Back in February I went to Walmart in Atlanta to purchase a set of new tiresThey were fairly cheapSo SEVEN months later I go to get my tires rotated and the mechanic call me over to show me the WIRE that was showing on my TWO front tires I get back with Walmart because I was verbally told that I had warranty on my tiresCool, so I get back with Walmart about the issue and they tell me that I do not have warrantySo I left the store and call cooperate, she tells the store manager of the issueI was notified a day later by someone on the automotive department to come back down so they can check it outNow, I do not live in Atlanta, I live approximately minutes awayI go back back down there so the mechanic to tell me the same exact thing that the other mechanic said the first time, but he added even if you had this so called warranty it still wouldn't be coveredSo I left and went about my dayNow it's Sunday and I have to go to work and my tire is extremely lowAlthough Walmart is the only place open today for that, I would never go back there AGAIN! Straight RIP OFF!

I purchased two tires that totaled from the Walmart(Pyramid Village Blvd) in Greensboro, NC on 03/16/at the time I purchased two extended warranties that totaled but the cashier rung the warranties up after I paid for the tiresHe stated at the time that the information could be pulled up without a problemFast forward to August of I went to Walmart to patch a tire that had a nailI was advised that no one could locate the warranty by my phone number and the patch would be ten dollarsAt the time I could not argue it was a Sunday and I needed my vehicleOnce the inspector looked at it he called and of course stated that the nail was too far in the tire and I needed a brand new tireI paid for tire but when I got home I checked my bank statement and I was indeed chargedI went back to the local Walmart and spoke with a manager but he stated that I could only speak with the manager of Autoparts who was gone for the dayI have called the Corp number but was told to contact 479-277-to locate the receiptIf anyone has ever called that number good luck because I waited my whole hour lunch and no one ever answeredMy last resort was to dispute it with my bank and was sent a letter that my dispute was denied because I purchased the items through WalmartAt this point I feel that someone stole from meMy account was charged but no one can find any receipt information and I have been given so many loops to jump through

The Walmart store located on North Avenue and Cicero in Chicago Illinois really needs major improvements on every level customer service is absolutely terrible and unprofessional Products are never fully stocked shelves are empty most of the time poorly trained individuals in the bakery area take orders that are not fulfilled when customers have tried to complain in person to the manager the manager does not appear in the store when calling to check the status of an online order I was hung up on multiple times and the manager never answer the phonethen the store associates ultimately stop answering the phone there have been various incidents on various days and I have shopped at the store over the past six years and I will never return due to the unprofessionalism, the lack of products stocked and just the terrible way the store has been run Most associates are unprofessional and the manager is always missing what does Walmart corporate intend to do about this store????

Store: s fort Apache In Las Vegas, NVThis is my home store, never had a single complaint aboutI mean, it's Walmart in the end, you expect basic service But one rotten apple spoils the whole barrelThe humiliation and anger that was brought upon me was unimaginableSadly for me, it has become a true story One the night of May 11th around 10pmI wander into the store and I see merchandise that I'd like to purchaseUnfortunately they were still in boxes so we asked a gentleman (later we find out his name is [redacted] to see if he could open the boxes for usHe did, he opened up the boxes and handed it to usHe was happy to help a customer outKeep it mind, A WALMART EMPLOYEE OPENED THE BOXES FOR US we didn't just barge into them ourselvesAs we're looking through them, [redacted] (overnight stocker usually in the automotive section) CHARGES towards usHe's about where camping is and we're at toysFrom there, he YELLS, "ENOUGH! GET OUT." This is pretty much from across the store, yelling at usHe comes over to us, yelling the whole time"GET OUT OF THEREAND GET OUTYOU GUYS AREN'T SUPPOSED TO TOUCH THIS!!!!" At the same time, me and my bf respond calmly, "We asked someoneThey let us." We said "we asked" times, but it never went into [redacted] 's ears because he was so focused on berating usI said, "Do you want me to find that guy? He's an African American young gentleman." [redacted] yells back, "NO I'LL FIND HIMI DON'T EVEN HAVE ROOM ON THE FLOOR FOR THEM AND NOW I HAVE TO PUT THEM OUT BECAUSE YOU GUYS OPENED THEMTHATS THE LAST BOX YOU LOOK IN, AND GET OUT!!!" He says all this while picking up the boxes and SLAMMING them stacking them on top of each other, possibly damaging the product tooThese items were in a dump bin already on the floor where it was going to be displayed, so I know he was lying about that(Saw it there the next day in the exact same spot with PLENTY of room to walk around.) I then calmly asked for his name, he turns his body so that his name tag is not visible to meHe ignores me the first time, I ask again and he says, " [redacted] ." and arrogantly trolls off The main points I wanted to address is 1) I asked and got permission from a walmart employee to look into the boxesHe actually opened the boxes for us2) Clueless [redacted] comes out assuming and accusing paying loyal customers of going into boxes on their own3) [redacted] BERATING AND HUMILIATING us in public and in front of other customers4) There were a million different ways [redacted] could've approached us (preferably calmly and rationally) instead of screaming at us from across the store and then scolding us about how he has to do his job now I have contacted customer relationsI have spoke with co managers ***(the following day) and [redacted] (night of the tragic event)The response I got was basically saying all that will happen to [redacted] is "he will get addressed." I sat on that response for a bit and decided to call customer relations back to escalate the matter to their district managerI am still currently waiting for a response from himNot that I wasn't happy with the co managers listening to me and giving me information, I just feel that for the HUMILIATION and ANGER that [redacted] has brought upon me with him berating us in public deserves a little more than "he will be addressed on the situation." An apology from [redacted] would be favorable and I would drop everything In the meantime, I want to make this situation public so that other customers are awareCEO's won't even berate customers like thatWhat gives an overnight stocker the power in his head to do so?

