Review: It appears that I have been a victim of fraud. On August *, 2014, $440.30 was deducted from my checking account through [redacted] to Make a Purchase from Design Dcor Unlimited / Bath Kitchen Dcor for the purchase of [redacted] Free Standing Industrial Dressing Mirror in Restoration Black / Stained Wood 51-10011I have not received this purchase and have tried consistently to obtain a refund. [redacted] is being uncooperative because my dispute is over their 45 day window.I would appreciate the assistance of The Revdex.com in this matter.Approximately three weeks after the purchase, I was finally able to contact the merchant after several unsuccessful attempts.They don't answer the phone on either the toll free or local NY numbers.I was told that it takes several weeks to get the merchandise from [redacted], and as soon as they receive it, I would receive a shipping notice and tracking number.Over the weeks that followed, I sent several inquiries and never received a response.Finally, a little over a week ago, I had a response from [redacted] (below)We don't deal with this merchant processing bank any more, we are un-able to refund because that account is no longer open. With our new merchant accounts.. they do not let us process credits to cards that do not have an original transaction to credit it for. Please call your bank or credit card issuer, have them dispute the charge - we will not fight the chargeback.My response was that it was not a credit card, it was [redacted].I was notified the next day by [redacted] that [redacted] had issued a full refund.Two days later, I was notified by [redacted] that the refund failed. (below)The refund sent by BathKitchenDecor ([redacted]) did not clear from the sender's bank. You have not received funds for this payment in your [redacted] account.I have repeatedly contacted Design Dcor Unlimited / Bath Kitchen Dcor / [redacted] on a daily basis, and again have received no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my $440.30 either credited to my [redacted] account or sent directly to me!

Review: I ordered a light fixture from the company on August [redacted] and it was never delivered. I canceled the order on September [redacted] and a refund still has not been issued by the company. I have never received the product I ordered and I have not been able to get my money refunded. I call and email but no one returns any of my calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund of $343 ASAP

Review: As an interior design firm, we ordered two sconces for one of our clients on June [redacted], 2014. They did not work for our needs so we contacted Decor Designs Unlimited and they provided us with an RGA return # and we sent back the sconces. On their website it states under their return policy "Our Customer Service will issue a return goods authorization number (RGA) and assist you with return shipping instructions. Credits are normally issued within 15 business days from when we have received the product back. All refunds will be credited the full amount unless subjected to a restocking fee and shipping fee."

We tracked the shipment, which they received, however we still have yet to receive our refunded credit. We have three different employees that have left voice messages, tried emailing and have even spoken to the [redacted] and other sales associates who have told us that we should be getting a check in the mail or they just gave us the run around. We have called and no one has answered, or we have called and been placed on hold for 20-30 minutes. It has been three months and we have still not received our $1,400 refund. I'm not sure if these people are going out of business or what but we do not feel confident about their practices and services or that we will see our refund anytime soon.Desired Settlement: Fingers crossed that our full refund check arrives in the mail tomorrow!

Review: I placed an order online for a Lighting Fixture on June **, 2014. My account has been charged and as of 8/*/14 we still have not received the product. The company does not answer the phone, but you can leave a message. I have been assured that the fixture was coming on 2 separate dates. I have contacted my bank to have the charge reversed and to file a complaint with them as well.Desired Settlement: Refund of money at this point is the only desired income. And to see this company out of business so that they cannot scam others as well.

Review: I ordered two pendant lights from Decor Designs Unlimited on July **, 2013. When I placed my order, the website said my items were in stock. After placing my order and AFTER the company received my funds, I got a call from the company stating my items were on back order. They asked if I still wanted the product. I asked when they are expected in. The said early August. Early August comes and I still do not have shipping information. I've called twice since then, and I am always told my items are now in stock, in their warehouse and they will be shipped on Friday. Both times, Friday comes and goes and I still do not have shipping information. I call on the following Monday, to my amusement I am told the same exact thing, they are here, shipping on Friday. Oh really? I go online and read reviews from this company and it seems that dozens of costumers have the same complaints. This company does not indicate when items are out of stock. They only notify the customer after we've been charged. So they have our money, and for 6+ weeks the customer does not have their item(s). And when you call, you're told the same thing time and time again. I called yesterday (8-**-14) only to be told the same thing as usual... it's shipping Friday. I called today and got a totally different answer.... they do not have my items. I think this company needs to be looked in to. They are mistreating the public and taking off with our money while we have no products. I want my items ASAP.Desired Settlement: I want my items ASAP.... within one week from today!

Review: I ordered a shark lamp on June ** and they sent me an email signed by a [redacted] to let me know that they product was in back order and to let them know how did I wanted to proceed. Up to now, December I have not received my lamp. Order # DDU [redacted]. Item ID Item [redacted] Craftmade Tiger Shark WarPlane Ceiling Fan [redacted] for $205.82.Desired Settlement: I need my money back.

