I love my new Desert King Windows. After getting quotes from several other window companies, I discovered my neighbor had already contracted DKW to install theirs. Upon seeing first hand the workmanship of their installation I knew this was the window company I wanted. The windows are beautiful and even the realtor selling a house down the street had to come and have a "look". The entire experience went very well and dealing with [redacted] was a pleasure.

This is the second time I used Desert King. They did a great job on my previous home, so I used them again and was not disappointed. Great products, great sales rep and super high-quality installation team. My windows and doors and beautiful! Can't wait to see the impact on my next electric bill.

This was an exceptional experience. Friendly and timely service, excellent communication and phenomenal installation. EVERYONE I worked with seemed to truly LOVE their job and this company. I am very pleased with this company and the professional manner in which they conduct their business. My windows came in earlier than expected which was good because I did have one window that was broken and I did not like having cardboard in that window for very long. The installation was well done and in a timely manner. The installer was considerate in cleaning up after himself and careful to not break anything that might have been close to the windows. I would definetly give them a positive rating and I plan on using them again in the future.

I absolutely love my new windows & doing business with Desert King was a pleasure. Not only are the windows beautiful, the installers were courteous, fast, efficient & very neat. I would highly recommend this company.

Desert King Windows

We ordered 11 windows and 1 slider door from Desert King Windows. They were installed on April 19, 2014. Two workers arrived at 7 A.M. They removed all the old windows, sliding door, and screens.
The workers were very careful installing the new windows and door. After completion, they vacuumed each room window and cleaned all the glass. They were very thorough and professional.
We highly recommend Desert King Windows to all homeowners.

Love my Desert King Windows. Have worked with this company for over 10 years. Replacing old windows can be a great investment and can take time. They understand this. Most importantly, they are good to their word and warranty. My window replacement installer was timely, efficient, and really hustled to get the replacements in quickly because it's getting very warm outside and he didn't want to waste any more A/C than necessary. He even closed the door to the room he was working on while he went outside to get materials. He was respectful of my property and a credit to his company and himself.

Desert King Windows did an excellent job installing our new windows and followed up with fine finishing touches. We are very please with our back set of windows we had installed 4 years ago by the company and return to have all our front/side windows done. Jayson was very helpful with the bid, installation and followup. It was friendly and excellent service! You would be more than pleased with their windows and service!

Although we had some issues with delivery, quality, and installation, they stood by their product and finished the job completing everything to our satisfaction. If you do chose Desert King, remember to ask for Kenny and Nick to install. They are real craftsman and take exceptional pride in their work.

My son bought a house about 7 yrs ago and the previous owners had new windows installed. After living there awhile he noticed the south side windows leaking, they came out and took pictures and replaced ALL the windows as there was a warranty. Well shortly after that he had his accident and was left paraplegic and many thing were put on hold, but recently we noticed the adobe was bulging on the south side from water damage that happened between the window replacements. We called to see if the company would do anything. Well the original company sold out to Desert King Windows here in Tempe. I explained the situation to them and they took on the full responsibility to fix this situation. I really felt they could have just blown me off. They weren't the ones who installed the windows. But they didn't. They sent someone out, took more pics and the OWNER called me and set up a time for demolition and to restucco.. They came out yesterday and did the entire repair. They did a beautiful job. The area of stucco was 24 ft long and 4 ft high. Not a small job! I am so impressed by this company....they really didn't have to do this but this company stands by their word and they also have very kind hearts. Not too many times do you get the privelidge to give credit where credit is due, So Anyone out there who may be needing new windows, please give them a call. Having Desert King Windows put in our home was the one most important aspects of our improvements. The noise from the outside has almost stopped and even our dog sleeps better...which in turn allows us too! They look great and the monthly heating and air bills are much smaller. After our installation of our windows and doors, four of my neighbors bought from Desert King, and are very happy that I introduced them. Yes ...they are a great company!

We replaced all the windows and a patio door in our home. We have been very satisfied with the installation. The only negative was that the patio door seemed to require a bit of effort to open it. We called Desert King Windows and they sent [redacted] out right away. He adjusted and lubricated the rollers and track and now the door opens and closes with much less effort.

We were well pleased with our service for our bedroom window by [redacted] and [redacted] pn saturday, january 18. they did a good job and were friendly and personable. good manners, too!

This afternoon I had new wheels put on the screen door. Desert King sent Kenny K[redacted] over to do the job as I couldn't get the broken one off myself. The job was quickly done and the door runs smoother than before with the metal wheels that arrived in 2 days of informing the company of a broken wheel. Thank you Kenny for working with my schedule!

Desert King Windows just replaced the windows in our house. The sales lady was very helpful and kept us updated on when the windows would arrive. They quickly scheduled for the measurements to be done, and the man who did them was able to answer technical questions to my husband's satisfaction ( a major feat in itself!). Although it did take a little longer for the windows to arrive than we had been told, they scheduled the installation almost immediately. They accommodated all appointments including installation to our schedule. My husband was impressed with the professional way the installers worked, and I was impressed with how courteous and careful they were in the house and how well they cleaned up after themselves. We love the look, the reduced noise level, and the reduced amount of heat we feel coming through the windows - and now we're looking forward to those lower utility bills!

We had a window crack and they replaced it without question. It was done within 2 weeks.

My experience was very positive from the beginning to the install. The installers Nick & Brendon were experienced and very pleasant to deal with. Totally love my new windows & doors.
