Walmart has turned into something to be ashamed ofThey have sold me comforter sets with fecal matter on them and used items but tonight was the icing on the cakeThey still me used foodI bought a box of donut shop coffee, brought it home, opened the box, and noticed that every single kcup had been used and placed back in the boxThen the opening "sealed" back up to which some incompetent walmart associate restocked and then sold to meI am so disgusted and horrified at this that I will never shop here again and you can be sure that I will tell everyone about thisIn the age of social media, something like this can travel a long way very quicklyI feel dirty and sure hope that whatever cheap sleazbag individual that returned this used coffee didn't transfer any diseases to meDo I hear the word LAWSUIT? Possibly

I worked at Walmart Guess I should tell you all that I have experienced/endured since then, but I'll limit to the incidents that are not acceptable or break some kind of policy Let us start with this one: It started in when I was exposed to the concentrated Clorox "blue" as they referred to itI was given a paper mask, gloves a metal scraper, and was on knees removing wax buildup around registers floors- my eyes burned and teared but was told instead of cashiering I was still being paid so get to itI ended up in the emergency clinic after work with a letter of poisonous chemical exposure and burns, and told do not go near it again by Physician MillerThey changed what they use after others got sick like meMy file at should have that paper I have CML- Bone Marrow Cancer (diagnosed 12/2015) , I got back from LOA this April- I've worked to hours with no break on my short shifts (no excuse given, other than Can't find merge code: oh, I forgot, you didn't come up on the PDA, oh-after minutes you get erased/fall off my PDASometimes just Ignored or sent 1/hours late to break on long shifts or not given last break and worked 4+ hours then went home for the day When I worked fabrics I was approached by the Zone mgrDesiree and told to change my availability from 9am to 9pm to 9am to 10pm; I made her aware of my chemo therapy schedule being at 9:30pm and her response was "well can't you stop it or change it to later, my deptneeds someone until 10pm" I said I'd look for another dept that could work with my availability, since this was my life saving medicationMsDesiree said she would speak with upper managers if not, they would just override my availability to have me work until 10!? That same day within minutes of above discussion MsDesiree sent me outside for a cart blitz! [redacted] Several employees that saw me panicked when I came inside due to my maroon skin that was radiating heatI developed a rash for a few days On June 29th I was sent to break everyone else, but never got mine, by 2:30pm when I was sent to break it was my lunch time [hours minutes]I spoke to Manager Desiree and she just nodded and said "Ok ***, I'll talk to someone"I spoke to [redacted] before walking off for the day; he said he would take care of itWhen I come back to work on the 8th of July and find out nothing was done, because and I quote CSM Heather "It was not the csm's fault, Store Manager Steve took the blame because he had his tablet (not a PDA) and overlooked itReally? So taking away responsibility from the three CSM's that were there with PDA's does what for the employee? The final inexcusable act was on the 12th of this month, I called for a restroom break for over minutes and none cameBy the time someone came and asked "what's your problem?" I had urinated myselfI was wearing a feminine pad, because we know what we go through up thereBut I urinated myself! I was so humiliated and embarrassed I walked off the job cryingNo apologies given by anyone to date, and those responsible or in charge- still hold their jobs*They knew my limitations when I returned in April, They minimum sun exposure due to chemo, nothing over 25lbsNo handling of raw meats, yet they still put me at risk and exposed me to it allIf I asked why I was not allowed to be a hostess, got the run around and every excuse possibleTwo CSM's were even upset at my "special treatment" as they called it- No special treatment given- just measures to ensure employee safety is the way I saw itI expect something be done about this, and measures implemented so that none other endure these unacceptable incidents

