The parts finally arrived, but were a different color from the original. Even after providing the requested information I received compatible parts in the wrong color. Overall I've learned my lesson to never purchase form this company again. I made due, but I'm not satisfied with the customer service from either the phone line or from "Dave."

I am not happy that they do not have the ability to overnight parts and do not understand how this can possibly be accurate. I will accept that they are sending them since I literally have no other options. I hope that the CS agent who did not tell me this (Annie) and instead ignored my emails is spoken to by her supervisor. Additionally, I will share a review of my experiences with other moms who are researching buying from this company. This is unsatisfactory.

The companies response was,"We will look into it." They did nothing to resolve the issue. I had brought this up with the company 3 times prior to contacting the Revdex.com. Each time they said they would look into it and then never resolved the issue. I did want to clarify 1 thing on the complaint. Despite the companies claim that they sent the item that I ordered but never received, when I look a the [redacted] "track your package", it only lists 1 package. It never lists that the 2nd package was sent. Thank you for opening this issue back up again. [redacted]

I have documentation dated Feb **, 2011 that lists Delta Children's Products as the buyer of the cribs that were exported to the USA from China and then sold to us after that date illegally. All Cribs that were sold in the USA had to be manufactured from 2011 or later. We were sold 12 cribs manufactured in 2008 & 2010 and these came from Delta Children's Products as it states in my paperwork. The sum total of 12 cribs was $1800 dollars which we now need to re-purchase cribs that are legal. Please view attached scan.

Hi It is always our hope that when an issue happens that we have the replacement part available. When the part is out of stock we offer the consumer the option of waiting for the part or returning the product for an exchange. If the consumer can send the style number ( the one given has too...
many numbers ) I will check to see how best we can help. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks Dave
Review: Delta Sienna Crib Model 4844-4, Order PP40035, Mfg date 4/2008. My 7 month old son's leg got stuck in between the rails. The crib rail had to be broken with a hammer to release my son's leg. As a result, my son's leg is now injured and he is dragging his leg while crawlingDesired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of this crib as it now has to be replaced due to the broken rails. I am not going to purchase another Delta crib as I fear for my son's safety while sleeping.

Response:
Hi
The issue the consumer has had with the crib is not due to a manufacturer defect. The slat spacing is within CPSC guidelines. I did look to see if we had a replacement part available even though what happened was not due to anything being wrong with the crib . unfortunately due to the age of the crib we did not have the part available. I then offered the consumer a rebate on the purchase of a new crib. I did this only because of how much we care about our consumers. Please give me a call if you need any further information.
Thanks Dave
Review: In July 2014 we purchased a baby's Comforpedic mattress, Model m59265-5028. Date of manufacture was March **, 2014. Our baby was born in August but had some health issues so we did not know for some time that there was a defect in the mattress. There was a lengthwise indentation across the mattress that created two levels, which is dangerous if a baby rolls over into it and cannot breathe. That would also be uncomfortable for anyone. I heard back from [redacted] via email who confirmed that our mattress was under warranty and he sent us a new mattress. When the second mattress arrived there was a hole in it, the hole was also through the black plastic wrapping around the entire mattress. [redacted] sent us a third mattress, which had the same defect as the first mattress, a lengthwise indentation creating two levels of mattress. I left two voicemails for [redacted] and have not heard back from him. At this point my baby is ten months old and sleeping in our bed and we are desperate to move him into his crib. As a result, we have chosen to purchase a mattress from another manufacturer because Delta Children's has not responded to our efforts and we have waited over the course of months for each mattress to be sent, and each communication to be returned.Desired Settlement: I demand a refund of the $149.99 we paid for the mattress. I also demand that Delta arrange for the pick up of the three defective mattresses which have been taking up space in our home.

