Review: I ordered a light fixture at the end of July. I was emailed by "[redacted]." and told it was on back order until the end of August. I said that was fine. Then at the beginning of Sept. I emailed them again asking where the light fixture was. I was told it was due in next week and they'd get it out. At the end of Sept. I emailed again, they said they still didn't have it in and they'd follow up. By Oct. *, I had had enough and asked for a refund. I was told they were submitting my request for a refund and they'd email me confirmation of the cancellation and my refund. This never came. I emailed again demanding a response and a refund. I have not received any further communication from them. I do have all emails back and forth between myself and [redacted]. at Decor Designs Unlimited.Desired Settlement: A full refund to my credit card as well as the pay-pal balance I used for part of it. I would also like to have this business investigated and shut- down as I have read this exact same scenario has occurred to numerous other people.

Review: I placed an order with the company early August. My credit card was immediately charged the full amount with no delivery date given. After several weeks I attempted to contact the company regarding my "in stock" items and received a voicemail "You have reached us outside our normal business hours" when it was clearly during their hours. I also attempted to contact them via email with no response. Horrible business and customer service.Desired Settlement: This business should be shut down. Fraud!!!

Review: I placed an order on a light fixture with this company on July *, 2014. I noticed shortly after purchasing my light fixture that this company has horrible reviews online and they could be fraudulent. Luckily I ordered only one thing from them that came out to a total of $78.64. I've emailed them multiple times about the status of my order and they have continuously lied to me saying that it's being sent out next week when it's not. They have stopped replying now to my emails for over a month. I just tried to call their phone numbers just now and it says the account is locked so I can't even talk to anybody. I emailed them again today to demand a refund if my product isn't coming.Desired Settlement: I need my light fixture within 2 weeks now to be installed since home renovations are almost completed. Most likely I don't think it's even going to come, so I would like a refund back to my credit card. This company's horrible and they need to be shut down.

Review: I placed on order on 7-*-14 and on 7-**-14 the money was already charged to my credit card without even receiving a notice that the product was shipped. After several calls to the company asking where my product was I decided to give up and cancel the order on 8-*-14 by verbally calling them. I received an e-mail stating that the order was cancelled on August [redacted] 2014, however I haven't seen a refund yet and it is October [redacted] 2014. I have called them several times since August [redacted], 2014 and no one has helped me and I was told a "[redacted]" would call me back. Well no one has called me back. I want my money back and cannot believe no one is calling me back.Desired Settlement: To receive my refund of $236.30

Review: I ordered a chandelier 8 weeks ago (May **, 2014) from their website. I promptly received billing information but nothing about the status of the order or when to expect delivery. I called customer service the following day and was told it was back-ordered until the end of May and should ship by June *. After following up again at the beginning of June, I was told it would be mid-June, then the end of June, then during the 1st week of July. On July *, 2014, I was sent FedEx tracking information and was told delivery would be made on Thursday 7/**. I then followed up on Monday 7/** and was told I would receive tracking info from FedEx again on Tuesday 7/**. This never happened. I have tried calling 6 times today to cancel this order and am unable to get through.

I checked several online reviews and found about 10 other reviewers with the exact same problem.Desired Settlement: They have a responsibility to do what they say they are going to do. In this situation , after being lied to multiple times, should at least give me my money back as I do not wish to continue doing business with them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. However, I would caution other buyer's to beware. This company does not communicate well. After canceling my order and trying to get a refund, they shipped the product anyway after telling me it would be cancelled. I was instructed to reject it when delivered but the shipping company left it on my doorstep, so I was unable to do so. I chose to just keep my purchase so I could be done dealing with this company. I will not buy from them again.

Review: On September **, 2014, I placed an online order at bathkitchendecor.com for an item that was described as "In Stock" on the website. After the order went through and my debit card was charged $318.40 on September **, 2014, I was notified by the company that the manufacturer had a lead time of two weeks. After two weeks I contacted the company and was told there was yet another delay of two more weeks. When I complained that they advertised the item as in stock and asked for a discount, I was told they'd take off 5%. I was never refunded that discount, nor was the order ever shipped after another two weeks of delays. I contacted them again, and this time I did not hear back from them regarding the status of my order or the shipment. Two more emails went unanswered before I wrote and asked the company to cancel my order and send a refund. My request for a cancellation and refund has never been confirmed or answered. The phone number on their website does not take calls. It's now been a total of 6 and a half weeks since my order, and all communications have dried up.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the ordered item immediately (within 5 days) or be granted a full refund to my debit card account of $318.40

Review: Items were ordered on Aug. **, 2014 with expected delivery between 2 and 3 weeks. A contractor was hired based on those dates. On or about Sept. **, 2014 I called, was held on hold for 20 minutes and when I finally did speak to someone, I was told the items would be shipped on Sept. ** and should arrive the next day. The contractor was scheduled to begin on Monday Sept. **, 2014. There was no further contact by the company or by UPS or FedEx with shipping information. After repeated phone calls with no information, I was able to contact the phone number on my credit card bill which was billed on Aug. **, the date of purchase. I was told that there was a problem with the company and assured that the items would be shipped on October *, 2014. I was also told I could cancel the order if I wished. I have yet to receive an e-mail or any other information from the company. The number on the website no longer takes messages. I sent an e-mail cancelling the order, but am not hopeful that I will hear from them. I called the number on the credit card bill and also got a message machine where I left a message. Again, I am not hopeful of a response. I am now one month without a bathroom. I have ordered the items from a different, more reputable company.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and damages.

