There are several steps taken in mailing out 'paid in full' letters, taking a week to days, and this should have been better explained to the complainant; I regret the miscue on our partThe letter has been mailed as of the 16th of February and should be received this weekI encourage the complainant to call our manager [redacted] at ( [redacted] extension ***, if he requests any other information or has any other questions

Now that complainant has provided the police report that we've sought all along, we can conclude this matter after further investigation and will close the fileWe have instructed the credit bureaus to delete the items from his credit

Because complainant has multiple accounts in our office, there has been some confusion with different reps speaking to complainantWe are interested in resolving this amicably for all concerned, and the best way to do that is to speak to one another rather than going back and forth with this complaint dialogueComplainant should call [redacted] toll free at [redacted] , Ext***, to confirm status of accounts and resolve the 'deletion letter' issueWe regret that complainant feels that we have conducted 'unfair business', however complainant is asking for concessions that we do not ordinarily provideAgain, a simple call to our manager will resolve this

First off, the service dates in question were 6/14/and 6/- 6/17/11, not as stated by the complainantAlso, it has been made clear to the complainant that at the time services were rendered, the hospital name was [redacted] We have asked the complainant to provide us with various documents so that we can research his claim of ID theftEverything he has sent us matches the intake records that were gathered at the time services were renderedTherefore, we have been asking complainant to provide us with a copy of the identity theft police report that he filed when his wallet was stolen in 2011, however he has failed to provide this to usHe did request that we mail him copies of the itemized charges, which we did once in and again on April 15, 2015, however the copies we mailed in April were returned to us by the [redacted] as undeliverableThey had been sent to the complainant at: [redacted] ***We would be happy to mail the documents again if the complainant will provide us with a proper mailing addressHe can contact us toll free at 800-518-7650, or he can mail his request to DRSI, Centerpointe Drive $450, La Palma, CA We will also appreciate receiving a copy of the police report from complainant so that we can further investigate and hopefully conclude this matter

The account for complainant was placed in our office on October 17, Our client notified us that they received full payment on April 22, 2014, at which time we began informing the credit bureaus that the account is paid in fullIf the complainant has information to show that the account is not showing as paid in full in their credit report, they should forward that to our office so that we can research this matter further.?

The complainant is misinformedFiling a dispute directly with a credit bureaus does NOT constitute a request for validation to our companyWhen a consumer files a dispute with a credit bureau, the credit bureau notifies us and requests commentWe then investigate, confirm with our client that the debt remains owed, and respond accordinglyThe complainant has only ONCE requested validation of the debt to our office, on Sept6, Instead of contacting us about the account, complainant has chosen to file complaints suggesting our company operates illegally rather than communicate about the actual underlying debtWe mailed the validation response yesterday, which included a copy of the chargesWe are not entitled to the complainants private medical records, however if complainant wishes to receive those he can contact the hospital directly; we mailed only that which is required by the FDCPA and is not medical records.Regarding the interest, we have been trying to get complainant to respond to this debt since May of 2012, at which time virtually no interest had accruedCalls to the complainants phone number that he provided to our client were met with hang-upsWe have never been able to contact the complainant, and he has never attempted until now to contact us; this account has been reported to complainant credit for over yearsWe are only doing our job which we have been doing for many years, despite complainants' allegations of our being a 'scam' company and operating outside the confines of the laws that govern our industry?

We have had the complainant's account in office since April In August she promised to pay the account in full on a recorded lineHer promise was falseIn she claimed her insurance should payHer insurance did not payIn July 2016, complainant demanded a copy of her charges, which we mailed herIn September 2016, complainant demanded full validation of her debt, which we mailed her on September 30, We didn't hear from complainant again until we received a letter in March informing us that she refused to pay this debtWe have done everything required of us to prove that complainant owes the debtComplainant had promised to pay the debt, but renegedWe will not delete the debt, the complainant owes it and has not paid it