HiI am sorry but I do not have any voice messages from [redacted] the last email I received from her was on 3/** confirming that she received my email. I will gladly do whatever I can to resolve her issue. I will give her a call todayThanks [redacted]
Back in January of this year, we purchased a baby’s crib-and-dresser set through [redacted] online from Delta Children’s Products. The style # on the sheet we received from Delta is 7446-100; the lot # is [redacted].
We received one product (the crib, I believe), but not the other (the dresser), so we contacted the distributor, [redacted], whose customer service was much better than Delta’s. We were informed that there was an issue at the warehouse, and that is why we hadn’t received our second product, but that it had been shipped and was on its way. After some time, we still had not received it, so we contacted them again, and we were informed that it had, in actuality, never been shipped. This issue was taken care of, and it was eventually shipped.
However, when we finally received the dresser, it arrived with several damaged parts (six pieces total). Our instructions from Delta say to contact Delta’s consumer care at www.DeltaChildren.com rather than returning to the store if there are any issues, so that is what we did. We found that the customer service was very slow to respond to our issue, and NOT apologetic in ANY way, even after we corresponded with them to let them know we did appreciate their customer service, and that one simple apology could help.
They eventually let us know that they would send us the damaged parts, but that one was on backorder and would be received in a few weeks. After a few weeks passed, we still had not received the dresser, so we attempted to contact our customer service representative, [redacted], back. Each time along the way, she was either extremely slow in replying, or she would not reply at all to our inquiries. We grew frustrated at the lack of response and lack of caring from her to even offer an apology once, and we asked her about information for returning the product, as we did not want to be stuck with a damaged dresser, and the company didn’t seem to be in any hurry to send us a non-damaged part (the flat piece that comprises the top of the dresser). We never heard from her again.
We then submitted an inquiry requesting a supervisor after explaining our experience with Delta, but we also did not hear back from anyone about that. Despite Delta’s original claim that we would receive an undamaged replacement piece after a few weeks, SEVEN weeks later (which actually was three months after our original order, by this time), we received one that was MORE damaged than the first one.
We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone; we would, in fact, recommend that everyone stay as far away from them as they can, unless they have abundant time and money to waste and do not want quality products for their babies.
If you are looking for a crib for your newborn do yourself a favor and do not buy a Delta Children's crib. WHAT A HEADACHE. My daughter only weighs 25lbs and the Matress support broke. 8 springs have fallen off and I called to get a replacement. The wrong replacement was sent out. Apparently my new replacement was sent out June [redacted], 2015 and I called today (July [redacted], 2015) because I still haven't received it. The woman from their customer care told me that they will send out ANOTHER new replacement. my daughter have been sleeping on her Matress that is on the floor because this company is lackadaisical. I also failed to mention that this is a 4 in 1 crib which is suppose to convert into a toddler bed and then into a regular bed.
Review: I am writing concerning the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT of the Delta 4 in 1 Convertible crib in black cherry espresso. This crib is advertised as being able to convert from a crib,to a toddler bed, to a day bed, and then to a full bed. It says "guardrail sold separately". The label on the crib I purchased says Style number [redacted], Date of MFG: July, 2010, CARB: P2. here is a link advertising this model of crib. [redacted]
Notice is states guard rail can be purchased. This I always expected to be able to do when my child was old enough for me to convert her crib to the toddler bed. The Delta representative I spoke to on the phone told me this was not possible for my bed because manufacturer date of mine cannot have rails added and it NEVER was made that way. I spoke to the representative April [redacted], 2014, between 1 P.M. - 2 P.M. I explained that the box and advertisement advertises it to be able to have guard rails added. The rep. told me that there is nothing they can do, and that it is basically, "too bad."
I purchased this convertible crib for my baby. She is just now old enough to convert the bed to a toddler bed. I needed the guard rail that fits this bed. It is advertised to be able to do so and that the rail is purchased separately from Delta. I called Delta and they sent me a rail that does not fit at all, even after I told the representative what part number my bed needed.. I called back and was told that this crib does NOT have ANY rail that will fit it. I was told it NEVER was made to convert to a toddler bed with rails, even though it is advertised to do so. It doesn't even have the holes made in the wood for it to add the rail. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. My daughter is NOT safe in a bed without the guard rail. This does NOT convert to a toddler bed as advertised. I would NOT have purchased this product knowing the truth is that is does not even have the capability to convert to a toddler bed or add their railing (even though it is advertised to do so). I paid for a 4 in 1 convertible crib and this is NOT able to be a safe toddler bed. I am extremely disappointed, but terribly scared for my child to be in this bed without being able to add the guard rail that Delta advertised as being able to add to the bed. This is false advertising and a safety hazard for my child.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a complete replacement from Delta with a similar and updated 4 in 1 convertible crib. I was told on the phone by the Delta rep. that the newer models do have the ability to add the rails. I want mine replaced with the newer model. If it cannot be replaced then I would like a purchase credit to purchase another 4 in 1 crib so that my child is safe. NO other outcome is adequate. This crib needs to be completely replaced with the updated model that truly is convertible and can have the guard rails added. I feel lied to and that this is false advertising and puts children at risk. Thank you

Hi
Can you please have the consumer give me a call at the below number I will happy to help resolve her issue.
Review: In August of 2012, I bought a Delta 3-in-1 convertible crib for my son, who was born in October 2012. The crib and the toddler bed worked perfectly. Now my son is old enough for the full bed. As I attempted to put together the pieces, I noticed that the boards to connect the headboard and baseboards did not fit correctly. I immediately contacted Delta support on 5/*/15. I was told by the representative at Delta I did have the incorrect pieces. I informed the representative that I did not have the original receipt of purchase since it was 2 and a half years ago, but could probably find the purchase from my credit card. The representative informed me the best they could do was have me purchase the correct pieces for an additional $130. The correct pieces per the representative should be style number [redacted] She also asked me to check with [redacted], where I purchased this item. [redacted] has since refused to exchange this product either.
I again attempted to contact Delta on May [redacted] via E-mail and [redacted] just wrote back to contact them as I did on May [redacted]. My immediate response was that I did that on May [redacted] and felt that due to this packaging error, I shouldn't have to pay the $130.Desired Settlement: To receive the correct pieces free of charge. As a consumer, I believed that this 3-in-1 convertible crib should have been packaged correctly. Delta should be held accountable for packaging incorrect items in this case.

