This company continues to be full of liesWhen I originally spoke with Shawn Arundale, he told me that he would refund me $for various itemsI have yet to receive this promised refundThe last communications from them appear to have promised an additional $courtesy credit as wellHowever, none of these refunds have been issued to my accountI will pay my Dell Preferred Financial Account in full minus the $credit that was promised to meThis will be the last purchase that I EVER make from Dell

I have already sent an email back to Shawn from Dell about this I have received the product finally I would like however to state for the record that the customer service at Dell and the way they handle customer complaints is truly terrible and something needs to be done to fix that I will never buy from Dell again It would be nice if an American company would hire it's own to do the customer service Dell would probably be much more profitable if people were not turned off by the way they handle business I've been working in customer care for the last years, I know what good customer service is You need to have people that fully understand how the business works and can support the customers If you have a staff that doesn't understand what the customer base is saying and the customer base cannot understand the staff, there is a huge issue Dell is losing out because they are being cheap

By the way, I have been with Dell and purchased more equipment from Dell for very long time, and I never thought that Dell would stand up for little guy (small businesses) like usThis is would show that our commitment with Dell would last for a long time.The field tech support did super job and represents Dell greatly.Again, I'm very appreciate for your time and take care this issue promptly

Thank you for providing a copy of the customer’s follsubmission Customer expressed dissatisfaction with communication and processing expectations for promotional gift cards We regret any miscommunication which may have occurred and appreciate the feedback Dell’s web site and marketing materials clearly indicate in bold letters LIMIT DISCOUNTED OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS PER CUSTOMER Further, the Terms of Sale in our consumer division state that purchases are for personal use and are not for resale or export purposes Dell records indicate the customer is attempting to obtain promotional gift cards outside of the guidelines or intent of the promotion As previously indicated, since the date of the original submission, a Dell representative contacted the customer to advise that Dell would not be providing additional gift cards outside of the promotion, per Dell policy As Dell’s stance in this matter remains unchanged, no further attempt will be made to reach the customer regarding this case Our agent remains available, should the customer wish to discuss this matter further however there will be no change to this response
