We are not bound to respond to the untruths and demands of the complainantShe has unpaid bad debt collection accounts in our office and our only goal has been to collect themThat she has chosen to file numerous complaints against us is her prerogative, however that does not change our responsibilitiesI have this day generated a letter to complainant from our system that requests the full balance payment now due from her with a requested payment date of July 20, The letter will contain the account numbers of each of her accounts, including the 'master' number we've assigned to her bad debt collection accountsWe have never harassed the complainant nor violated any laws, rules or procedures in pursuit of payment of her accounts, nor do we have any idea what she is talking about with her complaints of 'spoofing'; we suspect she is confusing us with some other callers

The complainant has accounts in our office assigned over the years covering many service datesShe never advised our clients of a worker comp case, nor our office, until nowIf these accounts are part of a work comp case, we will need to know the name of the employer, the comp carrier, the nature and date of injury, and the attorney of recordShe can provide that information to our office by calling (800)518-7650, or mailing to: DRSI, Centerpointe Drive #450, La Palma CA Once we receive this information we can begin a full investigation

We will be more than happy to provide a full validation of debt to the complainant at the address he specified in his complaintIt should be mailed out within the next week

This account has been in our office since On July the complainant called our officeHe agreed with the charges but claimed that he had provided our client with a secondary insurer that should have been billedWe have since spoken to our client and they have confirmed from their records that no secondary insurer was provided, although complainants primary insurer did process the claimComplainant Has not provided us any evidence of his claim that he lived in Florida at time of serviceFurther, complainant never provided us with his attorney information, rather he told us that he had an attorney related to another medical claim of hisHe never once instructed us to contact any attorney, and complainant is correct that we have the call recordingsToday we mailed complainant a full validation of his debt

This complainant has filed this same complaint with various other entities and we have responded every time. The complainant has 5 accounts in our office, some where she was the patient to our client, and some where her minor child, for whom she is responsible, was he patient. We have sent her full... and complete validation and verification of the debts. Instead of ever dialoguing with our office about the accounts, she simply files complaints against us. She owes the accounts, we have provided her all documentation to prove that, and the accounts are properly reported to the credit bureaus.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Did they actually see what my complaints were? It does not seem like they did, because they did not address my issues which were as follows: 1) I'm disputing one bill, or specifically the interest charges for that one bill One of their reps, [redacted] , said that they would waive the interest charges and send me a deletion letter if I paid the original amount of $2, After I paid that bill, [redacted] did not send the deletion letter as she said she would, and then would not return one of my several calls to her Then a manager named [redacted] called me back saying that they would have to check the recording of the conversation between myself and [redacted] and that she would get back to me after she listened to it I never heard back from [redacted] , so I called her two times to see what she heard on the recording and she never called me back Instead, yet another rep named Andre called back saying that he had not listened to the conversation that [redacted] and I had and that I could not listen to it and that he would provide the deletion letter only if I paid the interest charges 2) My other complaint is that twice they gave me contradictory statements regarding their policy for providing deletion letters, claiming that it was illegal for them to email or fax deletion letters that involved medical bills, only to change that and say that if I paid other balances, they could in fact fax me a deletion letter right away I feel pretty sure that's tantamount to unfair business practices by Design Receivables Solution

The complainant is partially correct; there is no contract between complainant and our officeHowever there are contracts in place between the complainant and the hospital from which she sought medical servicesAnd that hospital has a contract with our office to collect bad debt collection accounts on their behalfThe complainant has such accounts in our office (as of this date) and we have every right and intention to collect them from the complainantThe complainant also says the accounts aren't owed, therefore they must either be paid or included in a discharged bankruptcy; we would love to see proof of thatMeanwhile the complainant presently owes $16,

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