Review: I've been trying to get the manual for the Houston crib and changer for 1 year. it started when I first got the crib while I was pregnant February 2014. I tried to contact them through their website because that is where all the manuals are. I tried several times this past year but have never received any response.
I just put the crib together how I thought it should go, without the manual, since I received no response. The baby is starting to sleep in it now that he is 4 months, but it concerns me that 1) without a manual, I may not have put it together correctly, and 2) I don't know when and how to adjust the mattress height. I assume at a certain point when he is flipping around I should lower it, but how and when to do that?Desired Settlement: all I want is someone to contact me with the manual

Review: I purchased Toddler to twin bed w/lights & toy box model [redacted] on 01/**/2014 through Target online. I called manufacturer to provide missing parts specifically for Toy Box: L - Left Hood; For Bed: U - Mattress support board, 3 - screw 12 x 3/4" Length. Missing Stickers: D1 - Eye, D2 - Eye, F3 - Head light, F4 - Head light, L - round (Disney), E1 - Piston Cup, E2 - Piston Cup, H - Smile, E4 - Head light with hole, E3 - Head light with hole, B9 - Allin (word), A2 - 95, B10 - World Grandprix (word), 2 of G - Tires. Delta Children's Products refused to provide the missing parts because the customer service rep said that they discontinued the item and just asked me to return the product in store for an exchange. When I called Target, they said that they cannot do an exchange but I can return it and re-order the item. This is unacceptable. Firstly, both Walmart and Target are still selling this item. I just recently purchased it on 01/**/2014, which is less than 90 days and is well within the warranty period for parts and stickers. The bed has not even been used. We discovered the missing parts during assembly. Secondly, it is ridiculous to return an item and then re-order when the manufacturer can just provide the missing parts. There is no guarantee to receive a complete package the next time I order and I might go through the same hassle again. Thirdly, why are stores still selling the item when the manufacturer said they discontinued manufacturing? It is not an excuse to provide an incomplete product. The cost for the bed is $350.00 and I paid it with CA tax. I expect to receive the complete items that I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the missing parts delivered to me ASAP. The list of missing parts for Toy Box: L - Left Hood; Missing parts for Bed: U - Mattress support board, 3 - screw 12 x 3/4" Length. Missing Stickers: D1 - Eye, D2 - Eye, F3 - Head light, F4 - Head light, L - round (Disney), E1 - Piston Cup, E2 - Piston Cup, H - Smile, E4 - Head light with hole, E3 - Head light with hole, B9 - Allin (word), A2 - 95, B10 - World Grandprix (word), 2 of G - Tires. I am looking forward to a resolution.

Review: I purchased the Luv Millennium 5in 1 Crib and Bed Model #[redacted], the matching Changing Table, 5 Drawer Chest for my firstborn child December 2000. I paid $1000 for it at a Sears Department Store, which was a bit pricey, but I figured it was worth it for what I believed was a quality investment that I could use through the years and someday, maybe pass it on to my children's children. Years later, in 2006 I had my second child, and like my firstborn, she rarely slept in this crib. I would place them in the crib with a monitor on and the mobile for short periods of time, but hardly ever, did they sleep in it. Thank God! Because in 2006 or 2007, I first heard about a mass recall on cribs with the side bars that dropped. I researched the Internet and called the numbers provided on the Delta website and NEVER got anywhere with resolving my questions and solving this problem, the recall. I called the number, the answering machine states they are very busy, and that I could hold the line, or go online and order a replacement kit. I called several times and held, for LONG periods of time, to no avail. Because my toddler at that time didn't sleep in it anyway, I gave up. Recently, a loved one wanted to buy the entire nursery ensemble, which is in excellent condition, but I can't sell the crib knowing it has been recalled and hasn't had the defective parts replaced. I have tried calling Delta again at [redacted], and have held several times up to 45 minutes at a time, and I STILL have not been able to talk with anyone from their company. I went online to try and order the parts myself, but it leads no where. I am so disappointed in Delta for not taking my concerns seriously. I feel that they say call, hold, or go online KNOWING all the long that they are not going to give me the time of day! Surely this is not a coincidence, My recent attempts to handle this situation immediately brought back to my mind why I never dealt with this in the past. I got the runaround! They need to be held accountable,Desired Settlement: I really hope they do the right thing and return my call and send out the repair kit needed to safely use this crib.

Hi
I can assure you we have never had any consumer hold for 45 min. I would happy to send you our phone records of all incoming calls from the consumers phone number. With that said I would be more than happy to send the consumer a recall kit. On another note I would hope this consumer did not sell her recalled crib because that is against the law.
