Hi I did try and call the consumer we did ship the needed part. I did explain that we do not over night parts. The consumer always has the option of returning the product. I do understand the issue the consumer is having. I will be more then happy to offer to pay someone to come in and fir the...

You can absolutely further assist me! I have received the hardware, but I have yet to receive compensation for the delay/missing hardware, the rude customer service when calling in and the damage on the product (which was detected today). I want compensation. I have made myself incredibky clear that I want compensation in every single piece of correspondence. You can keep ignoring the fact that I have asked for compensation numerous times, but the claim will not be resolved.There are chips and scratches in the wood.

Hi I would be happy to help with any part of the crib that would need to be replaced as for the toddle rail all of our POS will let our consumer know that the toddle and full size rails are an additional purchase.   Thanks [redacted]

Hi I am sorry but we did not sell these cribs to the consumer. we are not able to control retailers turning of stock. In looking at the dates I do believe the retailor  was able to sell the crib with the stated dates at that time. I also believe the cribs with the dates of 2010 would still be in compliance.  Thanks Dave

I contacting you because I rejected the company's response and tried state reason and dont know what happened its saying the site is having difficulty can you help the company is completely lieing I contacted them numerous times they sent over 10 pictures which I still have proof of in my email I was told I would be sent 2 replacement parts which I never received dave is lieing completely and he knows it I have the corresponding emails and never recieved what was promised for over 3 months then after three months with a broken bed in my house it was thrown away this situation will not be resolved and I will not drop my complaint until the bed is replaced

The lack of overnight shipping is a choice by this business. As a manufacturing facility they most likely deal with many shipments and many shipping companies daily. I have the ability to overnight a package as an individual, they can simply log onto the [redacted] website, print an appropriate label, and schedule a pick up at their business. The entire bed shipped from Target in 3 days, why 16 small M6 x 17 mm cap nuts would take longer is ridiculous. They are small enough to be placed into a padded envelope and shipped via [redacted] and reach me within a few days.  Secondly, the response stated "[redacted]" So, was this replacement part shipped yesterday? My contact information was included with he complaint, so I would expect that they have the ability to look up this shipment.

No the cribs we were sold in August of 2012 had manufacture dates of March 2010 & June 2008 and were definitely NOT in compliance with the new state standards. Meaning, whatever was sold after June ** of 2011 & manufactured before July 2010 were sold illegally.  These cribs should have never been sold or in circulation.  Since you shipped cribs that were by definition illegal and sold them to us in 2012, and collected monies for them, in essence our monies, we need that $1800 dollars given back because this is again an ILLEGAL SALE.   See attached form that we were given from the state with the dates.
