Please disregard my v/m, I spoke with the service company again today and as luck would have it the unit failed for them when the technician was out to replace the motor he originally orderedThe unit is now in operable and my office will contact the customer to arrange replacement

The company had no interest at all in helping me fix the problem they createdIt took me filling an official complaint with you to get them to answer me at allThey were calling my parents house, not the contact number I gave them regarding this complaintTheir conduct is unacceptable and there are hundreds of customers with the same story as me, I seriously think their rating needs to be reconsidered regardlessNow it was all of a sudden no problem to get the new door but before all they had to say was that they couldn't help me

they entry level unit that was purchased in fact doe's not include the insulation blanketWe are having our parts department mail a blanket from an old that can be used.it may not be a perfect fit but it is the only option we have.if the unit is still boxed a reselect option can still be
discussed with the store manager

the complaint sounds as simple as the cold water not getting into the machinepossibly not turned on at point of delivery or a supply line kinked when installedWe would need to send someone out either wayif it is a defective product out of the box we will replace the unit.we will contact the

Orville's has turned the matter over to our insurance company which handles our home damage claims, any disputes would be handled by them

I spoke with Mr*** on 2/14/@10:and we will be working to resolve the problem with the damage

We apologize for the delay, the original unit was damaged and we offered to keep it at the home and replace the dented doorThat was not an option that was considered.When the customer purchased the appliance's our staff advised this was an area we ONLY deliver to once a weekthe next available
day will be Wednesday12/

Customer has been offered re select or refund, we can not control product availability that said we would NEVER promise when merchandise will arrive.The customer was actually speaking to an assistant manager that did in fact offer solutions

They have been deliveredBut upon delivery and
installing them we had no power cord to the dryerI called Orville’s to ask if I was missing something they stated that they do not come with the dryers you have to buyer them seperatelyI told them that nobody disclosed that to me that the only extra hardware that I would have to purchase was hoses for the washer

We would need to know what "compensation" you are seeking, it sounds like our store manager made a rather reasonable "damage allowance" we would also need an itemized list with cost per any item damaged rendering them useless.Tell us why here

The original complaint to the Revdex.com does not mention anything about the dryer not workingIf the unit is in fact not operating the manufacturer provides a complete warranty for all functionsto arrange service on the dryer Speed Queen has an authorized local company available to address any possible manufacturing defect's*** *** *** can be reached @*** they will schedule an appointment to check the dryer

*** *** The first hole was made when the delivery crew carried the bed frame up the stairsI did start bringing the box spring down the stairs and it did get stuck, but I was able to free it up without damage When the crew attempted to finish bringing the box spring down it got stuck again and the lead mover began yanking and kicking the box spring which created another hole and a torn seam on the wall and ceilingAt that time they were going to bring the mattress in, they told me that I have to sign a waiver form because the torn wall and ceiling will damage the mattressI took the waiver form and wrtote a paragraph describing the damage to the wall and ceiling and describing how it was their responsibility and the signed itWhen I went back to the store to see what can be done about my situation the delivery department e-mailed the a picture of a waiver form with no written paragraph and a signature that DIDN'T match mineThe store manager compared it to my signature on the bill of sale ,my license , and had me sign another piece of paper and agreed that the signature is not the sameMy year old son is also a witness to the damage occuring and my paragraph written on the waiver form

the unit was delivered successfully 12/it is a free standing appliance not sure what the contractor is needed for, we are sorry for the disappointment with the process

I am thankful that they are and did contact us regarding a buy outHowever I feel as though the consumer should know that their claim of nuisance calls is incorrectThe refrigerator was repaired times and currently we are waiting on more parts to be replacedIt is important that consumers now that this was not a result of "nuisance" complaints but valid repairs an breakdownsIf the refrigerator was working properly they would not have offered a buy out!

While we understand things happen and we live a distance from the Orville's store, the box that the delivery men left at our home show significant damage in the approximate area that the refrigerator was damagedWe don't understand how the refrigerator was delivered to us with the amount of damage on the boxIf this damage occurred at the warehouse, the refrigerator should have been inspected before deliveryIf this damage occurred in the transportation to our home, this is Orville's problem and we should not have to wait an extended period of time to receive our refrigeratorAs for them offering to replace the door to the refrigerator, we spent a considerable amount of money on our appliances and expect quality and perfection at the time of deliveryNot to mention our concern that the refrigerator could have more underlying problems besides the visual damage to the doorThe dent was large and the refrigerator was obviously at some point not handled with care and who knows the extent of the damageWe are disappointed in how Orville's handled the entire situation, the fact that could not get our refrigerator to our home for the kitchen installation and would not guarantee delivery after 3:on Wednesday, December 7, we are very unhappy with their customer service. We now have lost money due to the fact they we have to take another day off of work and our contractor will have to make another appointment to install the refrigerator.*** *** *** ***

Please find the attached copy of a blank sales invoice.Our return policy is clearly documented on the front of the form at the bottom

We do not refund accessory's or delivery fee's but I will make an exception to CLOSE this complaint

we do not sell any merchadise on a trial basisOur sales staff try's to be as informative as possible when a customer makes a purchaseWhen Mrs* *** came to our store our sales staff advised the controls were on top of each unit making it fairly difficult to use if stackedOur sales rep
suggested a smaller pair of stacking units and Mrs* *** made the decision to purchase the larger unit.While we can not refund any additional money we can offer a $in store credit for a future purchase