I purchased some items at Walmart Store Number in Pella, Iowa The store manager is [redacted] and phone number is 641-628- The purchase date was 4/29/ I used my Debit Card/Credit card to make the purchase as I have done many times It didn't allow me to select credit card and the transaction went through without a pin number as a debit transaction My bank has advised me to not use the debit card at retail establishments for security reasons I went to customer service immediately and informed them of the issue They credited my purchase and attempted to run as a credit card The same thing happened to them and again they credited the transaction and went to another register and finally were able to have it go through as a credit card I went home and talked to the manager and was assured all was well After explaining for the fourth time that it was not ok he mentioned he noticed for himself that his attempts to complete his credit card purchases were also going through as debit cards I told him I wasn't satisfied with his answer and asked him how I could escalate the issue He told me to call Wal-Mart I spoke with someone who left me equally unhappy and I asked for a Manager After minutes of being on hold I spoke with a supervisor who would only identify herself as [redacted] I again explained the problem and again my concerns were dismissed She finally said she would refer the issue to financial services I believeI requested a follow up call when there was an answer and she was unwilling to provide that She asked if she could do anything else for me and I said please give me back the days when Wal-Mart cared about its customers

I bought Walmart gift cards for ChristmasTwo of the cards were given to a local women's shelter and one was given to a friend of mine who is handicapped and in a wheelchair in the Bowling Green, MO areaWhen he went to use the gift card I gave him at his local Walmart they told him it had a zero balance of on the card and they kept the cardWhen he went back the next day to get the card back they made him prove on a store video tape that he gave them the card and then they told him that they shred all the cards and they couldn't give it back to him so I could get the card fixedI called the Walmart where I bought bought the cards and they told me nothing could be done without the card even though I have the receipt with the account numbers on itSo at this point I don't even know if the other cards workedMy friend is relatively poor and needed the money on the card to help make ends meetIt seems ridiculous that Walmart has no way to look up the cards to see if it was used even with the receipt and card numberThis needs to be fixed so others needing the money on the card did don't suffer while Walmart assumes no responsibility and gets rich off of paid for useless cards

On June 15th at hrs., I was shopping at the Walmart in Apple Valley MN Because of the items I had, I did not use the self checkout lane, plus I do not like to do self checkout There were approximately customer service lanes and only of them were open with long lines I am not happy the time it took me to purchase my items all because they did not have more checkout lines open Having only lanes open is not good customer service, it's terrible customer service I will not be shopping at Walmart anymore.l

I would like to express my concern regarding the updated policies displayed by Walmart on their corporate site - http://corporate.walmart.com/policies They have apparently completely done away with their corporate price match policy so the consumer has now way of knowing what their policy is other than checking your local store How can Walmart not have a policy that all consumers can rely on?? Further, their new refund policy appears to give the store manager the final say on all refunds whether the customer has a receipt or not and appears to be inconsistent with other policies such as their time frame policy It is my opinion Walmart has gone from bad to totally unacceptable with respect to their polices and customer service

While in the checkout, at North Marine Blvd Wal-Mart today, I was yelled at by the cashier and a member of managementI was attempting to resolve an issue of why my bill was so highI didn't see whit was when I had only purchased three itamI kept asking the cashier why the amount was so high and she kept saying she didn't knowI then asked to see a print out of the receipt, she refused to print out what was purchasedI told her the only item on the card screen was a fan that I was being over charged forI didn't know why the fan was ringing up at Before the manager returned I asked to see a print out of what was rung upShe refused, instead she tried to get me to come over to her side of the register, but I refused to do that, instead demanding the copy of the receiptStill she refused so I told her to get her managerAt that point the cashier yelled at me saying that "I'm not you God [redacted] slave." She did leave to get the manager at that pointWhile she was gone the other manager returned with a different brand of fanI explained that the other fan I pulled from the shelve was marked at the same price of as all the fans on that shelf were marked When the other manager returned I told her that I just wanted the money returned to my debit car for the fan that was brokenShe yelled at me saying that wasn't going to happenI have had nothing but trouble from the customer service at this store, they refuse to do anything about itAll they do is tell me their very sorry, yet the cashiers continue to be rude, they never have the correct pricing out, and they are constantly to busy having personal conversations on the floor to help customers adequately I have stopped shopping at the is Wal-Mart before, when I go back after months, nothing has changedThis incident was both unfair and embarrassing to my selfI believe people need to lose their jobs if they do not have the competency to do it with accuracy

I have lived in the Desoto area for about yearsThe Walmart in Desoto Tx is ridiculousThe lines are always long and the service sucksYou stand in line for almost minutes only to be told to move to another line..At that time you have to go to the end of the lineNo kind of apology..The workers are not friendly and doesn't even speak I will not recommend this Walmart to anyone store number in Desoto Tx

