulled for U.S. surveys (which we do not allow).  However, the member’s address has now been updated to India in our system which will correct the problem going forward.  We will be paying this member ASAP.  However, we no longer use our old system (Chexx) for international payments, so we are trying to verify if [redacted] is able to receive a PayPal payment.  I will check to see if we have confirmation yet, and I will let you know as soon as the payment has been made.

We appreciate [redacted] comments and understand their concern with regards to their accounts. Georgios’s accounts were flagged and removed because we were not able to confirm his LinkedIn account in association with the websites provided as well as his survey responses. We sent a PayPal payment in the amount of $53.25 to [redacted] today.  This is for complaint #[redacted].   Her account was reactivated on 7/21.  We did not delete her account for the reason she claimed in her complaint.  Her account was deleted because we received a specific bounce back message (unsubscribe/spam) after we sent her a survey invitation.  We are required to delete these types of bounces when we receive them.  The bounce message can either be initiated by a member who clicks on the unsubscribe link in the email, or it can be initiated by the member’s Internet Service Provider if they think our emails are spam.  We receive several of these types of messages daily, and we delete each one.  Sometimes they are not accurate, but we have no way of determining that.  Ms. [redacted]’s account has been reactivated, but if her account gets deleted again for this reason then she will need to provide a new email address to continue receiving surveys from us, per our policy.

It's not my fault that I shifted to India. And Now I would like to draw the attention of Revdex.com team that because of this case I raised to Revdex.com platform, ACOP team has disabled my login so now I can't login to my American consumer Member Panel but where they are stating that they accept members from worldwide.  Isn't that they are harassing & cheating genuine people ?Regarding PayPal Transfer I have replied to Acop Staff Abby already and If they transfer the full money $ 309.75 & the rest points of my account as about 1200-1300 Market points are still there after I requested the withdrawal on 28th May, 2015. So the Total Amount will be nearly $ 322- 323 USD. So I request your team to rectify this matter & unless you transfer the full market points balance as specified new paypal email that I have given to Abby this case will remain open. Now Decision is yours that how long more you will take ? And you have no right to stop my account access because of this case.

We sent a check payment in the amount of $12.95 to [redacted] on 1/12/16.  All of her other cash outs have been paid except for the one she just submitted on 1/7/16, which will be paid in 6-8 weeks.
