My complaint was about misrepresentation, about an Equinox employee using information to induce me to sign the membership contractIt appears that Equinox has no protocol for dealing with an issue of misrepresentation by one of their employeesThe adviser who lied to me no longer works for Equinox, so I couldn't speak to him about this, and everyone else at Equinox ignores my actual complaint and instead just repeats their cancellation policy, which is a way of avoiding the actual issueI'm incredibly disappointed that this is allowed to happen.?

If Equinox cares about maintaining a consistent level of? quality, they should take customer concerns seriously and address them in a? meaningful manner?
