On September *** 2016, member Gerald C***, signed a membership agreement that indicated that the agreement was for a minimum of twelve months, at which time membership may be terminated at any time with forty five days notice to EquinoxWhile within the one year obligation, the membership can
be cancelled with forty five days' notice for relocation(member must provide proof that they have relocated more than miles from an Equinox facility), job loss (member must provide proof of job loss), and medical (medical note is required and account will be cancelled immediately).

Equinox Fitness continues to misrepresent their cancellation policyThey stated that I could "cancel anytime" (verbatim), and now, when I go to cancel, I am told I cannot cancel without first giving them days notice of my intention to cancelThis means the promise of being able to "cancel anytime" is absolutely a lieThis sophistry is absurd, and clearly serves no purpose other than to milk an additional month and a half of fees out of their members before leavingThey have lost a member for life, instead of a short period of time before returning to the city, and they will not get the business of any other referrals from me

lock in their "promotional pricing" before it increases on November ***, However, this was another misrepresentation by Equinox as the original pricing ($165/mo) is still being advertised on their website.