For much of the last years I have been traveling arround South Texas and I regularly see the American Flag at Walmart stores dragging on the edge of the build roof in the sea gull doo doo and pidgeon pooI call the stores or sometimes go in and talk to the managersThe flag will get fixed, but the next time they put it at half staff, it is dragging in the bird dung again I have pictures As I write this the flag at the store in Aransas Pass TX is dragging in the doo doo

I received service from the autocare center at my local store in sikeston mo store #On August 20th I took my car in for an oil changeI didn't realize until today August 26th when my low oil light came on that I would have any problem considering im a frequent/loyal customerI return back to the store asking question and was told it was nothing they could do and was just brushed offMy main concern is that I didn't get the work I paid forI want to know if there is a warranty? If there anything that can be done? I wasn't told on my visit if there was any problems such as an oil leak so how can my oil be low when it's was stated quarts of oil was addedIt's a shame I have to contact outside sources for answerI feel as a paying customer they could've at least look at my car or even responded in a caring manner

I purchased the best car battery Wal-Mart sells at the Killion Rdstory in Columbia, SCThe battery had a year warranty, years full replacement and the last years proratedThe battery failed and left me stranded earlier this week about a week less than years since it was purchasedThe store employee tested the battery and said it was bad and would have to be replacedBefore they installed the replacement battery they pulled all date code and labels off the battery and told me I have no more warrantyThey said this was the new policyI asked to speak to the store manager and instead an assistant asked what my complaint wasShe said wait a minute and let me check on thatA few minutes later she came back and said yes that is the new policy I checked with several managers at other businesses that sell car batteries and they all said "we don't do our customers that way"I think this is fraud and unethicalI called headquarters and a very polite lady took my complaint and said someone from management would be calling meIt has been days and no call yetI am very disappointed that Wal-Mart would sell a product with a stated warranty then change their policy and decide to not back what had already been purchased

I was in walmart and to make a long story short....I was paying for my items at self check out and used one my cards and proceeded to use my debit card for the rest of the purchase....the lady then walked over there and began yellingI kept paying for my stuff because I knew I was not doing anything wrongWell my usaa card was declined because I swiped it instead of putting it through the chip readerSo then I began to insert the card the correct way and the walmart employee snatched my card out of my hand striking me my hand as she does soI then took my card back and asked her who gives her the right to take my personal items and what she done was assault meShe said I cant do a split purchase because the register will lock upI said maam thats not true I always come hereAnd I called a manager and she picked up her personal cell phone and called a unknown man who did not work in the store.....he walked inside the store from outside and she began speaking to him and pointing at me and my mother as she was talkingWe then told the manager we felt threatenedThe manager said she would walk us outside and as she did the male followed and got in a red car as we got in our carI know all of this is against company policyThis lady humiliated, embarrassed, assaulted, and made me feel threatenedAnd she discriminated against me as wellI have had to report this woman for her attitude before to same manager and I feel like she retaliated against me

