As you can see, complainant did not elaborate whatsoever as to what her specific dispute is relative to our response to her original complaintThat being the case, there is nothing else for us to add here, so we continue to maintain our original responseIf complainant ever wants to resolve the accounts, our toll free telephone number remains [redacted]

We have worked diligently with this consumer and have provided everything she requestedWe never took money from her accounts that she did not authorize, nor will weOnce her accounts are paid in full, we will mail her a letter indicating soWe won't be calling her again, pursuant to her request The consumer enjoys filing complaints, as she has done so twice with the CFPB, so this likely is not the last Revdex.com will be hearing from her

In response to one of the complainants complaints to another entity, we provided complainant with a full validation of debt on August 11, We mailed it to the same address as he has on file with this complaint, and it was not returned to us by the USPS as undeliveredWe are bound by the FDCPA to provide a copy of the bill when requested, and we did precisely that, along with an explanation of the balance due from the complainantWe are not bound to, nor interested in, responding to all the many other demands being made by the complainantWe have satisfied the requirements of the FDCPA and will provide nothing furtherThe debt remains owed, therefore will remain reported to the credit bureaus

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] Regards, [redacted] [redacted]

We have finally been able to locate the account that the patient refers toApparently the account belongs to a relative of hers that provided ID info on herIn any event, we have discussed this account with out client and our client has decided to cancel and close the accountWe deleted the item from the credit bureaus on April and sent a letter to the actual account holder on that same day

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the? response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Collection Agency has not provided sufficient evidence that this debt belongs to meTherefore they are reporting information and damaging my credit reputationThis item needs to be deleted from my credit file immediately] Regards, [redacted] ***

Complainant has had accounts in our office since In September she called us to say that she'd had [redacted] , however we explained that it was far too late to bill [redacted] Her accounts were set up as 'cash pay' with our client, there was no insurance or [redacted] info providedIn April of this year she sent us 'refusal to pay' letters, and in May this year she called again reiterating the [redacted] storyComplainant owes both of the accounts in our officeWe have no idea what she is talking about with respect to her comment that we have 'no contract' with herWe have a contract with our client, the healthcare provider, and that calls for us to collect money from patients that don't pay them, such as the complainant

Although complainants story is not completely accurate, the truth is that the credit bureaus themselves do not allow credit deletions of accurately reported accountsWe often make exceptions though, and if complainant had simply called and asked us rather than filing a complaint we'd have deleted the accountAs a courtesy, we have now instructed the credit bureaus to delete the item

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

The complainant did promise to pay and we have the call recordingWe asked her to give us her credit card or bank info over the phone but she refused, instead promising to put a check in the mail to usWe did send FULL validation, which consisted of a letter explaining every detail of her bill, and a copy of her itemized chargesIf she wants her actual medical records, she will have to contact the hospital as we are not entitled to procure those documentsComplainant points out that she has no contract with our office and she is correctWe have a contract with the medical provider to collect their bad debt collection accounts, and by virtue thereof, the complainant owes our office?

Complainant has 4 accounts in our office. We received her letter in which she requested account details for two of her accounts. We mailed her full account records for those two accounts on August 11, 2016. We also followed complainants instruction to discontinue any further phone contact.

Interestingly, complainant has never contacted our office about his accounts, rather he has filed this complaint with the Revdex.comWe have sent letters to complainant and made many call attempts, to no availComplainant has open accounts in our officeWhile he is correct that his insurance did process and make payment to all three accounts, he has co-pays and deductibles for each:For patient Dezi [redacted] , DOS 3/22/at Marina Del Rey Hospital, he owes $(plus $interest)For patient Diago [redacted] , DOS 9/7/at StJohn's Health Center, he owes $(plus $interest)For patient [redacted] , DOS 7/3/at Marina Del Rey Hospital, he owes $(plus interest $29.50)Complainant states that his insurance will verify that they paid 100% of these accountsComplainant should forward that documentation to our office so that we can investigate further; we have confirmed with our clients this day that these balances remain unpaid and due from complainantWe are DRSI, Centerpointe Drive #450, La Palma CA 90623, (800)518-

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all, Designed Receivable Solutions has already violated State of [redacted] consumer protections laws. As I mentioned in my original complaint, I did not receive their response to my request for validation they received August 1, 2016, and there is no evidence I received anything from them within the specified days. Therefore I am respectfully requesting they delete these accounts, and cease all other collection activity. I am making every effort not to present this case before a courtroom jury in my community. Regards, [redacted]
