Walmart gateway west el paso texas vision center, 10:am Mar this was our first visit to the vision centerWhen we approached the counter there were two ladies engaged in friendly chatter, one a Walmart employee the other I suppose a vision employee, we were totally ignored for about five minutes till they finished their friendly conversationFinally one came over and asked if we needed helpMy wife and I decided to go elsewhereWe received 100% better service elsewhereYou can contact me at [redacted] for any further comments

About a month ago, I tried to have an oil change done after purchasing a couple of new tiresThey told me they didn't have the filter for the Saturn LS VsedanI bought the filter and oil and returnedNow, they told me that they cancelled my service because they didn't have the tools and it might damage the engineThe supervisor let Kian, the serviceman, explain the aforementioned to meI told them the car had previously been oil changed here and it's just a simple change of oil filterThe supervisor and the serviceman remained the same uncompromisingWhat tools is that they were talking about to change an American car filter, I have no idea

I went to Walmart at Highland Ave in Salem Mass to get a refurbished computer they had listed on line as pick up at store, The Electronics Manager refused to look for the item that was listed on there websiteHe was rude and very unhelpful, All I have is his first name which is [redacted] , I will never shop At that store again, Management there is just beyond awful, I dealt with manager in Jewelry a while back her name is ***, Had a bad experience with her Also was looking for a necklace got no help what so ever,

this is a complaint for walmart #of elizabeth city nc.I returned to walmart customer service and spole with the clerk and explained to her that when driving my truck the tires bumps and make noise.l she got a mechanic to check the tirswhem I sople to him he stated that they was mud grip tires and when youl drive them they will bump like that, but I told him that the threads was uneven and I told him tht I did'n request mud grip tires and he stated"the only reason we put mud grip on a vehicle is when the customek has requested them" I told him that I did not request the mud grip tires.l I spoke with the assistant manager but she was not listening to what I was telling her that I did not request the mud grip tiresand what she said to me did not make any sensewhen you com to customer service and you give them the size of your tires that you are agreeing to whatever tier they put on your vehicle.I told her tht that did not sound right.I spoke to manager and he said that they could not replace the tires and that I would have to take it up with goodyearto get my money back or replace the tiresi did not buy the tires from goodyear! I purchase them from Walmart! he said that if I had brought a warranty then they would have replace my tires, what is the road hazard for? I will never by tires from walmart again

Wal-Mart location Murphy NC This review is about the worst service I have ever received in a Wal-Mart store I recently purchased some boots from Wal-Mart and found they were the wrong size once getting home and wearing them bothI had them days until I had time to return and exchange themI work Third shift so when I'm out its lateI arrived at Walmart in Murphy to exchange the bootsI walked to the self-checkout as all the employees were gathered eating candy bars and drinking soda and I found [redacted] the return "specialist" I explained the situation and let him know I'm returning these for a size smallerTags were still on item and a printed Wal-Mart price was even on the side of the boxI did not think to keep the receipt so I did not have it [redacted] explained he would need it to do anything since he does not know if Wal-Mart sales the bootsThe cashier let [redacted] know they are in the shoe Deptshe has seen themI let [redacted] know it was important that I can size these down I have to work tomorrow He refused to even look at the boots or even validate the price tag to see it was from Walmart [redacted] made me feel like I had stolen boots from him and I was a modern day thief trying to get something past himThis is not the case I simply wanted a smaller size, no money or gift card just an exchange that I have received before with no issuesI let [redacted] know I would go to my nearby Walmart Blairsville Ga and they would take care of me , he said that he would call and let them know I would be coming not to take care of it without a receipt At that time I asked him for his name and left the storeI then drove to Walmart miles away Blairsville Ga and returned the boots for a smaller pair with no issues I would suggest stay away from Murphy NC Walmart unless you want to be ignored and treated like a thief I have lived near this Walmart my entire life and it has gone downhill more and moreI suggest the nearby Blairsville Walmart where you will be treated like a valued customer [redacted] Return specialist on 2nd or 3rd shift is the reason for this review,