Walmart Centereach now carries [redacted] 5gal water jugsBe aware that unlike all the other stores they do not give you the $deposit back if you return the jug like all the other businesses in the areaYou can only use the deposit toward the next 5gal purchaseI unfortunately made the mistake of buying too many over a few weeksWalmart said it was [redacted] that is charging for it, when I called pure [redacted] they said it was Walmart

I will never shop at Walmart again based on a horrendous experience at the Willow Grove, PA (Store# 3564) location I ordered a product from walmart.com on 7/17/ I received confirmation of the order and was advised that the product would be available for pickup at the Willow Grove, PA location on 7/21/ I also had the option to have it delivered directly to my home on 7/22/but I opted to pick it up at the store I checked the app on 7/21/and it said that my product was delivered I arrived at the store on 7/21/at 7:00PM ET and stood around for about an hour as nobody could find my product The main person that I worked with was great She did her best but none of the managers provided her with any support Finally, she tracked down a manager who told me that the product was still on a truck that hadn't been emptied yet and that it would be ready for pick up tomorrow While still frustrated, I said that's fine I'll pick it up tomorrow On 7/22/I called the Willow Grove, PA store to confirm that the product was ready for pick up and they advised that it wasn't at the store After being hung up on multiple times and asking for managers that never picked up the phone and waiting on hold for 10-minutes at a time I decided to call the 800# where I was advised that the product was shipped via FedEx and not on a truck After wasting another hour on the phone with the Willow Grove store they still couldn't find and told me the order wasn't there and that I would receive an email when it arrived After such a horrible experience with employees who simply didn't care I gave up, called the 800# and canceled my order This is the worst Walmart store ever

An Oil Change was done on my vehicle without my consent They didn't talk to us in advance or after the work was done Nor dd they mention it to us after the fact We found out a month later when I saw a note on the receipt stating that they didn't check the transmission fluid because the dipstick was broken It wasn't They had ripped the goose neck dipstick tube off They damaged my truck in an unauthorized service I spoke with the dealership that provides me with free oil changes and they assured me that it wasn't like that the month prior The associate manager, [redacted] (no last name provided), states that they told us bout the work before and after it was done That is simply not true He states there is no one higher then him I could talk with Also not true as he isn't the store manager They refuse to acknowledge the damage they did or that they performed an unauthorized repair

I called corporate (1-479-273-4000) to file a few complaints which I have with walmart, walmart.com and their customer service practices, return practices, ordering online and NOT having in stock after traveling an hour to the store, Corporate promises callback but they never doThey reah the store you originally had the problems with and the store doesnt even call you backIve had a couple .com orders returned which they dont check in when they receive the item item and I get charged a month later just to get an apology and that it was someones mistakeI called corporate on 6-22-and explained different incidents, they chose only to deal with one because the others have sole proof that someone messed upThe problem here is excuses and blaming others with no resolutionI am choosing to make statements all over social media about this because I can see as long as the money gets to the owners, is all that matters

I have been cashing my student loan refund checks for $since 09/03/2013, For two years I was able to cash checks at walmart for a $fee and still have most of my moneyI was first denied to cash a check pn 05/05/2015, they are using some company named certergyAnd walmart knew I was cashing my checks their for a while and they still choose to listen to certergy and declined my check it had gone up to $And thanks to walmart using this company I know have to pay another company $out of my money from $I always used to cash these checks at walmart, because my bank will not let me have all my moneyI have to wait days until I use the moneyA $fee but thanks to this inconvience I now have to pay $I just want shop at walmart anymore

Recently, at Algood,Tn I bought a liter 7up that was the first soda product purchase from Walmart in the past years that seemed 0% urine, healthy, refreshing and made with good ingredientsSpanish/English writing and "the season of giving salvation army" is on the labelUpc says mb-1255.03316n

Seems that Walmart picks the times it a wants to follow it's own policy rulesAtemptied to return a item that was sold be WalmartAt the time was refused and told two excuses why they wouldn't take the items as a return as stated in there return policy

I bought an [redacted] one s from Wal-Mart and it kept freezing up on meI thought I was doing something wrong since they don't supply any instructions with the system, I had to get them off of the internetWhen I did I found out that other people have the same problemWhich means that Wal-Mart or [redacted] put misleading reviews on their products because they all said it was a perfect productWhen I went to return it they said they won't because it was past the daysBut on the wall it says refund or exchanged for daysThen they said if I would have bought th extended warranty it would be exchangedSo if they can't sell a product that lasts more than a month they should not be in business

