We are unable to issue reimbursement for shipping costs but I can send out some phone chargers and cables to cover the cost and then some. Please let us know what model phone you have.  We may even have a tempered glass screen protector depending on which model phone. Your replacement speakers were shipped yesterday as well.

I am rejecting this response because:
I specifically asked for reimbursement for having to send the defective item back at my expense.  The UPS charge I paid was $11.71.

First I would like to clarify this. The timeline to which they sent the replacements was way off. Every email transpired, was done proactively on MY part not DGL GROUP. It is very sad that you condone your business in such poor fashion ....furthermore it was I who proceeded to write 24 emails before contacting the Revdex.com... after I decided that enough was enough.
Yes your company did VENTUALLY send a replacement...BUT you STILL got it wrong I only asked for a replacement of that which I purchased. Which was a speaker AND THE MATCHING wireless headset. Nevertheless it seems that your products are made of less the moderate quality as both products stopped working in LESS THAN 3 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE. I have purchased a better quality product elsewhere now., but thanks for the two same like speakers... DGL PLEASE read the customer emails next time for accuracy.  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We sent this customer 2 brand new replacements and she is still not satisfied.  I don’t know what else to do.  Proof of delivery is below, for both replacements.  I ask that you close this complaint as satisfactory resolution.

we received the replacement hoverboard on Friday so therefore this complaint can be closed.Thank you![redacted]