Review: On June **, 2014, I ordered several pieces of lighting from this company. Many things were back-ordered. The company never returned calls so I had to call repeatedly.

My 4 sconces finally arrived on 9/*/14 but colors of brass were inconsistent. I called & spoke with [redacted] told him I would like to return the items. I mailed them & they were shipped back to the company at the address given. My tracking information says they were received on 9/**/14. [redacted] stated I would be refunded right away. Numerous calls & emails to the company have gone unanswered. The number provided with the order has a different name. Other calls to same number give a message saying you are calling outside of business hours which I am not.

The company owes me a little around $1285. I would like the refund issued immediately.

They charged my card on June **,2014 and have been unreliable & difficult to communicate with from the beginning. Per advice from my counsel....I have recorded the last 6 calls to the company including the one where [redacted] told me they would refund my money as soon as they received the returned sconces. I have called & emailed no less than 13 times & have received no communication in return from this company.Desired Settlement: Refund my money to my card.

Review: I ordered a fan from Decor Designs Unlimited in August 2014. My credit card was billed $147.87 on August **, 2014. After complaining that I had not received the product on September [redacted] I did not receive a response. I emailed a 2nd time on September [redacted]. I was told (via email) on September ** that my item would ship the first week of October. I never received it. On November [redacted], I again sent an email to [redacted] requesting a full refund to my credit card since they have not delivered the product I paid for nearly 3 months ago. Three business days have since elapsed and I have yet to hear from them, or see a credit on my card.Desired Settlement: Full refund in the amount of $147.87 for the product I never received.

Review: I placed an order for a light fixture for $566.91 on 7/**/2014. My credit card was immediately charged. It said the order would take two weeks. I called after two weeks and they said it would be another two weeks. This happened once more, and then I finally called and cancelled the order. I received the below order cancellation confirm (email pasted into body). My charge was never refunded. I called and called and emailed twice and never could get a response. The phone number seems now to have been disconnected. I am not sure whether this is a valid business or just a scam, but there seem to be may others who have experienced the same ([redacted]). I also see that many others have filed complaints with you. Please help me. I cannot afford to just lose $566! [redacted] Sep ** to me

Review: I ordered a light fixture on the phone 7/*/14. I was told it would arrive by the end of July . At the end of July I began my contacts with this business which claims to be a member of the Revdex.com. I have called numerous times a week to be continuously lied to saying my item would be shipped. To this day 9 + weeks later! I still do not have my light fixture. I have been told numerous times it was being shipped and my tracking email was coming. I am disgusted by this company and can not believe his employees stay with such an unethical business man !Desired Settlement: I want my merchandise delivered this week !

Review: This business refused to answer multiple attempts to reach them by email. Their website and my order confirmation have two telephone numbers listed. One number leads to an automated voice indicating all calls need to go to their website. The website listed on the automated recorded statement is not a valid website. The other telephone number is no longer a working telephone number. I requested my order to be canceled due to lack of customer service and the item I ordered was not received three weeks after purchase and they refused to respond to my email attempts. Since there is not a working or valid telephone number for the company there is no way of speaking to anyone about my situation.Desired Settlement: This company should not be in business. I have spent weeks rotting with anxiety over the $500 they took from me without providing any product.

Review: I initially ordered to lamps in late August. Lead time stared 2-3 weeks. 5 weeks later I received an email stating order was canceled due to credit card. I tried to contact them that same day because credit card was fine. You cannot call and talk to anyone. The phone directs you to use email and states it will be answered in 24 hours. I Sid not hear back from anyone so I emailed a second time and I reordered the item myself.

I received email from [redacted] on Oct *, stating he was short staffed, but someone would contact me that day. No one ever did. Since that time I have sent numerous emails all to no avail. I have requested to speak to management - also ignored. The lead time of 2-3 weeks has now passed and I have no idea if this item is going to be delivered or not. I don't even know if this business is legitimate. Today I tried to call and the phone says line not available or blocked . I would like someone to advise me as to status of my order.Desired Settlement: Contact me, advise me on status of order and discount the item for being so unapologetic and unavailable to speak to a customer. The lack of communication and ability to speak to a human is very poor business practice.

I marked an email , but I would also like a phone number if the email does not cover everything.thank you.

Review: I purchased a lamp from this company on September **, 2014 for $87.35. After several phone calls and email attempts to inquire about the status of the lamp, I have only received one unapologetic email stating that the lamp should ship on November *, 2014. As it is now mid-December, I still have not received the lamp, nor do I expect to ever receive it. The last email I sent one month ago stated that I would please like a full refund, and there has not been any type of response.

I said that the primary nature of my complaint was that the company processed an unauthorized credit card charge, simply because they have charged my account with no intention to deliver on the merchandise. I consider this theft, and I would very much appreciate any help in getting my money restored to me. Thank you!Desired Settlement: A check refund for $87.35