I am an avid user of your Walmart app The app as you can see tells me I can pick up my television aty local store for $ When I get to the store they would not do it and I asked to speak with the manager, ***, who gave me every excuse not to come out and speak with me Finally after a while, he came out with a policy that had nothing to do with the ad He then stated that HE would not sell me a tv for that amount I didnt know it was up to him I thought that an ad, by your app in which you advertise for your customers to use, would determi e a price At dirat the excuse was that there was a glitch but I have purchased items from your app before, was the price I paid for a glitch too? I was very reasinable and reapectful so there was no argument but it seems that your store manager is maki g his own rules I have pictures and the add and will be reporting it to the Revdex.com for asvertisement I was told that it was on sale at my local store and the store will not honor YOUR walmart.com app Please feel free to contact me As you can see this is a snapshot of your add online

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Walmart Pharmacy in Uniontown PaI've had several issues, over the course of a decade, where these pharmacists, seem to have no common senseThey have overcharged me on several occasions, they never put my insurance information in correctly, I've had doctors contact them to fix my issues, because they treat me very poorly when I try to resolve these issues with them myself I've never been treated so poorly by any customer service rep in my life I honestly feel that they are discriminating against me, and they give me these problems on purpose because of the medication I take They know I'm dependent on it, yet they constantly make excuses why they can't fill my prescriptions Once in a while, I have no problem, but 90% of the time, I can't even get vitamins from them without an issue The pharmacists are rude, some never "thank you, please come again, or do you have any questions about your medication?" I'm always rushed out, and if I have a question, I'm often told "I don't know, ask your doctor", but my doctor tells me to "ask the pharmacist"They have even blurted out my personal information loud enough for other customers to hear, scolded me like a child in front of other customers, when I'd try to fill my script a day early, simply because I was in the area, and shopping anywayThey could politely tell me that the insurance won't fill it until the next day, but instead, they scold me, and treat me like an inferior The managers are even worse!! I've tried to politely explain my problems, and they treat me even worseI've only put up with it as long as I have, because it's the closest pharmacy to my home, have a drive thru, (which is closed off 80% of the time anyway) and they are open til 9pmNow that I've completely had it, and no longer wish to continue doing business with them, I'll have to travel miles out of my way and pay extra for gas, possibly pay more for my medications, wait longer, and it's an overall major inconvenience to me to go somewhere else But this is how strongly I feel, against this particular pharmacy I've tried to resolve my issues with management directly, and have never been successful They made it clear to me, that they do not care about my satisfaction or anyone else's, considering I've known several others with the same issues I'd be happy if that pharmacy would hire new employees, or atleast train the ones they have to be consistent, (I get the same meds biweekly, they know that, and still give me grief, and take over an hour to fill simple meds, when there are no other customers even ahead of me) obedient, (the customer is always right) informative, (please let me know if there are any major side effects, or atleast ask me if I have any questions, and if I do, take a moment to answer them, instead of telling me to ask someone else), compassionate, (they should have basic common curtosey, say please and thank you, and listen to what I have to say rather than blow me off) dress appropriately, (some dress provocatively, they don't look like pharmacists at all, but instead look like there at a nightclub, I like to dress fun sometimes too, but NOT on the job, pharmacists should dress professionally while they're at work) and most of all, use basic common sense, (which these pharmacists don't seem to have) Since I highly doubt any of that will happen, a sincere apology would be niceAlthough, I also doubt that will even happen At this point, I just want a formal complaint to reach their office, to the main person in charge, or atleast human resources, I want them to know how extremely dissatisfied I am, and to work on these issues, so that they don't do this to anyone else I wouldn't recommend anyone to this pharmacy as long as I live But I am well aware, that this pharmacy will not go out of business over my unhappiness, I'm sure they will do just fine without my business, I'm aware of that, but they need to be aware of the grief they have caused me, over the last 10+ yearsI'm ashamed I put up with it as long as I have, but I'm a nice person, I don't like to complain or cause problems, but I've completely HAD IT Whomever may be reading this, I appreciate you taking the time to hear what I've had to say, and I'd appreciate it if you could let the Walmart Pharmacy of Uniontown Pa, XXXXX know of my painfully disturbing experiences, in hopes that no one will ever have to go through what I have I appreciate you patience in reading this, thank you, and have a wonderful day
