They have actually restore my accountThanks

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10785447, and find that this resolution is only somewhat satisfactory to me.
It appears
that the first email from them after complaint to Revdex.com is very generic and only reason I got money when I did was because of filing complaintAfter researching I am not the only unhappy person they seem to delay for long amounts of time when similiar sites pay anywhere within two to business daysThey have said to many people that they are changing things and that also generic comment has been given to people for months possibly even last year - they need to be upfront and truthful about payments and certainly do not deserve a high rating with Revdex.com

I only received payment from company after filing a complaint and notifying them of the complaint on file. The company didn't respond two previous email contact. Had I not filed a complaint I would not have been paid

The payment they claim to have sent on 9/15/was never received by me

We sent a PayPal payment in the amount of $to *** *** today. This is for complaint #*** Her account was reactivated on 7/21. We did not delete her account for the reason she claimed in her complaint. Her account was deleted because we received a specific
bounce back message (unsubscribe/spam) after we sent her a survey invitation. We are required to delete these types of bounces when we receive them. The bounce message can either be initiated by a member who clicks on the unsubscribe link in the email, or it can be initiated by the member’s Internet Service Provider if they think our emails are spam. We receive several of these types of messages daily, and we delete each one. Sometimes they are not accurate, but we have no way of determining that. Ms***’s account has been reactivated, but if her account gets deleted again for this reason then she will need to provide a new email address to continue receiving surveys from us, per our policy

I am rejecting this response because:I only asked you to verify what TLR stands forWebsites? What websites? I have not signed a contract with anyone about the accuracy and detail of what I post in social mediaNot everything is eligible for public view, especially when the employer has accessWhen did I ever guarantee that what I tell in the interviews can be found in my linkedin profile? What will you find to claim next? A vacation I said I took that is not in my Facebook?I have always been an IT professional, this is what I claim to be unless, once miskicked another option unintentionallyHave you heard of typos? I am sure you haveYour claim of saying not being with IT for so long, is obscure and totally false.I understand your concern of facing another Revdex.com claim failure and the fact that this dialogue will remain in public view as a result, but desperately MAKING STUFF UP and exaggerating to prove your case will not helpThere is a long list of many more than this claim that someone could read about you.Maybe start with being willing to work with your so-called “appreciated” panelists and accept the facts they tell you for a changeDeleting an account of someone who generated profit for you for years without saying a word is bad business and contradicts with the word “appreciation” you repeat in your responses. In addition, I advise you to start processing payouts on time and not 3-months laterYou can’t demand to comply with your rules, when you NEVER deliver in the timeframe that you promise.I have a police report and FTC case which I forwarded to Revdex.com in an email yesterdayIf you want copies, I can forward them to your helpdesk addressI fell victim of identity theft and scammed for over 3,dollarsAll crimes were committed from my IP address and that was really disturbingThe criminals accessed my survey panel accounts including SSIIn addition to redemptions, they used robots to desperately reach payment thresholds and have gift cards and PayPal payments delivered to my email address which they had access toThat may have impacted my participation at your panel, assuming that you are being truthful about being presented as a nprofessional in your survey interviewsI am sure whoever that (or they) was, had no idea what my profession was. That illegal activity disabled among others, my account with SSI but they worked with me to restore it when I explained the situationThe recent disabling of the SSI affiliated accounts, which I am sure triggered your persistence that I have violated all those things you mentioned, was simply a system errorThey notified me that is fixedThat impacted ALL SSI affiliated panels, including youInstead of accepting that as a fact and accept the proof provided, you insist with trying to find anything against me to make me look as bad as possible.Reading your responses so far, I have very little faith in your willingness to resolve thisIf you really took the time to read the above and want to get things right, you know where to find meWe can have a fresh start now that you made your position clear with your updated terms and conditions, or you can provide the payment requestedOtherwise, another rejection (if you get another chance) will follow and you will be sent to collections for dollars including interest, if payment within days is not received and regardless if Revdex.com resolves this dispute in your favor, without a single piece of evidence which you can prove its authenticity. They have not provided a single piece of evidence when claimed that I repetitively denied being in the IT field, which is ABSOLUTELY falseThey deserve to lose their accreditation!Information Technology is the one and only field that I have ever worked in and the SINGLE reason I joined their panel.I have been a victim of identity theft which I have a Policy Report for (in addition to FTC Report 81951963) and that makes me think, that their panel was also accessed by the criminalsThis is the only excuse they could have and I am willing to work with you and them to prove that I have not personally used anything in my survey interviews. They mentioned looking at my linkedin profile that were unable to find particular “sites”Not only they don’t mention what sites they are referring to, but it is also obscure to expect someone to have every single detail of their career path posted in public view and present this as evidence against me!Lastly, this business has been showing ongoing signs of financial troubleI recently demanded payment that was due since last summer (!!!) and they promised me to process as soon as possibleLuckily they did, but like every other time, it takes a lot of effort

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me It's unfortunate that the only way this company pays the proceeds to its members is when a complaint is filed against them I have had to file multiple complaints to get resolution What a terrible way to run a business!

However, it is not satisfactory that this company has been pulling the same shady business practices on people like me for at least 3 years running and there is nothing we can do about it but complain. The Revdex.com has over 200 complaints of the same or similar nature against this company, but even the Texas' Attorney General's office has iinformed me that "technically" they have broken no law. They willfully deceive people who work for them, then repeatedly lie to them when the people ask to get paid for services performed. I'm happy I finally was paid by them. But I will never be foolish enough to have anything to do with them in the future.