I went to Walmart Pharmacy in Live Oak, Fl and I felt as if I entered a bad neighborhoodThe Pharmacist named [redacted] which I will later provide her photo escalated a poor customer service situationThis person demonstrated in every action she made that customers don't matterI asked her a simple question"Why don't you call customers if you decide not to fill there medication." The pharmacy decided since my insurance did not cover a twenty dollar medication they will not fill it until I show up to pick it upOnce you are there Walmart procedure is to ask you if you want it or notEven though I told [redacted] months ago to fill all meds [redacted] responded that she has over six hundred patients and I responded maybe you need less and I walked awayThen as I walked away from the situation [redacted] laughed at meI then asked her " Did you laugh at me?" [redacted] said "yes" because I walked awayI ignored her behavior then moments later [redacted] threw up both of her handsShe minus well of said thug lifeShe threw up her hands probably because I was watching herThe last time I turned my back [redacted] she mocked meI transferred all my records to [redacted] knowing anyone is better then [redacted] poor customer serviceAlso, I was told by the corporate customer service representative I would receive a call within forty eight hours and I have no record on my caller IDWow, Walmart seems to make a bad situation get worse

Walmart should be fined for advertising for their same day pick up option! It is a joke!! On December 13th I placed an order online with Walmart for items, all Christmas giftsMy email indicated that the item was AVAILABLE in store, and that I would receive an email the following day when my order was ready for pick upBecause I had placed the order after 8pm I wasn't surprised when it indicated pick up for the following dayBut when December 14th came and went with no email, I became slightly concerned and irritatedFinally, December 15th I contacted Walmart's customer service line and was told that sometimes due to high demand it can take up to hours to pull items off the floorHowever, I was still assured that I would receive an email by the end of the day to pick up my itemWell that email never cameIt wasn't until 12/17, days after my initial order was placed, that I received an email from Walmart stating that the out of the items in my order was cancelled, and one would be delayed days because they didn't have itWhich says to me ADVERTIING on Walmart's part because you clearly NEVER HAD MY ITEMS!!! How can you advertise same day pick up for an item YOU DON'T HAVENot only did you advertise it and claim to have same day pick up but you HELD MY MONEY FOR DAYS while you attempted to find the itemOne of these days I hope the Revdex.com holds you accountable for your practicesI am not sure how you have an A+ rating with 93% of your reviews are negativeClearly something needs to change

My doctor sent a prescription to the Wal Mart Pharmacy I called them and gave them my credit card info and my address A week later they charged my card, they then mailed my prescription to an old address When I called two weeks later, they told me they couldn't do anything about it Even though it was there fault, they wouldn't send me my prescription I had two days worth of insulin left They told me sorry, but we can't help you It was their error Know I am out of insulin and have no way to get anymore

College Dr., Baton Rouge, LA Wal-Mart gives terrible customer service The cashier's are rude, the aisles are crowded and the Car & Tire Deptis incompetent and uncommunicative They kept my daughter's car for an entire day, inconveniencing many people because "they didn't know what to do" although she told them It was a flat tire How hard is that to figure out? A lame "I'm sorry was given" then, free service although the tires were still under warranty I wrote them in April It is the end of June and no answer

