As of close of business today, there has not been a credit to my account.  I have not received an email confirming cancellation of the order with a credit issued. there.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Decor Designs Unlimited regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
after they contacted me a month ago by email and said my refund would be credited to my card I have not received my credit for cancelled lighting.  Also after this date I have not any further communication from them about my refund.

Review: I ordered two side tables from DecorDesignsUnlimited.com on 7/**/14. Order numbers are [redacted] and [redacted] was in stock and according to the site would ship within 2 weeks. [redacted] was back ordered and shipment expected at end of August. After not receiving [redacted], I contacted the company by email and was told it would ship shortly and was notified on 9/* that [redacted] was back in stock and would ship shortly. After waiting another 2 weeks, I called and spoke to a customer service rep who told me [redacted] would ship on 9/** and that [redacted] was expected in to their facility from a warehouse and would ship shortly thereafter. To date, I have received neither table. Decor Designs debited my bank card on 8/* for the cost of [redacted] which was $593.30. They have had my money for over 2 months and I have nothing to show for it. I called the toll free number again today only to get a recording directing me to the website where the only option is to send an email which I did asking for an immediate credit. I sent the email with return receipt requested and got a notice that the email was delivered but the email server denied a return request which makes me even more suspicious. This company appears at best to be extremely unreliable and at worst a sham and should be investigated and sited for their actions or non-actions in this case.Desired Settlement: I want my money back - a full credit of $593.30 to my credit card.

Review: I ordered 3 bathroom light fixtures on April **, 2014. The light fixtures arrived, however one of the glass globs was broken. I sent an e mail on May **, 2014. I received an e mail response requesting a photo. I sent a photo on June *, 2014. I received a response e mail the picture had been received, the replacement globe was ordered and would be sent to me the day it was received. On July [redacted], I sent a follow up e mail requesting a status. I received a response on the [redacted] that they would check with the manufacturer. I sent a follow up e mail on August [redacted] with no response. Today is August **, 2014, I have not yet received a response e mail or the replacement globe.Desired Settlement: I would like the damaged globe replaced in a timely manner.

Review: Placed an order on July [redacted] for something that was in stock and almost a month later still waiting. My credit card was charged on day 1 and no where on website does it say in stock items come from the manufacturer and it takes a month. everytime I call they say the shipment has been delayed and gets pushed back another week. I should have read the reviews because sounds like I am not alone with the deceptive sales practice. I am beginning to wonder if they are ever shipping anything or all just a scam.Desired Settlement: At this point I am tired of playing games when there are so many legitament companies out there who would appreciate my business. Please just refund my money and stop misleading people with in stock items and delays after delays.

Review: I purchased a light fixture for 158.40 plus 8.95 shipping totaling 167.35 on 8/**/14 from Decor Designs Unlimited received confirmation of the order that it was placed on my charge via email on that date. I was able to get in touch with the company in early September when I was told I would get it in October. I still have never received the light. Now when I call the company, no one answers the phone. The message on the phone directs you to send an email, which I have done multiple with no success. I am at the point of contacting my charge company. Unfortunately, my bathroom is getting ready to be redone, and I really wanted the light fixture. The other interesting fact is that they direct you to another name "[redacted]". Interesting?Desired Settlement: I would like the light that was ordered and paid for, ASAP.

Review: I placed an order for a light on 8/*/14. I understood it would take a few weeks for the light to be made by the manufacturer. I waited until September [redacted] and then went back to the website and emailed them to get a status. I received an email on 9/*/14 from a representative by the name of [redacted] sating the order was due into designs unlimited the third week of september and as soon as it shipped I would receive an email with a tracking number. I did not receive any information and on 10/*/14 I emailed the site again asking for an update. I have not receive any response to that update. I told them I was getting discouraged. I went back to the website on 10/**/14 and it now shows my order as cancelled. I was not notified of when it was cancelled. I have also not received a credit on the credit card they had charged on 8/*/14 in the amount of 68.46. I then looked on the website under contact us and the number they list ###-###-#### and called it but it does not give you a person to speak with it directs you to the website and to email them. They could have contacted me and told me there was an issue but no communication is not acceptableDesired Settlement: I would have liked to receive my light but as it is now I just want a credit to my credit card.

Review: Ordered 4 lighting fixtures, Nuvo Ballerina series, on 9/*/2014. Order invoice indicated a 2 week lead time for shipment. Followed up by email to customer service on 10/** and 11/* to inquire about non delivery. Attempted to call customer service number listed on web site numerous times as well. Never received products, and never received a response and was unable to connect via telephone cause number seems to be non-working.

I believe business is involved in fraudulent practices.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund of my order total by credit card of $249.57, my order total.

Review: The individuals possessing the web site known as "[redacted]" have taken as internet sale from me for $226.16 for two ceiling fans. After a long delay in receiving my order or any feedback about the shipment, I attempted to call them. After many phone calls, I talked to a person identifying herself as "[redacted]". She told me that the products were to be shipped from California as assured me that they would be coming in a week. This was about three weeks ago. After trying to reach these people many more times I talked to [redacted] again and they actually shipped one of my items. They have stolen the other half of my money. They are using the internet to steal from people and cannot be trusted or even identified.

In the past month, they have changed the recorded message to say that they are doing business as "[redacted]. They are moving on to the next set of internet scams and thieving! This site has a different location and is completely unreachable by phone. They will also not respond to email attempts.

This activity is a complete scam and the persons involved should be prosecuted!Desired Settlement: I would expect to receive the my products or a refund in the form of a check.

Additionally, I fully expect that they would use my card information illegally again! I want them to loose my credit card information and be prosecuted for the criminal activity performed via the internet!

I would sincerely hope that these people can be located and charged for their illegal activity. Hopefully, their real location and identity can be determined and stop this stealing! The sites that they maintain should be taken down and hopefully protect any other innocent people from losing their money.

Review: I ordered a ceiling fan online on August **. I spoke to someone by phone who told me there was a delivery delay from the manufacturer but I would receive the product by Oct. **. About a week later, my credit card was charged the full amount. Since then, I have not heard from the company and they have not returned my email inquiries as to the status of my order. I am very angry that I am not able to speak to anyone at the company when I call. I would like a status update and if they are not able to deliver the product within the next week, I want a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a status update and if they are not able to deliver the product within the next week, I want a refund.

Review: I I ordered a privacy screen from them in July I never received it they kept telling me it was coming.I never received it by August they offered me a refund and I have not received a refund check . Review: Product ordered 8/**/14 amount $1,891.12. I was told product would be in their warehouse and sent to me within 2 week time frame since items were in stock. On 9/**/14 spoke with customer service and was told they would let me know and call me back. Product was delayed. On 9/**/14 received email product would be 2 to 3 weeks out, so I sent email cancelling entire order. On 9/**/14 I received email that my entire order was cancelled and I would receive a verification of refund. I have not received any further information from company. I have not received my refund. I had to order same lights through another company and received said lights within one week. Something is wrong with Décor Designs Unlimited/Bath Kitchen Décor when you do not receive product and you do not receive your refund.Desired Settlement: Billing done by Bath Kitchen Décor. Order Cancelled I need Full refund