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Thank you for sending along this DRS response Yes, DRS has diligently harassed me under the guise of "spoofing." That's how they have diligently tried working with me I gave DRS my banking information to collect payments from me as I had been out of work for almost a year communicating with them responsibly along the way They said if I paid all at once I could waive the interest They said to check my credit report and phone them back to let them know if I wanted to pay all at once I don't have any outstanding bills and have never experienced something like this with a company I phoned them back and said I wanted to go with my three payment original plan I left this message with two representatives right after sending them a USPS Certified Mail letter with the same statement I am making here along with check # [redacted] for $500, my first payment Two days later they were illegally withdrawing funds from my accountThis company knows exactly how they are operating In fact if they truly did have permission to withdraw funds from my account why didn't they dispute their ACH withdrawal complaint from me with the Federal Reserve when I filed the complaint about their illegal withdrawal from my account They did not dispute my complaint because the Federal Reserve would be investigated, and they had no such permission to access my funds electronically and they would be found out For some reason DRS has failed to answer to any of the demands I have made: to stop spoofing (calling from all different kinds of numbers and cities) me, to send me a statement with the account number and final amount I owe, and to send me a receipt upon final payment None of this has been addressed so what was the point of DRS's response to the Revdex.com? I don't see how they claim this is resolution Get to the real issues DRS please, and stop wasting the time and energy of the Revdex.com and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Send me the single account number you say the account has, stop calling me, tell me my balance due, and send me a receipt when you receive final payment Please see attached ACH dispute claim form I submitted to my bank DRS did not dispute my complaint and my money was refunded to my account immediately I have paid DRS $1,out of $1, Apparently they are more interested in harassing people than they are in getting their money People don't file complaints and write letters unless one has truly done something to make them angry Please ask them to just give me the information I have requested Thanks so much for your assistance Regards, [redacted]

I regret any confusion the complainant experienced in dealing with several different reps in our officeWe will mail him the letters that he's asked for on the accounts that he has paid in full, however he still has some open accounts in our office that will not be included in the letters.?

This complaint is something of an insultThis complainant has filed complaints with other entities, and we've responded to every oneHe also complained to our client, the hospital, and they too have respondedWe have provided the complainant with all documentation related to his unpaid healthcare accountHis aunt was assisting him in trying to get a state program to accept billing for this retroactively (years after the services were rendered), however as we suspected, she has failed in her effortsThe complainant owes the amount due, we have acted nothing less than professional and in full legal compliance, and we nor our client are going to forgive the debt just because the complainant has filed numerous and complaints in his endeavors to avoid payment for the services that were provided to himThis complaint is untrue, just as the others he has filed, that were done AFTER we responded to his every request for providing him documentation of the account

We have mailed all relevant documents to the complainant as required pursuant to the tenets of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)

Hmm, apparently the complainant did not read our former response to the complaintAs we said we would, we mailed a full validation and verification of the debt to the complainantShe can continue to complain all she wants to whomever she wants, we have fulfilled our responsibility of debt validation

The complainant referred to CMRE in her complaint against us, but CMRE is a different collection agency located in BreaWe are DRSI in La PalmaComplainant does have an account in collections in our officeComplainant agreed on October 12, 2015, to make payments of $to resolve our account, but never made any paymentsThen in December complainant mailed us a request to send a validation of debt, which we sent to complainant on December 28, We are reporting her account to the credit bureaus as 'disputed by consumer'

The complainant did promise to pay and we have the call recordingWe asked her to give us her credit card or bank info over the phone but she refused, instead promising to put a check in the mail to usWe did send FULL validation, which consisted of a letter explaining every detail of her bill, and a copy of her itemized chargesIf she wants her actual medical records, she will have to contact the hospital as we are not entitled to procure those documentsComplainant points out that she has no contract with our office and she is correctWe have a contract with the medical provider to collect their bad debt collection accounts, and by virtue thereof, the complainant owes our office