I've been arguing and getting the run around fromthis Walmart for a little over a month now I bought a mower from them May of last year and also bought the extended warranty with it it wasn't even a year old and the shaft that holds the blade on snapped and had my son not jumped out of the way it would have cut his foot off when the blade bounced and shot out of the mowerI immediately took it back to Walmart had my receipt and extended warranty papers in hand the floor manager automatically started trying to make excuses as to why they couldn't take it back I called the extended warranty company they ran me around and finally gave me a number to [redacted] which was supposed to be the manufacturer I kept getting put on hold by an automated message for minutes every time I called with no reply from a human voice or anything after a week of this I was getting aggravated so I called walmart back and got the runaround again so I called the warranty company again and got yet another number where I found out [redacted] went out of business in how is it I'm buying a brand new mower ( defective mower ) made from a manufacturer that doesn't even exist anymore and hasn't for several years more websites and phone numbers later I got someone called a product specialist tells me at warranty was voided by a guy she called her expert who isn't even qualified in metals or small engines just a guy that's been working on them forever I offered for her to come see there wasnt anything in my yard that could possibly cause this shaft to snap and even got pictures I'm a yr retired landscaper I know how to mow a yard especially mine but still no resolve I then called walmart back only to get attitude and anger and more run around Walmart policies for warranty and satisfaction guarantee are a scam the Revdex.com is my only option

[redacted] said yes because we cannot do it here we would have to send it to them to the lab, To which my husband said AGAIN okayThinking that [redacted] was trying to say that there would be additional cost involved, I joined in and said that didn't matter because his work would reimburse him since they were safety glassesMy husband said yeah, but [redacted] insisted they couldn't do itFeeling completely frustrated at that point we both got up and went off leaving the other products on the table that we were going to buyI looked at [redacted] and told him, you can put things away yourself! What an it!!! I'm thinking this is a good time to start buying our eyeglasses from Costco

Bought a snow blower and paid extra for extended warranty, Snow blower worked for the first winter when I purchased it, ran all the gas out and stored it in a shed all summer, next winter I pulled it out and it would not start, realized primer line from bulb to carb was torn Was told it would all be fixed free of charge, brought it to local small engine repair and now am being told it needs a new carb, which it doesn't because I just had it running great, and the primer line is not covered and need to pay $out of pocket to get it fixed because walmart does not cover poor maintenance Basically meaning because I did not use non-ethanol gas my warranty is null and void Which nowhere did it say that when I purchased the warranty, I had to fight and argue with people on phone that the primer line should be covered and I was told they would escalate the issue and call back, but they never called me back I had to call them and they side they did determine primer line should be covered but still refused to cover carb....ill never do business with them again

I was rejected the service of check cashing [redacted] from the Chula Vista Walmart at Broadway said she could not cash my check because it showed initials for the first nameI told her I have cashed my payroll check there many times beforeShe then asked for a second ID because my Driver's License showed a PO BoxI provided her with a second ID and she still refused to cash the check stating that Walmart does not cash checks with Initials for the first nameI told her that all 200,state employees checks are written that way and she said she would not cash State Employees checksIs that where Walmart stand on this or is this ***'s own policies? Many State Employees shop at Walmart and I feel we are being discriminated because an orthographic issueIs this an issue that SEIU would be best suited to handle? I am very disappointed with the way we are being treated by Walmart after providing valuable service to the State where we reside