Review: On August [redacted] I ordered a chandelier from this company online for $238.40. By the middle of September I still hadn't recieved it so I called and was told it would be shipped on Friday of that week. I followed up the next week to ensure it was shipped and was told it still wasn't in and would be shipped the following week. At that point I cancelled the order via telephone and requested a refund which I was told I would get. By mid October I still was not issued a refund so I called only to find there was no longer an option to speak to a person only an email address given. After numerous emails asking the status of my order I recieved one automatic email saying my order wasn't cancelled and they would cancel it. I still have not recieved a refund or my product that I payed for 3 months ago.Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate refund.

Review: Order a product on April **, 2014. Still have not received delivery information as of 5/**/14. Called on 5/* and was assured delivery should arrive no later than 5/**/14. Called again on 5/**/14 and was assured delivery for 5/**/14. Called again today and advised I would recieve this by 6/*/14. Asked for reasons why it's taken this long and that it should be shipped express at this point. Was advised that they receive product from manufacturer, then they ship it out. Same story was told from the first time I called to inquire. Asked them to provide me reasons for why the long delay when I was charged on 4/**/14, advised they can find out, confirmed my number and hung up without confirmation as to what I should be receiving as communication, notice or any information about the order. Called a few minutes after service rep hung up and advised I'm calling to get an update, rep says guaranteed to be shipped out by 6/*/14 and should be received no later than 6/*/14. I asked again to have it shipped express and she advised she has already requested this however, normal shipping is ground shipping 2 to 3 again. I again requested to have this brought to manager/owner and still request a call back with update from manufacturer to find out if the delay is actually the manufacturer or this business. I never received this update. I called on 6/*/14 to advise product not received and request a refund and request an email to confirm this refund. Also asked how long does the refund request take and was advised 3 to 5 days. Now 6/**/14 and I had to call the company again. Rep advised that we received the request but have yet to be processed by the department and only thing she can do is send a message. Asked for email confirmation and she advises I would get one once it is processed. Asked for processing time for refund and was given 3 to 4 days from today. I'm now filing as by the way things were handled, I feel that this refund somehow may get lost in the process as this order did!Desired Settlement: I'm not confident that this company will refund my account at the rate of service given. I may need help with getting this refund of $204.36. Please help!

Review: I placed an order for a ceiling fan from Decor Designs Unlimited on August, ** 2014. My account was charged the following day for the order. After the item did not arrive, on Sept **, I sent an email to their customer service address. I received no reply. I contacted them again on ** Oct, to ask for tracking number or a cancellation of my order. I received no reply. It is now almost 60 from the placement of my order and charge to my account and I have not been able to contact any representatives for the company to obtain a status on the order. I believe this company is either a fraud or significantly incompetent.Desired Settlement: I would either like to receive the item I purchased within the next 7 days or receive a full refund.

Review: On August **, 2014 I ordered a chandelier and never received a tracking # much less any other info. I have called lots of time and one time I was told it was scheduled to be shipped on the [redacted] of September. Never received item. I kept calling and just a recording. E-mailed them lots of times and never received an answer back. My credit card was charged right away on the [redacted]. Not a good company. Cannot find out how to cancel this order.Desired Settlement: Credit my credit card.

Review: We placed an order 6 or so weeks ago for items to go in our new house that we are building. Today, the items have not been received. I've called and I sit on hold for 35 minutes at a time or the phone somehow disconnects me. When I finally get someone on the phone, the managers are always busy. I have left numerous voice mail messages and via the telephone with the customer service person taking my call. No one calls returns the phone calls. I have called 9 times since Monday 7/**.Desired Settlement: I want to know why it is taking my order so long to be received and why no one ever calls me back.

Review: We placed an order for 2 lights for our kitchen remodel totaling $589 on September [redacted]. As of today, October [redacted], we have not received the lights. Nor have we received an email with any information as to where the lights are. I tried to call the 800 number on their website and it says "Account is Locked". After reading the other complaints on Revdex.com, I have called my credit card company and filed a complaint. Scary that their website is still active and accepting orders.Desired Settlement: Desired outcome is that the company refund my money since I had to buy the lights elsewhere in order to complete my kitchen renovation.

