I would also like to add an additional fact about this case. According to their policy, they are not allowed to charge peoples cards until the item has shipped; as stated in my previous explanation and copy of their policy. I am attaching now a copy of my bank statement saying they charged my card on the day I ordered, even though they didnt not ship my order until more than 30 days later, after I cancelled and asked for a refund. Attached is my bank statement showing them taking money out of my account when they were not supposed to. This is larceny, along with a 5th or 6th contradiction to their own policies and general consumer procedures.

Your order was delivered on April **, 2 months before your claim and it was signed for as delivered in good condition. The proof of delivery is a legal document. The POD was not noted of any discrepancy at the time of delivery therefore a claim could not be honored.

One pallet was delivered but only contained the vanity.  The sinks was not included and has not arrived yet.  I do not  want the item anymore since I ordered it through another vendor. Please refund my credit card for the items not delivered.

I do not consider my complaint to be resolved until I actually receive a refund check.  Part of my complaint is that I have been told by this company that they would issue a refund check and then nothing happens and they don't respond to any communication.  They said they would issue a refund check back in April and nothing has been done, I'm still waiting for the refund check to be issued.

they need to be special ordered. 
As per our cancellation policy, an order is considered cancelled ONLY IF YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT IT WAS CANCELLED. 
Unfortunately this item in question does not have option to send back after 30 days.

Even if a cancellation was requested on Oct *, we would not have been able to confirm cancellation because the order had already left...

supplier and could no longer be cancelled.
The only way would be with a restocking fee, as per our policy:

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been added to the shipping queue or shipped by either ourselves or the distributor.
