Their response is a lie. My invoice number for me paying Barlin delivery that billed for DHL is    [redacted] for $17.56My invoice number for [redacted] is       [redacted] for $24.00I paid for the shipping directly to the shipping company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[redacted] Watson, your DHL Customer Service Rep, lacked the ability to sufficiently do the job in which she was hired.  Due to such incompetence, our products DID NOT arrive at the tradeshow in time.  Therefore, [redacted] was unable to present our products to our clients and potential clients at our most important show of the year.  If this is sufficient cause to warrant a refund on shipping costs, I don't know what is.Going forward, DHL will no longer be our carrier of choice for our Corporate Headquarters in [redacted].  And I, as the primary shipper for our US locations, will NEVER use DHL again.Take a look at all the negative feedback and complaints on the Revdex.com.  I am not the first nor will I be the last to log a complaint against them.DHL....you should be ashamed!

The shipment  waybill, provided as a supporting document along with the official complaint, contains DHL requesits and tracking number, assigned by DHL. Therefore, DHL must take full responsibility on issuing a refund, and stop looking for a "middle" man to avoid dealing with this issue.Regards,[redacted]

DHL appreciates being given the opportunity to research and address our customer's concerns. It is unfortunate that our customer was not provided details regarding Customs fee’s.  The extra charges that were assessed on the shipment were from Government officials and...

not DHL.  Duties and taxes can be assessed when importing any material of value to another country. This is to regulate all types of the material into the country.  At this time, DHL cannot refund duties and taxes as those were not assessed by DHL but the government.   Sincerely,[redacted]DHL Office of the President

The apology has fixed nothing.  Now what?  Too many business apologize and fix nothing just to close the case.  It is not happening here.

I am not contacting the shipping company. Your company has already cost me enough wasted time and energy.  Why was the package lost for more than a week? Why do I have to make multiple phone calls to get the issue resolved?

DHL has fully researched this matter.  We appreciate the feedback and have brought this to the attention of our Local Management Team to review in order to prevent similar situations in the future.  Our records indicate the shipment was recovered from the wrong delivery location and delivered directly to our customer on January 15 at 2:54pm. The Fraud Affidavit was filled out.  The response that we were given was that it was denied because of previous relationship.  I did NOT have a relationship with the the people who used my account and had packages picked up in other states.  In the years I have done business with DHL the only packages that have been sent by me were picked up at my address in Carrollton Georgia.  As in my letter to Revdex.com, I did pay two invoices that I should not have paid(oversight on my part due to very busy season) and am asking for the refund for those two invoices. [redacted] and [redacted].  I am also asking that the invoice [redacted] that they are trying to collect be credited to my account.  DHL has not tried to resolve the situation due to the fact that my account number was used without my authorization and they pickup up in other states without my permission.  
It is unreasonable for them to say: " Any person who has knowledge of and makes use of your account number is deemed to enter a contract with DHL on your behalf as an agent.  DHL contacted my first that their may be a fraud problem with my account.  They also closed my account due to fraud without my knowledge.