Review: On August *, 2014, I ordered two bathroom lighting sconces on the Decor Designs Unlimited's ("DDU") website, [redacted], for a total of $478.88. Both items arrived damaged with multiple scratches (the shipping boxes are intact; it is not a shipping issue). On August **, 2014, I contacted DDU via email describing the damages. On August **, 2014, I received an email from DDU requesting pictures of the damage. On August **, 2014, I sent them 6 pictures of the damage via email, and requested to return the items. On August **, 2014, DDU sent me an email requesting confirmation that I wanted to return the items, and asking if the items were installed. That same day, I sent DDU a response email informing them that the items were not installed (indeed, they were not installed, nor were they ever brought to the construction site), that they are still sitting in the original packaging, and that we wanted to return them. On September *, 2014, I sent a follow up email inquiring about the return since I still had not heard back. On September *, 2014, DDU sent me an email apologizing and stating they are awaiting a "Return authorization from [DDU's] vendor" and that they would follow it up that day. To date, I have not received any response from DDU despite my two additional follow up emails. I indicated to DDU that I would be forced to contact the Revdex.com and/or personal counsel if DDU did not respond and process the return and refund. Unfortunately, DDU still has not responded. It has been two months since we requested to return the items. DDU breached the agreement along with express and implied warranties, and other consumer remedies afforded at law.Desired Settlement: 1. A full refund to the original form of payment

2. Two pre-paid return shipping labels EMAILED to us for return of the items at DDU's expense.

Review: I ordered a light fixture from this company and I was charged $445.38 on May **, 2014. After numerous calls to get updates on delivery of the fixture, each time being told it was being shipped "the next day", I finally received it in early July. It was too large for the space so I immediately returned the fixture according to their process - shipping the fixture to a third party address, providing [redacted] tracking data, etc. The shipment was sent and tracking data emailed to the company on July [redacted]. The company confirmed receipt of the tracking on July [redacted]. Since this time, I have called and emailed the company about every 2-3 weeks to get updates on the refund. Each time I called the company, I would wait on hold for 15-20 minutes, then the person that answered would look up my order and assure me my refund would be credited that day. Many of the follow up emails I sent were simply unanswered. I finally received an email response from the [redacted], on September [redacted], assuring me the billing department would issue my refund that Monday, September [redacted]. Of course this still has not happened.

I believe this company is essentially fraudulent; you can see from the NUMEROUS complaints there is zero customer service, severe mismanagement of product, and misrepresentations of refund process.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the total amount I was charged - $445.38. I have proof of the charge as well as all my email correspondence with the company.

Review: Order for chandelier placed and confirmation received 7/**/14. Link in the email about terms and conditions not funtional and page can't be found. Credit card charged 7/**/14 in the amount of $1028.77 SInce I was charged for the item, I assumed the item was in stock and would be shipped within 2 weeks. In late July I contacted the vendor. Was advised was the item was being shipped by the manufacuter to them and I would receive in early Aug. I called on 8/* and was told by [redacted] it had been shipped to them, was in transit but he would check to see if it could be expidited. He stated he would email me the status. No email received. I called again today and was advised the item had just been shipped to them by the manufacturer and they would not received for 10 days. Once they received the item, they would ship to me. I asked why it would take 10 days to receive from manufacuter, why hadn't I been advised it was on back order when I place the order, why I had been charged before they even had in stock. The man on the phone was rude and stated he was canceling the order. I advised him I had already waited a month, did not want the order canceled but the delivery date of the light. He placed me on hold several time. I asked to speak to the supervisor. He stated he was a one man shop and was canceling the order and issuing a refund. Restated I didn't want to cancel but wanted a delivery date. He stated he "wasn't comfortable shipping the item" to me. He went on to say I could file a complaint with whom ever I wanted. I advised him I would and terminated the call. Since then, have contacted several other vendors to find out the light is out of stock from manufacturer and will not be in for 4 to 6 weeks.Desired Settlement: 1. Policy change that would require vendor to notify buyer if item is on back order and estimated delivery date.

2. Not charging customers for items they don't have until they are shipped.

Review: I purchased a lamp from this company via [redacted] on August [redacted]. On their site it said 2 week delivery. After three weeks, I emailed them and got a promise for another week, and then another and then another! By the time I contacted [redacted], it was day 46. They do not help after day 45. Then I received an email from the seller saying I would get my refund in 3-5 business days. I still have yet to receive my refund. I have emailed them every other day for a month. When you attempt to call the number associated, it says to hang up and email them for communication! The most frustrating part is that I know they get the emails since the first few were respond to and then the promise of a refund, which is obviously a lie. I have read several other complaints about the same issue. I emailed [redacted] and asked how they could allow a business like this to keep their account open!?!?!Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded to my [redacted] account.