The Walmart in Houston Mo has the rudest pharmacy employee's ever! I have had many problems with my account, beginning with multiple accountsSome had my insurance information and some notAfter or so visits that was fixedThe next problem that still confuses the department is the birthdateWe had that problem fixed within visits, or so I thought My Drcalled in one RX for my blood pressureI had a refill on the second oneI called the refill in days priorMy husband went to pick up my RX on the second dayHe was told there was only He came home exasperated at the poor customer service and rudeness he experienced The next day I returned to Walmart to retrieve the prescription The tech insisted there wasn't anyFor the 2nd time I explained I had called it in on their automated lineThe tech went to the computer and verified it indeed was there but the birthday was incorrectShe turned to speak to [redacted] the pharmacistI had the empty bottle that had all the information and tried to hand it to herShe looked over her shoulder and turned back aroundShe didn't acknowledge me in anyway although the empty bottle had all the correct information on itThe Tech came back to the counter and told me to go to the drop off counter and they would look in to itI walked over to the area muttering to myself it is always something here." Not to anyone, as it was not busy and there were no lines I stepped up to the counter as the tech launched in to her rant immediately"It's not our fault; the Drgave the wrong information." "ma'am, I called in the refill, yesterday there was no problem picking up a prescription" I repliedShe continued her rant as he picked up the phone and spoke with the Dr.'s office She was rude and asked them multiple times to verify the birthdateTHEY HAD THE CORRECT DATE! The pharmacist [redacted] had approached and waved a piece of paper in my face as to prove somethingHe then turned and walked away with the paperThe tech hung up and stated "it's not our fault if they input the wrong information." I was now so irritated and could feel my blood pressure rising, that I stepped away to wait for my prescriptionI then decided I could not let this behavior go and I walked back over and asked for the young ladies nameShe flipped her name tag over and said haughtily "Christina, do you want to talk to my supervisor?" I indicated yes, and then asked if it was ***? "YA, it is." The same [redacted] that had witnessed everythingI then walked back over to the counter and indicated I wanted to speak to himI wasted my breath repeating the exchange with [redacted] He stared at me Blankley and I felt compelled to let him know I had no choice but to write a review and a complaintHe looked at me and said "the number is 1800walmart." I informed him I had the numberHe then stated he would speak to herWith that he sauntered back to his stationWithin a minute he walked to [redacted] and spoke in a low voiceThey laughed and he once again returned to his podium After returning home and waiting until my blood pressure lowered, I called the store and asked to speak to the store manager [redacted] came on the lineI explained the incident and he said he would let the store manager know and he would go speak to the pharmacy nowHe only took my first nameNot my last, not my phone number, nothingRegardless, I gave him the opportunity to handle it instore as he requested days later and still no word from the Houston Mo Walmart, I called backAgain [redacted] came to the phone, after identifying myself and stating that I was calling to see if anything had been doneHe stated he spoke to [redacted] and let her know that her behavior was not acceptable and the store manager was speaking to [redacted] the pharmacist at that very momentIt is Now hrsafter that call and the 4th day after my original complaint and yet no contact from Walmart managementI have NO faith that there will be any corrective Actoin taken to ensure that this pharmacy treats customers with dignity and respect

Horrible experience, Walmart in Secaucus NJ I used to come here all the time but recently have decided to avoid it unless I have to, because of the lines and customer service, but recently their service has caused me to write this reviewI don't normally write reviews but you must be forewarned, they cannot and will not deliver on their promise for same day pick-up This past holiday season I needed a few items for a party I was having before Christmas along with some small gifts I specifically selected items from the online store that said "ready for pickup today" I waited for the email to tell me that the order was ready it didn't come so I went into the store that night to inquire since when I called I was on hold for minutes and no one was picking up When I got there they said the order wasn't processed yet and they don't know when it will be, yet they already debited my account the money I said can I please go pick the items myself and just write it off against the order but they said their system doesn't permit thatI asked to speak to a manager, the assistant manager came over to speak with me and she was dismissive and said too bad we are busy we will get to it when we get to it, it doesn't' matter that we market and push that we have same day piwe don't care what is said we aren't sticking to it that is not my problem, and told the CSR person at the desk to stop helping me and to move on to the next [redacted] Luckily he was nice enough and told me there were another orders ahead of mineSo I asked if it will be ready tomorrow and he said yes It is now tomorrow and it still isn't' ready I am again on hold for their pick up department to see if I can get my items that I already paid for

The Walmart prepaid Visa card is misrepresentative and fraudulent of its usesThe packaging continuing the purchased card states "Can be used anywhere visa debit is accepted" however what they don't tell you is that if it is for an international purchase that you must wait in them to send you another cardThis is revealed upon, and only upon, a call to the customer service department to inquire as to why your purchase is in a visa debit card that states it can be used anywhere has been declinedIf one needs to make an immediate international payment and loads money into this card the only way to get ones money back is to call customer service and wait weeks for them to refund your moneyAgain, this is not stated on the cardThe card represents itself as fully usable out of the packageIt is notFraudulent business practice
