Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, LLC Reviews (49)

We completed the thermostat and it is in good working order now.  This was confirmed by Louisville Metro Housing during September.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

I love Ms.Shajunda shes so helpful. Everytime I have a problem shes always willing to help and make sure the job is done. she is also very nice and respectful when I talk to her.

I have been a Denton-Floyd tenant for almost 2 years. They were very attentive to any issues including and mainly neighbor disputes. Any service requests were responded to and handled immediately. Any dealings with subcontractors provided by Denton-Floyd was always professional. Their pricing in my opinion was very inexpensive for the location and for everything included, still is 2 years later. I would recommend Denton-Floyd to anyone looking in Old Louisville as that is the only place I researched and lived.

Hi, I live in Yorktown Apartments and from what I have seen, the new management has really turned things around. Unlike some of the new tenants, I lived in Yorktown a few years ago, before this management team took over. It was terrible. Now, the staff is friendlier, the surroundings are cleaner, and the maintenance is always on call and very knowledgeable. This is a place I can live and feel safe, comfortable, and happy. I even recommended these apartments to my daughter who is having a baby. Its a great place to call home

I have talked with [redacted] regarding the matter of her residency with [redacted].  I also have record of speaking with Mrs. [redacted] during her residency at one of our apartments in the summer of 2016.  Looking back on our discussion at that time, it seems like the eviction filed was a...

mistake and should be removed.I informed Mrs. [redacted] that removing an eviction is not something that we can initiate, but we would be glad to help in the process to clear this from her record.  In the interim, I have written a letter stating that Mrs. [redacted] is/was in good standing with [redacted] upon her move out from our property.  I have also let her know that I will gladly speak to any future landlord/lender to let them know this was a mistake, and we are working to clear the record of this.  She is in good standing with [redacted].  We will work together to try to remedy the situation moving forward.Thank you,[redacted]VP of Operations

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I attached photos which I have also sent to both property managers. I need a hand written statement saying that I will not be charged for these damages prior to my move out date 9/28/16.

I have rented from DF for two years and they have most always worked with and helped me in any way they could. John Sisco in particular has made a point of making sure maintenance needs are met and never takes more than an hour to return a call, if not in the office, even if it's after hours. Hope to remain a tenant for a long time.

On the day in question, resident called in to report that hot water was not properly working. Property...

Manager advised tenant that maintenance request would be resolved as soon as possible. Within a 24-hour period, resident called in many times to corporate office claiming to have been without hot water for three days. Resident began using profane language with business accountant. Property manager called resident back to advise that someone would be out as soon as possible; however tenant would not allow property manager to respond and became profane with Property Manager. The maintenance request was completed on the morning of 8/12/2016. Hot water heater ignited immediately. A replacement hot water heater was not necessary. In reference to the ceiling caving and cracks in the wall. An inspection was conducted regarding the complaint. Imperfections in drywall are present and will be rectified after move-out next month. There was no evidence of a caving ceilings found. Initial maintenance requests have been resolved. With Deepest RegretDenton Floyd Real Estate Group hy here...
