Revdex.com: At this time, I have not been contacted by DecorGlamour.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] I would also like to add an additional fact about this caseAccording to their policy, they are not allowed to charge peoples cards until the item has shipped; as stated in my previous explanation and copy of their policyI am attaching now a copy of my bank statement saying they charged my card on the day I ordered, even though they didnt not ship my order until more than days later, after I cancelled and asked for a refundAttached is my bank statement showing them taking money out of my account when they were not supposed toThis is larceny, along with a 5th or 6th contradiction to their own policies and general consumer procedures Sincerely, [redacted] ***

This order was shipped out to the customer on August **Tracking # [redacted] If you still have not received it, contact our office

In order to ship out any replacements, the defective item needs to be returnedAn RGA (return authorization) # [redacted] was sent to the customer on 52014, but the defective item has never been returned

All items on our website are available to orderwe do not stock these items, they need to be special ordered As per our cancellation policy, an order is considered cancelled ONLY IF YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT IT WAS CANCELLED Unfortunately this item in question does not have option to send back after days

The delivery was signed for that it was delivered completeAll documents point to the fact that it was delivered complete on palletAt this point there is nothing we can do