I was at your store-N.Rte 73, West berlin, NJ on 5/13/A young lady name [redacted] was very polite as I walked through the Garden departmentI went into the store and came across several of your employees, NONE of them spoke, gave eye contact or even asked did I need assistanceThis ate at me while I walked through your store, so I went to customer service and asked for a managerShe came and stated that was unacceptable and would let the store manager knowI decided not to spend any money at this Wal-Mart due to Customer ServiceSo on my way back home, I stopped at the Hammonton Wal-Mart and got better serviceI wouldn't recommend this Wal-Mart to anyone I know

Experience in Walmart in Prince Frederick, MD was a disgrace! A Cashier held the line to literally check a see-through item when I responded "it's .97" thinking she needed the price she responded "no I'm checking to see if there's something in here, you be surprise what people stick in these things"I was taken back by suggestions of expecting theft from my endI voice my concerns to a Manager and he justified the unjustifiableI then report to head quarters the disservice and get a call days later by a assistant manager [redacted] that had zero customer service speaking over me and grossly interrupting once again justifying stating Walmarts policy is to do exactly that, I said I shop at the cent store and never had this happen! Walmart has cameras and a detector and they go through this length to treat their customers like criminals is inexcusable and I will not shop there again! We are giving Walmart our money this is not how you treat consumers!! Enough with profiling!

Walmart recently fired 20% of their staff due to a computer update that made availability exceptions for absences due to weather or sickness no longer validThey lost their entire cart crew and most likely most of their front endIf you ever get the chance to work here, don't The management is the worst I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with in my almost years of working there, and their policy changes are erratic and detrimentalI suggest, if you really need a job, apply somewhere like target or, well, anywhere else honestly This store is not worth the ground its built on

The walmart store located in glenwood ave durham, nc is by far one of the worse walmart stores everNone of the employees know how to treat customers and do not know a thing about customer serviceEvery time we go to this location we always have a bad and negative experienceThe managers are the worse part of itThey are lazy and incompetentYou should check wisely who is representing walmart because they are not doing a good job

During my most recent trip to the Walmart on North Street in Nacogdoches TX, I was accused of stealing by a Walmart employee in the gas stationThis employee was very disrespectful and rude to me during this timeI had gone in to get a fountain drink this past Friday along with me and my younger brotherAfter getting the drinks my dad told me to let the cashier, ***, know that my dad would pay for all four drinks after letting [redacted] know this he did not respond so I asked him did he hear what I said and he still did not respondWhen walking out the door to get in the car, [redacted] stops me and says "Uh Uh where do you think you're going?" I then proceeded to turn around and tell him my dad was in line and he was paying for all four drinks and that I let him know this a minute agoHe told me that I was not to leave and to wait until my dad had purchased all four drinksThere were other customers in line who witnessed and saw this incidentMy dad then stepped in and told [redacted] that he was paying for all the drinks and that I had let him know of this earlierI have never been accused of stealing by any employee before anywhere and do not think the actions taken by [redacted] was rightI have spoken with the store manager about the incident and she plans to do nothing about itI feel as if this incident could and would have been avoided if [redacted] had not been rude and ignored me, the customer when I spoke to himThis incident was uncalled for and ridiculousAll of this over four drinksI have decided to avoid this Walmart altogether to avoid any future problemsHowever, I do not want to considering there are things like electronics I may need to buy in the futureWhat can be done about this incident? I was at Walmart this morning and ask the greeter where I can exchange a shirt and was divided either at the self checkout or I'll I advised him that I was going to do some shopping and then I would come to the self checkout after shopping I went through the self checkout and advised him that I was needing to do my exchange he then called a black girl up to assist me she advised me that she could not do the exchange there I would have to go to Isle I advised her that I needed to get to work and that was told that I could do it there she said she did not have a key and I would have to go down there so I cashed out and on my way downtown I heard her say she'll be back as I'm getting down the aisle I noticed nobody is there I hold down the isle at her and told her that at the same time a black gentleman was heading down towards her saying that there was nobody there to assist him with his exchange either at this time somebody from the other side of the store had came to help me with also assisted me in the store earlier he went got the key and did my exchange for me on my way back down towards the girl to head back out to my car I noticed that she was doing the exchange for the black gentleman to me I took this as he was being prejudice due to I was white and she did not want to help me a black German was heading down towards her saying that there was nobody there to assist him with his exchange either at this time somebody from the other side of the store had came to help me with also assisted me in the store earlier he went in got the Qt and did [redacted] change for me on my way back down towards the girl to head back out to my car I noticed that she was doing the exchange for the black tournament me I took this as she was being prejudice do too I was white and she did not want to help me when calling the manager at the store later on in the day the manager had counter dick is herself I know nothing is going to be done with my to let people know