We remain confused by this complainantIs the complaint for the account with us, or the complaint with CMRE?As for the account with us, the charges are for the complainant's minor child [redacted] The complainant provided healthcare insurance information which our client processed and which resolved $664.72, leaving complainant responsible for the balance now standing at $We have recorded conversations with the complainant during which the complainant not only acknowledged the accounts as being legitimately due and owing, but the complainant agreed to pay them in installments of $This is not a case of mistaken identityThe complainant is responsible for payment of their child's medical well beingIf complainant would like us to send copies of the charges again, we'd be happy to send them, the complainant need only askIf the complainant has any issues or concerns as to how the insurance company determined how much they paid and how much was due from the complainant for services rendered to the complainant's minor child, then the complainant should contact their insurance representative as our client has no control over the type of policy that the complainant has chosen.?

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I reject this information from the company I never agreed to pay this debt, because this company did not provide proper validation to me, and I have never had a contract with this company Validation includes providing me a copy of the original charges and the services provided This company instead sent me a screen shot of their system with my name and an amount that is different than what they are reporting This does not constitute proper validation I have never agreed to pay this debt, and I repeat, I do not have a contract, nor have I ever had a contract with Designed Receivables Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the? response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [This company states that I have only requested my information once on September 6, This is because my first letter was August 18th to Equifax, where Designed Receivable Solution responded that this account was verifiedThe law states that I have a right to see the contract and information that binds me to this accountI have asked validation numerous timesTo state that I am making demands is an overstatementI simply asked for proof and they have failed to each of the attempts that I have madeI feel at liberty to complain about this company because they have not responded to meInstead, they continue to add interest to an account that they will not even provide proof belongs to meIn saying so, for them to have proof, is a violation of HIPPA because a medical record would have had to be sharedAs a legitimate company, I hope they take HIPPA seriousBy law, I have a right to ask for thisIn the meantime, my credit report is being harmed by the interest on this alleged debt since that has almost DOUBLED in cost due interest by this companyThis seems like a violation in itself. With in this message, I have included the two messages I sent to Equifax, which Designed Receivable Solution has responded toMy fax receipts, as well as the response Designed made to me on consumer financialTo say that I only been request validation for five days is and this company needs to be made away of the lie they just toldThey also need to stop saying I am making demandsAll I said was provide me an original contract that binds me to this debt and if not, please remove itYou can read that from my lettersThank you] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below If I have accounts with his business why is this the only account being reported to all credit bureaus? I have had many different "dialogues" with many people over the years they have been reporting this debtAre they really insinuating I haven't contacted them regarding this debt? That's absurdI was actually an employee of this hospital at the time that they are claiming I brought a minor child in for careI was never contacted by the hospital (my then employer) regarding this debtMy minor children still see the same providers they have seen since they were born which is an affiliate of this hospitalI have chesked with them and I don't have an outstanding balance in their officeSo how was this bill generated? I have also since reached out to the hospital who states that they do not have any record of said debt and there is no balance owed by me to themI have filed only one other complaint with CFPB regarding this debt because it has NEVER been validatedThey have never sent me a contract with my signature showing that I am responsible for this debt and I then agreed to pay the debtFYI there were Octavia Porter's at the time they say I incurred this debt, she is a relative of mineThe only difference back then between her identification and mine was the day she was born on and the 1st numbers of her SSNHer birth month, year of birth and the last of her SSN match mineHer middle name is different from mineI have explained this to this collection agency on more than one occasion over the last years and that is the reason I deny the debt is mineWe have both been patients at this facility along with our minor childrenI would like the debt PROPERLY verified via a contract with my signature on itI have had to provide proof that other accounts at this facility were not mine because of the issue explained aboveI cannot verify the debt with the original creditor as explained aboveWhen I contact this collection agency the representatives are rude and vulgar, they yell and will not answer questions so I stopped calling and ask them not to contact meI starting writing letters and filed that complaint with the CFPBThis account/debt is not mine and I would like it removed from my credit file with all bureaus until the account is proven to be mineI also don't want this account sold to another collection agency and all attempts to collect this debt to cease until PROPER account verification has been established Regards, [redacted]