I purchased a coleman 22' x 52" pool on May of this year Last tuesday I went to set the pool up and discovered that the pool liner was not in the box and that a part for the pump hose was broken I have contacted walmart in Johnsburg (times), Walmart corporate office, and coleman directly None of them claim they can do anything for me except give me a refund They no longer have that exact package at any of the stores within over miles and the next package is over $more than what I paid I planned a graduation party around having this pool and do not feel that Walmart is trying to make right their wrong What can I do?

I tried to return something without a receipt at the owatonna minnesota walmart and I understand the policy that they can accept returns without a receipt and can be loaded onto a walmart money cardI asked this establishment to do so and they refused to help meThis shouldn't be an issue they refused to help me I am not happy with the rude treatment I receivedAll I wanted to do was make a return

On 11/24/I went to the Wal-Mart in Heath, OH I saw a rug doctor carpet cleaner, the only one in the aisle, with the price tag under it that read $ I get to the counter and it rings up $ I explain to the cashier that the price beneath it said $ She informs me she didn't even know Wal-Mart carried those She calls for a price check and a woman comes back and says that it was the wrong price tag and that the manager said he would allow $off the price I requested to speak to this manager because Wal-Mart has always told me there policy is that if the item is priced wrong then they would honor the price Originally I was told it was in the wrong place and that he was NOT giving me that kind of a discount So I asked him to show me where there were others and he couldn't do that I then asked where the price tag was at that read $ He wasn't able to do that either He did eventually say he will check, but then left and never bothered to come back I called corporate office and was told they would respond in business days I am waiting on the return call After thinking about this carpet cleaner, I did some checking and I don't think Wal-Mart sells that rug doctor in their stores They do however sell it online I am wondering whether someone bought it, changed their mind, and returned it to this Wal-Mart I don't believe they actually had a price tag on it So I don't appreciate this manager yelling at me that he is NOT going to give me a huge discount like that, acting as if it was me that made some huge error and not the employee who didn't price the item As a matter of fact, I'm not sure where the $price even came in play because the online price was $ In the meantime, I go back to the store yesterday, 11/27/ I purchase an item originally priced at $and clearly marked down to $ Of course it rang up at $30, which I didn't realize until after I checked out So I am now required to wait in line for customer service They did give me the $back but informed me that it would take 5-days for it to show back up in my account Even though it was taken out immediately Ok, it was $5, annoying but not a big deal Then I go to leave the store and the woman at the door yells for me to "stop" like I am some kind of thief! She would now like me to dig my receipt back out, wasted more of my time because "people already got past her this week" Now I get that they have to do their job But you allowed people get past you and you treat me like the criminal In those two trips I spent over $ Each time I go into the store I leave and realize that I was overcharged for items I don't usually go back because of the time and gas it takes, it isn't worth it Its a half hour drive each way So if they are ripping people off every day and getting away with it, they are making a ton of money So yes, I am very upset that I have been treated like the criminal each time I go in FYI: These are only examples of Walmarts prices being wrong It happens almost every time I go When I do take the time to fix the error, they usually make it right But this time was ridiculous So everyone should watch carefully and check their receipts because they are taking advantage of us every day I will find a new store and hope for better experiences

was refused an oil change due to launch on hood being broke I have been plenty of places that gave me no problem and I went to another location in the past and they had no problem with giving me a oil change
